Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the variables of workload and work discipline in influencing employee performance at UPTD.Botolinggo Bondowoso Health Center with Moderation of Job Satisfaction Variables. By using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural equation model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that workload has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction moderates the effect of workload on employee performance, job satisfaction moderates the effect of work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency is a regional government organization that regulates and manages regional taxes and levies. The target population in this research is the civil servants of the Situbondo Regional Revenue Agency. There were 40 respondents in this study. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation are essential components in maintaining the stability of employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of these factors on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a negative but not significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on performance, work motivation has a negative but not significant effect on performance, and job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on performance. Then, the results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the organizational culture variable on performance through job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect, the work environment on performance through job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect, work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

The growth of a company depends on its ability to design strategies. Because, strategy encourages companies to look forward and actively try to create their future. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of product packaging, product innovation and product display on repurchase interest with purchase decisions as an intervening variable. The population in this research is consumers of Rengginag Cap Tiga Bintang. This sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product packaging has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product innovation has a significantly positive effect on purchasing decisions, product display has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, product packaging has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The business world in the current era is getting tighter, especially in the world of marketing competition, which makes business owners must have a superior strategy in facing competition out there. Business actors are required to have high creativity and innovation in order to attract the attention of consumers in using their services or products. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality and Price on Repurchase Interest through Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at UD. Catering "N" in Situbondo. The target respondents of this research are UD consumers. Catering "N" using the simple random sampling method. Data and hypothesis analysis using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Leas Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Price has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Product quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the partial effect of savings and loan business units, self-service business units and general fueling station business units on financial performance (2) to determine the simultaneous effect of savings and loan business units, self-service business units and station business units. general refueling on financial performance (3) to determine the effect of savings and loan business units, self-service business units and general refueling station business units which have a dominant influence on financial performance. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, dominant test and coefficient of determination. The result of this research is multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.191 + 0.057 X1 + 0.052 X2 - 0.552 X3 + e. Partial testing is the savings and loan business unit (count )1,578 < t_table 2,042, the self-service business unit tcount 0.395 < ttable 2,036 and the general fuel filling station business unit -tcount -4.693 > -ttable -2,036. Thus, the savings and loan business unit, the self-service business unit and the general fueling station business unit have no effect on financial performance. Simultaneous testing of savings and loan business units, self-service business units and general fueling station business units has an effect on financial performance because the value of Fcount is 7.649 > Ftable 2.90. There is no dominant variable to influence the financial performance variable.

Abstract

The position and function of the State Civil Apparatus as part of the State apparatus which is responsible as a public servant must provide equitable services to the community, with the principles of loyalty and compliance with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Work Discipline , Work Environment and Incentives on the Performance of ASN Employees at the Cermee Bondowoso Health Center UPTD with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study were ASN UPTD employees of the Cermee Bondowoso Community Health Center. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Incentives have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a negative but not significant effect on Performance , Work Environment has a significant negative effect on Performance, Incentives have a significant positive effect on Performance. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the variables that work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction, the work environment has a negative but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, and incentives have a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The ultimate goal desired and achieved by a company is to obtain the maximum profit (profit) because to maintain the survival of a company. Profitability has many benefits, especially not only for company owners but also for parties outside the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dividend policy in moderating profitability and liquidity on firm value. The sampling technique used in this research is Purposive Sampling. The population in this study were LQ45 companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Profitability has a negative but insignificant effect on Firm Value, Liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on Firm Value, Dividend policy positively but insignificantly moderates (weakens) the effect of Profitability on Firm Value, Dividend policy positively but insignificantly moderates (weakens) the effect of Liquidity on Firm Value.

Abstract

Technological advances have fundamentally changed the business landscape and revolutionized entrepreneurial practices. In order to expand the business they own, entrepreneurs must not only pay attention to assets and profits, but also company values ​​must be built. Currently, firm size is no longer measured based on profits or assets, but also on company value. The aim of this research is to see the influence of Firm size, Growth opportunity, and Leverage on Firm value through Cash holding. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is 32 plantation sub-sector companies registered on the IDX in 2019-2022. The samples were selected using the purposive sampling method and a sample of 8 companies was obtained. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using the structural equation model-Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.9 application, show that Firm size has a significant negative effect on Cash holding, Growth opportunity has a positive but not significant effect on Cash holding, Leverage has a negative but not significant effect on Cash holding, Firm size has a significant negative effect on Firm value, Growth opportunity has a negative but not significant effect on Firm value, Leverage has a positive but not significant effect on Firm value, Cash holding has a significant negative effect on Firm value. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the variable Firm size on Firm value through Cash holding has a positive but not significant effect, Growth opportunity on Firm value through Cash holding has a negative but not significant effect, Leverage on Firm value through Cash holding has a positive but not significant effect.
