Abstract

The impact of leadership approach and organizational culture on shaping teacher performance, with work discipline serving as an intervening variable Human Resource Management stands as a field that focuses on efficiently and effectively managing the interactions and roles of resources, namely the workforce, possessed by individuals. The aim is to utilize these resources optimally to attain the objectives of educational institutions. The primary goal of this study is to ascertain whether variables like Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline exert a significant or insignificant impact on the performance of both Civil Servant (ASN) and Non-Civil Servant (Honorary) Teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo. The research methodology involves assessing validity, testing reliability, evaluating classical assumptions, measuring goodness of fit (GOF), and calculating the coefficient of determination The research findings reveal that the convergent validity test results indicate X1 = 0.625, X2 = 0.687, Y1 = 0.640, Y2 = 0.698. The reliability test outcomes show X1 = 0.798, X2 = 0.848, Y1 = 0.810, Y2 = 0.891. The classical assumption test demonstrates that the independent variables X1, X2, Y1 influence each other in a manner where the Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) values are all below 5.00. The goodness of fit (GOF) test results confirm that the values of Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR), Chi-Square, and Normed Fit Index (NFI) meet the criteria, with the model's significance level being 0.592 (p > 0.05). The test for the coefficient of determination indicates that the combined impact of Variables (X1) and (X2) on Work Discipline (Y1) accounts for 41.7% of the variation, leaving 58.3% influenced by other unexamined factors. Similarly, (X1) and (X2) together influence (Y2) by 60.8%, with the remaining 39.2% being influenced by variables not covered in this

Abstract

The journey of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises since 2008 has experienced ups and downs regarding their role and function in the sustainability of the economic system in Indonesia. As the main foundation that supports the Indonesian economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are required to be more independent by developing human resources, developing product varieties and marketing systems, as is done by the F-Ros Collection sewing house which operates in the service sector. The role of bureaucratic policy that handles the problems of Small and Medium Enterprises is that of the Cooperation and Trade Department as a forum for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors to develop and facilitate the existence and sustainability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. However, in practice there are often problems between existing policies and their proper roles. This is often inversely proportional to the minimal budget allocated for developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Therefore, there are still many disparities which are a problem for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors in getting attention from the appointed bureaucracy. The uneven implementation of existing work programs will have a less than optimal impact on the performance and role of the bureaucracy. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors need to be aware of these things in order to be independent and always think positively about the cooperative, industry and trade services because this institution only implements work programs from the regional government.

The increasing expansion is expected to provide contributions to society and companies. The aim of this research is Profitability, Sales Growth and Company Size on Company Value with Capital Structure in food and beverage companies as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study are companies listed on the indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with a sample of 9 companies. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method. The results of hypothesis testing regarding the direct impact of using Smart PLS 3.0, show that Profitability is significantly negative on Capital Structure, Sales Growth is negative but not significant on Capital Structure, Company Size is signicantly positive on Capital Structure, Profitability is positive not significant on Company Value, Sales Growth is positive but not significant to Company Value, Company Size is negative but not significant to Company Value, Capital Structure is Positive but not significant to Company Value. The results of the indirect influences hypothesis test show that the Profitablity variable is negative but not significant on Capital Structure through Company Value, Sales Growth is negative but not significant on Campital Structure through Company Value, Company Size is positive but not significant on Capital Structure through Company Value.
