Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Finance is a sub-field in a company that is related to how to manage funding sources, funding opportunities, investment decisions, and capital structure. The company can decide to determine the capital structure that the company should have through capital structure management. To achieve this goal the company must pay attention to the company's financial management. Advertising, printing and equipment sector companies consisting of 24 companies. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of financial performance, dividend policy, and company size on company value with share price as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research methods. The populations in this research are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with a sample of 8 companies. This sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that financial performance has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices, dividend policy has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices, company size has a significant positive effect on stock prices, financial performance has a negative but not significant effect. The significant effect on company value, dividend policy has a positive but not significant effect on company value, company size has a negative but not significant effect on company value, share prices have a significant positive effect on company value, financial performance has a negative but not significant effect on company value through share prices , dividend policy has a negative but not significant effect on company value through share prices, and company size has a positive but not significant effect on company value through share prices.

Abstract

Companies cannot be separated from having quality human resources; this will have an impact on the sustainability of the company's goals, superior, professional and competitivehuman resources which will have a positive impact on the company's success. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Compensation, Work Environment and Work Culture on the Performance of Assembagoes Sugar Factory Employees with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research is explanatory research. The populations in this study were contract employees of the Assembagoes Sugar Factory. The sampling technique is determined by quota sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS3.0 application, show that Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on Performance, work environment has a positive but not significant effect on performance, work culture has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of competence, incentives, work environment on the performance of ASN RSUD dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research was conducted from February to June 2024. The population consisted of all ASN RSUD dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso, totaling 516 employees. With a total sample of 84 respondents. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Researchers used Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) to analyze data and test hypotheses in this research. The results of the research show that competence, incentives and work environment have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of ASN RSUD dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. Competence and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on the performance of ASN RSUD dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. Meanwhile, incentives have a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of ASN RSUD dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso and the work environment have a positive but not significant effect on ASN performance at RSUD dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. Indirectly, employee competency and work environment affect the performance of ASN RSUD dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, while incentives on ASN performance through job satisfaction have a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating price, word of mouth, and service quality on consumer loyalty at UD Makmur Jaya. The population in this study was consumers who bought products at UD Makmur Jaya. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling using random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model—Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results showed that price has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction. Service Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

An agency requires good and appropriate management so that employees can The Livestock and Fisheries Department in Situbondo really need employees who have competence to increase optimal work, utilization of human resources, and contribute to employee performance. The aim of this research is to analyze and examine the influence of work stress, competence and work motivation on performance through job satisfaction. This research refers to a quantitative research. The population of this research was 70 of state civil apparatus at Livestock and Fisheries Department in Situbondo. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis test in this research used the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that work stress had a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress had a significant positive effect on performance, competence has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, competence had a significant positive effect on performance, motivation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, motivation had a significant positive effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test showed that work stress on performance through job satisfaction had a positive but not significant effect, competence on performance through job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, motivation on performance through job satisfaction had a significantly positive effect.

Abstract

Insurance companies are growing along with the development of the business world. Whatever form or type of economic business is running, it is not only about financial benefits but also the risk of damage and bankruptcy. Human activities are increasingly diverse daily. Therefore some people need insurance while others do not. The human need for insurance encourages insurance companies to compete to get customers. This study analyzes the effect of Managerial Ownership Structure, Company Size, and Leverage on Profitability through Capital Structure as an intervening variable. The method used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study are insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study use the Structural Equation Model. The results of the hypothesis test using a statistical application, namely Smart PLS 3.0, show that the managerial ownership structure has a significant negative effect on capital structure, company size has a significant negative effect on capital structure, leverage has a significant positive effect on capital structure, managerial ownership structure has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability, company size has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability, leverage has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability, capital structure has a negative but insignificant effect on profitability, managerial ownership structure has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability through capital structure, company size has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability through capital structure, leverage has a significant negative effect on profitability through capital structure.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the impact of work motivation, work discipline and workload on the performance of post-day officers through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Situbondo POLRES. The population on this study is the Officer of the Post-POLRES Situbondo Daily. Simple probability sampling is a method of sample-taking without considering the population in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research using Structural-partial equation model Least square (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test of its direct influence using the smart PLS3.2.8 application, show that work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, workload has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance, workload has a positive but not significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on performance, work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, workload has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the influence of work environment leadership style and career development on ASN performance at the Situbondo Regency Education and Culture Office. Abstract

The development of pharmaceutical companies is now growing rapidly and competition is getting tougher, especially for our country Indonesia. Pharmaceutical companies are non-profit businesses that specialize in the development, production and distribution of medicines, especially those related to health. Indonesia's rapidly growing economy is largely driven by pharmaceutical companies. The pharmaceutical industry is currently a rapidly growing industry due to the very high public need for medicines, resulting in an increase in mass consumption, especially multivitamin products and immune enhancers. Based on the current development of the pharmaceutical consumer goods industry, it is not surprising that the number of companies engaged in pharmaceuticals on the Indonesia Stock Exchange has increased greatly. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of working capital, inventory turnover and sales growth on profitability through liquidity in pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2023. The population used in this study includes 11 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2020-2023 period. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Analysis - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the research hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3. 0, shows that working capital has a positive but insignificant effect on liquidity, inventory turnover has a negative but insignificant effect on liquidity, sales growth has a positive but insignificant effect on liquidity, working capital has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability, inventory turnover has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability, Sales growth has a positive but insignificant effect on Profitability, Liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability, Working capital has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability through Liquidity, Inventory turnover has a positive but insignificant effect on Profitability through Liquidity, Sales growth has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability through Liquidity.

Abstract

Work discipline is very important to ensure the maintenance of orderly implementation of each task without work discipline it is very difficult for a company to succeed, in enforcing work discpline is subject to punishment. A good work environment also influences. And work motivation is very important in encouraging employees to achieve a goal. This research analyzes and tests the role of work discpline, work environment, work motivation on the performance of ASN employees through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the situbondo district education and culture office. The research is explanatory research, the population in this research are employees of the Situbondo education and culture service. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Squares (PLS – SEM) The result of the direct influence hypothesis test using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work discipline has a significant effect on performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a significant effect on performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The result of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the work discipline variable on job satisfaction through performance has a significant positive effect, the work environmance has a significant positive effect, the work environment on job satisfaction through performance has a significantly positive effect. Motivation on job satisfaction through performance has a significant positive effect.
