Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Banking companies are the pillars of a country’s economy. Therefore, banking plays a vital role in driving the wheels of the Indonesian economy. This study aimed to determine the effect of Company Size, Working Capital Turnover, and Sales Growth on Stock Returns as profits obtained by companies, individuals, and institutions from the results of investment policies they carry out with profitability. This research was conducted at Conventional Banking Companies listed on the IDX for 2019-2022. The population of this study was all Conventional Banking Companies, with a total of 41 companies. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, there were ten companies as samples. The data were secondary, and the research analysis tool used multiple linear regression using purposive sampling. This study’s data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing regarding the direct impact using Smart PLS 3.0 show that Company Size has a positive effect on Profitability Working Capital Turnover; Sales Growth has a significant negative effect on Profitability, Company Size, Working Capital Turnover; Sales Growth and Profitability have a negative but insignificant effect on Stock Return; Company Size has a positive but insignificant effect on Profitability through Stock Return; Working Capital Turnover has a positive but insignificant effect on Profitability through Stock Return, Sales Growth has a positive but insignificant effect on Profitability through Stock Return.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of job training, work environment, and work culture on employee performance at CV. Tirta Haguna, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population for this study were employees at CV. Tirta Haguna. The sampling method was evenly distributed without considering the strata within the population. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using regression statistical methods. The results of the hypothesis test for direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that job training has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a negative but insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job training has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, work environment has a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance, work culture has a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job training has a significant positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction through employee performance, work environment has a significant negative but insignificant effect on job satisfaction through employee performance, and work culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction through employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Product Completeness, Service Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions at Warung Makan Pojok Situbondo with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 99 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM)The test results show that Product completeness has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Service quality has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Price has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Product completeness has a significant effect on Purchasing decisions, Service quality does not have a significant effect on Purchasing decisions Price has a significant effect on Purchasing decisions, Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on Purchasing decisions, Product completeness has a significant effect on Purchasing decisions through Consumer Satisfaction, Service quality has an insignificant effect on Purchasing decisions through Consumer Satisfaction, Price has a significant effect on Purchasing decisions through Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of situational leadership style, compensation and work environment with work motivation as an intervening variable on teacher performance at MAN 2 Situbondo. The population of this research is ASN teachers at MAN 2 Situbondo. The analysis and testing method in this research is using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that situational leadership style has a significant positive effect on work motivation, Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on work motivation, Work environment has a positive but not significant effect on work motivation, Situational leadership style has a positive but not significant effect significant effect on teacher performance, Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance, Work environment has a negative but not significant effect on teacher performance, Work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance, Situational leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance through work motivation, Compensation has a positive effect but not significant on performance through job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of village officials with leadership as a moderating variable in Bugeman village, Kendit village, Balung village, Kendit sub-district, Situbondo Regency. imi's research used a quantitative approach which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 39 village officials in Bugeman village, Kendit village and Balung village, Kendit sub-district, Situbondo Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test results have a direct effect using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Hypothesis test results show that the work environment has a significant effect on performance, work discipline has no significant effect on performance. The results of the hypothesis test with moderation of the leadership variable show that the work environment variable has a negative but significant effect on performance. The results of the hypothesis test with moderation of leadership show that the work discipline variable has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

In the development of the digital industrial era, people are now starting to recognize online platforms such as e-commerce and marketplaces, which are the shopping platforms of first choice for people in Indonesia to meet their various needs and requirements. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of price and promotion on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions with service quality as moderation. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study was buyers of the Markas Beli store. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hypothesis test results of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, Promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, Price has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Purchasing decisions have an effect significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive but not significant effect in moderating price on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the price variable has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. Price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effects of product diversity, price, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Ayah Bunda in Situbondo. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, dominant test, and coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression indicate that the variable product diversity (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) have a positive influence on the variable visitor satisfaction (Y). This is shown in the results of multiple linear regression analysis Y = 2.550E-16 + 0.671X1 -0.226X2 + 0.121X3+ e. The value for the product diversity variable is t-count 7,320 > t-table 1,985 has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. Price variable -tcount -2.454 > ttable 1.985 has a partially negative effect on consumer satisfaction. The service quality variable t-count 1.472 < t-table 1.985 has no partial effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Ayah Bunda in Situbondo. The f-test shows the calculated f-value of 20.107 > 2.70, so it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (H2) which states that the variables of product diversity, price, and service quality have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction. Based on the dominant test, the value of the product diversity variable is greater than the other variables by 7,320.

Abstract

Financial literacy is very important in the economy because it can empower MSMEs to manage their finances effectively. The use of fintech, such as the DANA application, provides benefits to the community in terms of easy access to transactions, including digital payments, business loans and better financial management. This article aims to explore how the combination of financial literacy and fintech can increase MSME income in the online food sector, focusing on the DANA application as a case study. The research methodology involves collecting qualitative descriptive data to evaluate the impact of fintech and financial literacy on MSMEs. The results of this research were created with the hope that it can share very valuable knowledge with interested and related objects in increasing support for MSMEs through increasing financial literacy and the use of fintech, especially through the DANA application.

Abstract

Essentially, marketing is the process of moving products from manufacturers to customers. This study's goal is 1) to find out the marketing channels used for chayote, 2) to calculate marketing margins, 3) to determine marketing efficiency. This study's methodologies are descriptive and quantitative analysis. Purposively, Gadingrejo Village, Umbulsari District, Jember Regency was selected as the research location. 32 farmers and 12 marketing institutions make up the sample, which is selected using simple random sampling and total sampling. The study's findings indicate that: 1.) In Gadingrejo Village, chayote is marketed through two different channels, including the channel pattern to one Farmer – Wholesaler – Retailer – Consumer, the second channel pattern is Farmer – Collector Trader – Wholesaler – Retailer – Consumer, 2) The marketing margin in each marketing channel pattern has differences, namely a marketing margin of Rp 4,5000/kg is found in the first marketing channel pattern, and Rp 6,000/kg is found in the second, 3) The level II marketing channel pattern, with a farmer share value of 59.09%, has the highest marketing efficiency of any more efficient marketing channel pattern; in contrast, the level III marketing channel pattern, with a farmer share value of 45.45%, has the lowest marketing efficiency of any marketing channel pattern.
