Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the effect of salary and incentives on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. PBM Adhiguna Putera, Probolinggo Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results show that salary has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, incentives have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, salary has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a negative but significant effect on employee performance, Salary has a negative but significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, incentives have a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of the business world today is progressing very rapidly and competition is so tight, in order to compete competitively, companies need to have strengths that include knowledge, experience, skills, reputation and also technological capabilities. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of intellectual capital on stock returns in the company through firm value. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study is the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on Firm value, Intellectual capital has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns, Firm value has a significant positive effect on stock returns. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Intellectual capital variable on stock returns through Firm value has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Marketing is an interconnected activity between companies and consumers as a system to generate profits, for that the right marketing strategy can increase tourist attractiveness through Price, Location, Consumer Satisfaction and Loyalty of KK26 tourism consumers in Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of price and location in determining consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are KK26 tourism consumers in Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, price has a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty, location has a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty, satisfaction consumers have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the price variable on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect, location on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Recognize the influence of the Love of Money on accounting students'ethical perceptions; 2) Recognize the Machiavellian influence on students' ethical perceptions; 3) Recognize the influence of equality on students' sensitivity to ethical perceptions; and 4) Recognize the influence of knowledge level on students' ethical perceptions. The Muhammadiyah University of Jember's Faculty of Economics and Business served as the setting for this study. The 2018 accounting class served as the study's sample. Purposive sampling was used to select47 respondents for the samples. The study found that accounting students' ethical perceptions are negatively impacted by their love of money. This indicates that accounting students' ethical perception decreases with increasing love of money. Accounting students' ethical perceptions suffer as a result of Machiavellian. This indicates that accounting students have a lower ethical perception the more Machiavellian they are. Accounting students' ethical perceptions suffer as a result of equity sensitivity. This indicates that accounting students' ethical perception decreases with increasing equity sensitivity. Students' ethical perceptions are negatively impacted by their level of knowledge. This indicates that accounting students' ethical perception decreases with increasing knowledge

Abstract

Financial management is the most important management for a company. One of the functions of financial management is dividend policy. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of working capital and sales growth on dividend policy with liquidity as an intervening variable in wholesale companies. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study are wholesale companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that working capital has a significant positive effect on liquidity, sales growth has a significant positive effect on liquidity, working capital has a negative but not significant effect on dividend policy, sales growth has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, liquidity significant positive effect on dividend policy, working capital has a positive but not significant effect on dividend policy through liquidity, sales growth has a significant positive effect on dividend policy through liquidity.

Abstract

Service quality is an important factor and root that is able to provide satisfaction for consumers. So that customers are satisfied with the services provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. This study uses primary data sourced from direct observation and questionnaires distributed to respondents, the sampling technique is determined by Probability Sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation - Partial Lest Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, purchase decisions have a positive but not significant effect. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the service quality variable on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

The problems faced by entrepreneurs are not only how these entrepreneurs provide services and promote their place of business, but what is no less important is how an entrepreneur can survive or even excel in business competition. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Barokah Grocery Store through purchasing decisions. The population in this study were consumers at Barokah Grocery Store. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction, decision purchases have a negative effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect hypothesis test show that product quality on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction has a significant negative effect, service quality on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction has no significant effect.

Abstract

Marketing management can also be interpreted as the art and science of choosing target markets designed to create, build and maintain profitable exchanges to achieve company goals. Therefore, proper marketing management can improve especially in the development of the Anak Pantai Cafe. at Cermee Bondowoso. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of price and service quality in determining consumer satisfaction with consumer buying interest as an intervening variable. The population in this study is the Consumers of the Beach Children's Cafe in Cermee Bondowoso. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that price has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer buying interest, price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, Consumer buying interest has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Abstract

One of the most crucial aspects of the company's advancement was the recent, rapid changed in the business world and marketing issues. To obtain a high customer interest in purchasing, we had to get a policy that could offer companies immediate incentives for using the appropriate marketing strategy. By enhancing product completeness, pricing perception, and location, the corporation could improve purchasing decisions by using one of these marketing tactics. This approach could improve consumer purchasing choices at the Soponyono Muneng Animal Feed Store. This research aimed to ascertain how product completeness, perceived price, and location affected consumers' decisions to buy at the Soponyono Muneng Animal Feed Store in Gumukmas-Jember. Product completeness, pricing perception, and location were the independent factors used in this research, while purchasing choice was the dependent variable utilized in this research. The participants of this research, which also incorporated quantitative research, were the customer base of Soponyono Muneng's Animal Feed Shop. There were 112 samples in this research, and purposive sampling was used to choose them. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression by using the SPSS25 program. Based on previous research findings, the product had a significant value of 0.005 and a t-count value of 2.876, according to the t-test of completion. Then the data demonstrated that the product's completeness significantly influenced positively and consumers' purchase decisions. The price perception variable, however, had a significant value of 0.015 and a t-count value of 2.481. Then the evidence indicated that price perception greatly influenced positively and purchasing choices. The data demonstrated that the location substantially impacted positively and purchasing decisions even though the location variable had a t-value of 2.637 and a significant value of 0.010.

Abstract

The influence of asset structure and sales growth on firm value through capital structure in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Each company has a goal to earn profits or profits that are able to maintain the viability of the company. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to have good financial management so that company finances can be managed effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of asset structure and sales growth on firm value through capital structure. The population in this study were 26 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that asset structure has no significant effect on capital structure, sales growth has a significant effect on capital structure, asset structure has no significant effect on firm value, sales growth has no significant effect on firm value, capital structure significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that both asset structure and sales growth have no significant effect on firm value through capital structure.
