Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

The development of the economy in Indonesia is currently very fast and growing. However, this weekend the Covid 19 pandemic had a negative impact on companies such as capital structure and company size which could affect stock prices. This study aims to determine the size of the company on stock prices through capital structure as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all Islamic banking companies. The sample of this research used purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 shows that firm size has a significant positive effect on capital structure. Firm size has stock prices. Capital structure has a significant positive effect on stock prices. The results of the direct influence hypothesis show that firm size has a positive and significant effect on stock prices through capital structure.

Abstract

Marketing management is a science that studies the implementation of marketing. In marketing management science, companies can determine which market to target by fostering good relationships with the target market. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of location and service quality in determining consumer loyalty with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The population in this study are employees of Angkringan Aroma Kopi Pancur Prajekan Bondowoso. The sampling method was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, purchase decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. significantly positive on consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the location variable on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, and service quality on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

Cooperatives as one of the entities that use SAK ETAP are expected to know the functions and ease of use of SAK ETAP in preparing financial reports. By using descriptive qualitative, namely collecting data, analyzing data, and concluding data analysis. Collecting data by conducting interviews, documentation and observation. The financial statements in accordance with SAK ETAP consist of, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and notes to financial statements which are the basis for the evaluation and presentation of SAK ETAP financial statements. So the results of this study, where the Notes to the financial statements have not been presented by the Cooperative due to a lack of understanding on how to do it and because the reports have been adapted to the needs of those who work within the cooperative rather than compiled according to the relevant ones. ETAP SAK. And still have not implemented SAK EP.

Abstract

The business world that is growing rapidly is both a challenge and a threat for business actors in order to calm the competition and maintain the viability of the company. The marketing concept is all company activities in marketing planning as an effort to achieve company goals. The marketing concept is a concept with a point of marketing is a concept with an emphasis on consumer needs, focusing more on feeling and responding to what consumers need. Especially for customers or consumers at the prosperous store by increasing the consumers at the Mangaran Prosperous shop, Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of product diversity and consumer trust in determining consumer buying interest on purchasing decisions at the Prosperous Stores in Mangaran. The population in this study are consumers at Toko Sejahtera in Mangaran, Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing the direct effect of using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, consumer trust has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, consumer trust has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, Consumer buying interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity on purchasing decisions through consumer buying interests has a significant positive effect, consumer confidence in purchasing decisions through consumer buying interests has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable influence of service quality, drug price and location on consumer buying interest at the Olean FarmaTenggir Barat Pharmacy, Situbondo Regency. Collection method. Service Quality Variable (X1) with a significant level of 5% obtained a tcount of 0.971 with a significant value of 0.334. From these results it can be said that the Service Quality variable (X1) has a positive but not significant effect because the results of the t-count have a value of 0.971. In addition, it is known that the t-count is 0.971 < t-table 1.985 and the significant value of t-count is 0.334, so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that there is no partially positive significant effect of the Service Quality variable (X1) on the Consumer Purchase Order variable. Price variable (X2) with a significant level of 5% obtained t-count results of 2.515 with a significance of 0.014. It can be said that the price variable (X2) has a positive effect on the result of t-count which has a value of 2.515. In addition, it is known that t count 2.515 > t table 1.985 and significant t 0.014 < 0.050, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the partially positive significant effect of the Price variable (X2) on the Consumer Buying Interest variable (Y) Apotek Olean FarmaTenggir Barat Situbondo Regency. Location variable (X3) with a significance level of 5% obtained t-count results of 7.240 with a significance value of 0.000, it can be said that the Location variable (X3) has a positive effect because the results of t-count which have a value of 7.240. In addition, it is known that t arithmetic 7.240 > t table 1.985 and significant value t 0.000 < 0, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the partially positive significant effect of the Location variable (X3) on Consumer Buying Interest (Y) at the Olean FarmaTenggit Barat Pharmacy, Situbondo Regency.

Abstract

One of the important factors in the field of human resources is providing compensation and motivation, which are the rights of employees and the company's obligation to support the contributions of workers in order to achieve the goals that have been determined. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of compensation on employee performance through work motivation at the PDAM Tirta Baluran office in Situbondo Regency. The population in this study were permanent employees of the PDAM Tirta Baluran office in Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that compensation has a significant positive effect on work motivation, compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance through work motivation .

Abstract

The Ra Amal Shaleh Tempurejo foundation is a non-profit oriented foundation which means it is no for profit and is engaged in Islamic-based education with Raudatul Atfal (RA) level. The soures of income for the ra amal shaleh faoundation com from donation froms, the community, the government (BOP) and income from tuition fees from students. The Ra Amal Shaleh foundation only make reports in the form of cash in and cash out every month and funds originating from government will be reported in accordance with the technical guidelines for financial reports. The purpos of this study is to apply financial standards, namely referring to the interprestation of financial accounting standards (ISAK) 35, which contain statements of financial position, reports of comprehensive income, report of net asset, report of cash flows, and notes to financial statements. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in order to explain everything that exists in the transaction that occur at the foundation. The result of study explain that the foundation has not implemented ISAK 35 in the preparation of financial statements. This research has recrontructed the financial statements of Ra Amal Shaleh foundation based on ISAK 35.

Abstract

Financial management is all company activities related to efforts to obtain the necessary funding with minimal costs and the most favorable terms, as well as efforts to use these funds as efficiently as possible. assets, log size, stock market value, etc. The value of the company is the selling price of the goods when the goods are sold. The capital structure is an illustration of the form of the company's financial proportions, namely between owned capital which is sourced from long-term liabilities and shareholder's equity which is a source of financing for a company. To find out the size of the company on the capital structure with firm value as an intervening variable in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. In this study, the sample was taken using purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Firm size has a significant positive effect on capital structure. Firm size has a significant positive effect on firm value. Capital structure has a significant negative effect on firm value. Accepted Firm size has a significant negative effect on firm value through capital structure.

Abstract

This study discusses the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions at restaurants in Jember. By using a systematic literature review method consisting of three stages, namely, planning, implementation, and reporting. The research data was obtained from Google Scholar published in 2014 to 2021, the initial research found in this study was 438 articles, and the total research used was 12 articles as data sources and will be analyzed further. This study only uses research with a quantitative approach. The results of a systematic literature review of all published studies state that the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions at restaurants in Jember are very diverse, namely, Store Atmosphere, product, price, promotion, place, Taste, Service Quality, Facilities, advertising, and lifestyles. The main factor that influences is the place where consumers are not likely to find products that are outside the reach of consumers. The location factor is also a factor that determines the success of a business. Place strategy is one of the most important determinants in consumer behavior, companies must choose a strategic location in placing their shop (restaurant) in an area / area close to crowds and community activities.
