Abstract

In the digital era, social media has become an important communication strategy for organizations, including hospitals, in building and strengthening institutional image. Adhyaksa East Java Hospital utilizes Instagram and TikTok platforms as communication channels to disseminate health information, provide educational content, and establish relationships with the public. This study aims to describe and analyze social media communication strategies implemented through the accounts @rsadhyaksajatim and @rsadhyaksa.jatim in building the hospital’s image. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that social media plays a strategic role in shaping the hospital image through informative, educational, and communicative content. The effectiveness of the strategy is supported by content consistency, attractive visual presentation, and active audience interaction. Engagement levels between the hospital and social media users serve as important factors in strengthening public trust and creating a positive perception of the institution. This study highlights the importance of optimizing digital communication strategies to support sustainable hospital branding in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pengelolaan informasi kerusakan fasilitas berbasis web pada Dinas Pengairan Aceh yang dilengkapi dengan fitur Laporan Darurat, sehingga masyarakat umum dapat melaporkan kerusakan infrastruktur pengairan secara langsung. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh belum tersedianya kanal pelaporan kerusakan pada website resmi Dinas Pengairan Aceh, sehingga penyampaian informasi kerusakan masih dilakukan secara konvensional melalui telepon atau kunjungan langsung ke kantor dinas, yang berdampak pada lambatnya proses penanganan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall, yang terdiri atas tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan, dengan pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language berupa Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, dan basis data MySQL, kemudian diuji menggunakan metode Black Box Testing terhadap 30 skenario pengujian yang mencakup pengiriman laporan, unggah foto, penentuan lokasi melalui peta digital, pelacakan status laporan, verifikasi oleh admin, dan penugasan petugas lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi yang diuji berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang dirancang dan dinyatakan valid. Sistem yang dihasilkan mampu meningkatkan kecepatan, akurasi, dan transparansi proses pelaporan kerusakan infrastruktur pengairan, sekaligus memperkuat komunikasi dua arah antara masyarakat dan instansi pemerintah, sejalan dengan prinsip good governance dan semangat e-government yang partisipatif.

Abstract

Pengelolaan kegiatan kajian Islam selama ini masih banyak dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, sehingga penyebaran informasi menjadi terpecah-pecah, pendaftaran peserta tidak efisien, dan pengelolaan data administrasi menjadi sulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Manajemen Kajian Islam berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan WhatsApp guna meningkatkan penyebaran informasi, pendaftaran peserta, dan komunikasi antara panitia dan jamaah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian rekayasa sistem, sedangkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak mengikuti model Waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, penerapan (deployment), dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, REST API, dan SQLite. Sistem yang diusulkan menyediakan fitur seperti manajemen jadwal kajian, informasi penceramah, pendaftaran daring, pembuatan tiket digital, verifikasi peserta, pencatatan kehadiran, pengumuman, pelaporan, serta integrasi WhatsApp Click-to-Chat untuk konfirmasi pendaftaran. Evaluasi fungsional dilakukan menggunakan metode Black-box Testing untuk memverifikasi bahwa setiap fitur sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi yang diuji, termasuk manajemen jadwal, pendaftaran peserta, autentikasi, konfirmasi WhatsApp, pencatatan kehadiran, dan pelaporan, berjalan dengan baik tanpa kesalahan fungsional. Sistem yang dikembangkan menyediakan platform terpusat untuk mengelola kegiatan kajian Islam, meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, mempermudah komunikasi dengan peserta, serta memperluas akses terhadap informasi kajian. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dapat mencakup integrasi dengan WhatsApp Business API resmi, absensi berbasis kode QR, serta evaluasi usability yang lebih komprehensif dengan melibatkan jumlah pengguna yang lebih banyak.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages MSMEs to utilize digital systems to improve operational effectiveness and customer servise. Radeaa Store as an MSMEs operating in the fashion selector still faces obstracles in managing products, transactions and preparing reports which are carried out conventionally. This research aims to design and implement an Androidbased e-commerce application to support the digitalization of business processes at Radea-Store. The system development method used is waterfall which consists of planning stages, need analysys, design, implementation and testing. The application was developed using Flutter for mobile, Laravel for the web admin dashboard, and Midtrans as a payment gateway. The research results show that the application is successful in providing product, order, customer, sales, report, and online payment management features. Based on black box testing, all main features work according to system requirements. This application is able to increase operational efficiency and provide easy transactions for customers and MSME managers.

Abstract

The management of UMKM assistance recipient data at the Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Office of Kediri Regency is still carried out manually using Microsoft Excel, resulting in frequent data duplication in the NIK and NKK columns. Excel's limitation of accurately processing only up to 15 digits is a serious obstacle because NIK consists of 16 digits, risking digit truncation that causes data inaccuracy and inaccurate aid distribution. This study aims to design and build a Flutter-based desktop application capable of detecting duplicate NIK or NKK data automatically, accurately, and informatively. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Sugiyono development model simplified into eight stages, along with the Exact Matching algorithm based on HashMap which has O(n) time complexity. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method through ten test scenarios covering file validation, NIK/NKK duplicate detection, result export, and application reset. The results showed that the application successfully detected all duplicate data with 100% accuracy and was able to process Excel files containing 5,000 rows of data in less than 1 second, much faster than the manual method which takes 2 to 3 hours. All ten Black Box Testing scenarios were declared successful (100% pass rate). The implication of this research is the availability of an appropriate technical solution that can be directly used by staff to accelerate data validation, and can serve as a reference for developing similar systems in other government institutions facing similar data duplication problems.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a website-based information system for gallon water sales and stock at the Cemani Refill Water Depot. The current problem is that the sales and stock recording process is still done manually, resulting in frequent recording errors, delays in reporting, and difficulties in monitoring inventory. This condition results in less effective and efficient operational processes. The system development method used in this research is a prototype method, which includes requirements gathering, prototype creation, prototype evaluation, system development, system testing, system evaluation, and system use. The system design was carried out using Unified Modeling Language (UML), while system testing utilized Black Box Testing.The result of this research is a web-based information system capable of managing sales data, gallon water stock data, customer data, and generating reports quickly and accurately. Based on the results of testing using the Black Box Testing method, all system features, such as login, customer data management, stock management, sales transactions, and report generation, functioned as expected without error. This system is expected to improve work efficiency, minimize recording errors, and facilitate business owners in monitoring business progress in real time.

