Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine whether the image of a family company at the Mamahke Jogja company affects social media engagement with brand authentication and consumer-company identification as mediating variables. Methods: The method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Data analysis: Test validity, reliability test, structural model test, hypothesis testing and mediation test Result and discussions: The results show that family firm image has a positive effect on brand authenticity, brand authenticity has a positive effect on consumer-company identification, consumer-company identification has a positive effect on social media engagement Conclusion: The conclusion is that a good family firm image can indirectly increase interactions made by consumers who follow the company's Instagram.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the employee benefits at PT Nusantara Insurance Broker & Consultant comply with PSAK 24 standards regarding employee benefits. The research design used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques used namely field studies and literature studies. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis, namely analyzing a comparison between the theory of employee benefits in PSAK 24 and the practice of employee benefits at PT Nusantara Insurance Broker & Consultant. The results of this study indicate that most of the employee benefits at PT Nusantara Insurance Broker & Consultant in 2022 are in accordance with PSAK 24 standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially or simultaneously the independent variables of Workload, Work Environment, and Organizational Communication with the dependent variable of Employee Performance at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Surabaya City. The population in this study were all employees of BAZNAS Surabaya City, totaling 40 people. The sample in this study was taken using saturated sample technique. The data collection technique in this study was a survey technique with a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis in this study used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2), while hypothesis testing techniques used t test and F test by utilizing SPSS version 26 program. Workload partially has a significant negative effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Communication partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, Workload, Work Environment, and Communication variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix) is a bushy, small and bushy plant which is mainly used for its fruit and leaves as a seasoning for cooking. Kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix) belongs to the Rutaceae family. Internationally, kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix) is known as "kaffir lime". Kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix) grows in the tropics and originates from Southeast Asia, India, Malaysia and China and is widely used in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix) is also very popular as a medicine which is important in treating various diseases. In this article, the discussion on kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix) is focused on its chemical composition and medical value, especially on its pharmacological activities such as antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antitumor, antilarvae, and antifertility as well as the use of kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix) as orthodox medicine and its applications traditional.

Abstract

One of the goals of organizing food in hospitals is to provide quality food in order to achieve good nutritional status. To achieve this goal, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) indicators are needed. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between food taste, food appearance and food variety with food waste from a regular diet at RSUD Abdoel Moeis Hospital, Samarinda. The research design is cross sectional with the Spearman statistical test to test the relationship between variables. There was no relationship between food taste, food appearance (p=0.504), food variety (p=0.337) with food waste from inpatients at Inche Abdoel Moeis Hospital, Samarinda. Meanwhile, the proposed policy refers to the Evaluation of Patient Meal Service Satisfaction at Inche Abdoel Moeis Hospital Samarinda based on the level of satisfaction which is still low, namely regarding food temperature with a percentage of 26.3%. The results of research at the Inche Abdoel Moeis Hospital in Samarinda showed that the average rating was good in terms of food taste, food appearance and food variety.

Abstract

Star anise (Illicium verum) has long been used in traditional medicine and the food industry to prevent cold and relieve pain. The traditional use of star anise (Illicium verum) is evidenced from South Asia and West Asia, where the star anise has been consumed for the treatment of a number of disease disorders. In this article, the discussion on star anise (Illicium verum) is focused on its chemical composition and medical value, especially on its pharmacological activities such as antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-insect, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antidiarrheal, antifungal and the use of star anise as orthodox medicine and traditional applications.

Abstract

Indonesia has a very high amount of biodiversity. This is evidenced by the many types of medicinal plants that grow in this country. Noni fruit is one of the most popular medicinal plants in Indonesia and has high efficacy. However, the utilization of noni leaves is still not maximal. This study aimed to test for the presence of secondary metabolites in the ethanol extract of noni leaves using phytochemical screening. The results showed that the ethanol extract of noni leaves from Pejagan village positively contained alkaloids, terpenoids, steroids, flavonoids, tannins, and saponins.

Abstract

One of the problems that occurs in teenagers is obesity. One way to overcome the problem of obesity in teenagers is to consume healthy and nutritious food. The aim of this research was to determine the sensory evaluation and nutritional content (carbohydrates) of pudding with the addition of purple sweet potato. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three formulations and four repetitions. The three formulations used in making pudding with the addition of purple sweet potato have the formulations (85 grams), (80 grams) and (75 grams). Laboratory tests are carried out to determine nutritional content (carbohydrates). The results of this research show that the best purple sweet potato pudding with palm sugar is the addition of 85 grams of purple sweet potato which has a nutritional content (carbohydrate) of 12.94%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and rewards on employee performance at PT. Mifa Bersaudara Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was a Slovin sample with a sample of 100 respondents. From the results of the research conducted, it is known that the work environment and rewards have a significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. From the results of the multiple regression analysis, it is known that the regression function Y = 20.947+0.155X1+0.353X2 with a correlation value of 0.511 where the work environment and motivation only have an influence of 26.1% on employee performance and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Mitra Rajaya South Jakarta. The sample in the study was 50 respondents using quantitative methods. This research technique uses validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis tests. The results obtained in this research on work environment variables have a significant influence, there are employee performance variables with a value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the work discipline variable has a significant effect on the employee performance variable with a value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously the leadership style variable and the work discipline variable have a significant effect on the employee performance variable with the calculated F value > F table or (34.310 > 3.20).
