Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Coal mining is one of the subsectors that has a major influence, its impact on the Indonesian economy. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Profitability, and Capital Structure in influencing Firm Value moderated by Dividend Policy. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study is a coal subsector mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed and hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, Capital Structure has an insignificant positive effect on firm value, Dividend Policy is unable to moderate the effect of Profitability on firm value, Dividend Policy is able to moderate the effect of Capital Structure on firm value

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work stress, competence, work environment and job satisfaction on ASN work performance with compensation as intervening variable at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Situbondo Regency. By using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural equation model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work stress has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, competency has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a positive but not significant effect on Achievement work, competence has a positive but not significant effect on work performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on work performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on work performance, job stress has a positive but not significant effect on work performance through job satisfaction, competency has a positive but not significant effect on work performance through job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on work performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The Situbondo Regency Government includes the Transportation Agency as one of its departments. At the beginning of its operation, the Transportation Department was mainly responsible for controlling land traffic, regulating parking facilities, and protecting district mobilization operations. For the Dinas Perhubungan of Situbondo Regency to maximize its employees, everyone involved must understand role responsibilities, reporting relationships, organizational structure, and standard operating procedures. This is stated in the related Situbondo Regency Regent Decree (PERBUP) Number 24 of 2022. This study aimed to analyze and examine the role of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Situbondo Regency Transportation Office”. This research is quantitative. The population used in this study was 51 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This study’s data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Method - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a negative but insignificant effect on performance, work motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on performance, work discipline has a negative but insignificant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Leadership variable on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, and work discipline on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

In the context of development planning, BAPPEDA Situbondo Regency is required to be able to explore and utilize existing potential, solve various problems and challenges, serve or fulfill regional needs. Besides that, we are required to be ready and able to prepare and produce quality planning documents, in order to produce well-planned development that improves the welfare of ASN and the people of Situbondo Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Compensation, Leadership style and Work environment on ASN Performance through Job satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at BAPPEDA Situbondo Regency. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study was ASN BAPPEDA Situbondo Regency, except for the leader. The sampling technique was determined by non-probability sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Compensation has a significant positive effect on Job satisfaction, Leadership style has a significant positive effect on Job satisfaction, Work environment has a positive but not significant effect on Job satisfaction, Compensation has a significant positive effect on ASN Performance, Leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on ASN Performance, Work environment has a positive but not significant effect on ASN Performance, Job satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect on ASN Performance. Abstract

PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo is one of the efforts to provide access to clean water for Situbondo residents. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the influence of leadership, work discipline and organizational culture on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable at the PDAM office in Situbondo Regency. The population in this study was PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity and leverage on the firm value with profitability as an intervening variable in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The population of this study is all food and beverage companies listed on the IDX, totaling 30 companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposing sampling so that 12 samples of data analysis were obtained. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicated that Liquidity had a positive significant effect on Profitability, Leverage had a negative significant effect on Profitability, Liquidity had a negatife significant effect on Firm Value, Leverage and Profitability had a positive significant effect on Firm Value, Liquidity had a positive significant effect on Firm Value through Profitability and Leverage had a negative significant effect on Firm Value through Profitability.

Abstract

Cosmetics are products used to care for the skin, and are also used to beautify certain parts of the body. The aim of the research is to find out: 1. Brand image has a significant influence in building consumer satisfaction.2. Price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 3. Brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty. 4. Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty. 5. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. 6. Brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. 7. Price has a significant effect on customer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative. The data analysis technique used is convergent validity analysis. This reliability test provides an indication that the reliability of the questionnaire used as a measuring tool for each variable is in the highly correlated and acceptable category. Because each alpha value exceeds the Cronbach's Alpha value, namely: 0.70, all variables are reliable. The coefficient of determination test shows that the variables Brand Image (X1) and Price (X2) influence consumer satisfaction (Y1) by 0.80 (80%) while the remaining 20% ​​is influenced by other variables not included in this research. The variables Brand Image (X1) and Price (X2) influence customer loyalty (Y2) by 0.82 (82%) while the remaining 18% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

Puskesmas is one of the most important health facilities that carries out the task of providing health services to the entire community. The function of the puskesmas is as a health center for health development in its area. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the impact of organizational culture, workload and compensation on turnover intention with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Prajekan Bondowoso Public Health Center. The population in this study were all Non ASN employees at Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Prajekan Bondowoso Public Health Center with a population of 36 employees with sampling using saturated sampling techniques which means that it is taken as a whole. The analysis in this study used the help of the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of hypothesis testing in direct influence using the Smart PLS 3. 0, shows that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work motivation, workload has a positive insignificant effect on work motivation, compensation has a significant positive effect on work motivation, organizational culture has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention, work motivation has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, organizational culture has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention through work motivation, workload has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention through work motivation, and compensation has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention through work motivation.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, of course, there are many developments that are very rapid and increasingly sophisticated, one of which is the development of retail business businesses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Role of Product Diversity, Service Quality, and Facilities in influencing Consumer Satisfaction and Repurchase Interest in Guyub Rukun Cooperative Supermarket in Panarukan. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study is the consumers of the Guyub Rukun Cooperative Supermarket in Panarukan. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, showed that product diversity did not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Service quality did not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Facilities had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Product diversity had a significant effect on repurchase interest, Service quality did not have a significant effect on repurchase interest, Facilities do not have a significant effect on repurchase interest, Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase interest. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test showed that the variable of product diversity on repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction had a negative but insignificant effect, The quality of service for repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect, the facility for repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect.