Abstract

PT. Mekar Harum Dinamika (PT. MHD) is a company that provides fronting services for loan applications submitted by Indonesian Civil Servants, namely the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) or Civil Servants (PNS). Customer data management and loan application processing are still carried out using Microsoft Excel, while document exchange is conducted through WhatsApp. These practices result in a high risk of recording errors, data duplication, difficulties in retrieving information, and delays in report generation, which reduce the overall effectiveness of business processes. This study aims to implement a web-based loan application management information system to support customer data management, loan application processing, incentive submission, document verification, application status monitoring, and integrated report generation. The system was developed using the Agile methodology, enabling iterative development and continuous adaptation to user requirements. The application was built using the Laravel framework and MySQL database to ensure structured and secure data management. The results of this study indicate that the developed system improves the effectiveness and efficiency of loan application management, reduces data processing errors, accelerates information retrieval and report generation, and enables administrators and marketing staff to monitor the entire loan application process in real time. Consequently, the system supports faster and more accurate decision-making while enhancing the overall quality of loan management services.

Abstract

Diamond Interest sebagai perusahaan distribusi produk herbal memiliki data karakteristik pelanggan dan riwayat transaksi yang berpotensi dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung strategi pemasaran berbasis data. Namun, data tersebut belum dioptimalkan untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem rekomendasi produk menggunakan metode Decision Tree berdasarkan karakteristik pelanggan dan riwayat transaksi guna menghasilkan rekomendasi yang akurat dan relevan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kerangka kerja CRISP-DM yang meliputi Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, dan Deployment. Dataset yang digunakan berasal dari data pelanggan, transaksi, dan produk herbal PT Diamond Interest periode 17 Mei 2025 hingga 17 Mei 2026. Model Decision Tree dibandingkan dengan Random Forest dan Support Vector Machine (SVM), kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan metrik accuracy, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Decision Tree memberikan kinerja terbaik dengan nilai accuracy sebesar 80,77%, precision 80,92%, recall 80,77%, dan F1-score 80,58%, serta berada pada kondisi good fit tanpa indikasi overfitting maupun underfitting. Model tersebut diimplementasikan ke dalam sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan Streamlit yang menyediakan fitur unggah dataset, visualisasi data, klasifikasi preferensi kesehatan pelanggan, dan rekomendasi produk herbal. Sistem yang dihasilkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi produk yang lebih tepat sasaran sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan pemasaran berbasis data dan meningkatkan efektivitas strategi pemasaran perusahaan.

Abstract

The exponential growth of customer review data on e-commerce platforms generates high volume, variety, and velocity of data, necessitating efficient Big Data Analytics approaches beyond the constraints of traditional relational databases. This study aims to analyze product review sentiments to identify customer satisfaction patterns and inconsistencies between star ratings and textual reviews, while evaluating the efficiency of NoSQL databases in managing such non-relational data structures. The method employed involves text mining and Natural Language Processing (NLP), applying data preprocessing, Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) feature extraction with bigram-with-punctuation modeling, and text classification using the TextBlob library. The unstructured review data is managed using a NoSQL MongoDB database cluster with a scale-out architecture. The results indicate that integrating symbol-only word filtration significantly improves keyword relevance, and n-gram modeling successfully captures negation contexts like "not good". Word cloud visualizations effectively extract dominant keywords in negative reviews (Score 1), highlighting product quality criticisms ("taste", "product") and origin concerns ("made in"). Furthermore, sentiment distribution inconsistencies were detected, wherein low-rating reviews scores 1 and 2 still exhibited 15.1% and 29.2% positive sentiment, respectively. The implications of this research provide strategic recommendations for e-commerce executive management to integrate real-time sentiment monitoring systems for data-driven decision-making, proactive product development, and customer service optimization.

Abstract

Managing goods in a logistics warehouse requires a system capable of providing rapid, accurate, and integrated information. Manual recording processes can lead to inaccurate stock data, duplicate records, and delays in report generation. This study aims to develop a web-based logistics warehouse inventory information system for PT Sinar Suri (Kaimana Branch) using the Laravel framework and the Prototyping method. System development began with identifying requirements through interviews, followed by Prototype creation, user evaluation, implementation using Laravel and MySQL, and testing via Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The resulting system features role-based authentication, facilitates the management of master item data, records inbound and outbound transactions, automatically monitors stock levels, and streamlines inventory report generation. This system enhances inventory management effectiveness by enabling organized control and monitoring of item information; this reduces recording errors, accelerates reporting, and improves stock control quality, ultimately supporting operational decision-making within the warehouse.
