The value of sacredness is clearly seen from the implementation of various special rituals such as bathing refuse bala, reading barzanji things is the value of respect for women. On the other hand, community marriage has character values such as help; It is clearly a social value embodied in this tradition. The concept of help cannot be separated from the principle of gotong royong. Solidarity; The value of solidarity cannot be separated from this tradition. What's more, there has been a value that is maintained in this tradition, namely gotong royong and please help. Communicative; It is one of the most important parts of this tradition, because if there is no communication in any case, then it is very impossible that stage by stage of the implementation of the mappanre temme' tradition will be carried out. Abstract

The maritime economy is formed as a result of the vast ocean area's geographical situation, the archipelago's rich natural resources, and the establishment of international trade routes as a result of the archipelago's strategic location at the intersection of two oceans and continents, namely the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, and the Asian continent and the Australian continent. In Indonesia, Islamic values impact marine economic practices; how do Islamic values form the spirit of the maritime economy? How do Islamic principles influence the archipelago's marine economy? How did your talents as an accomplished sailor change after Indonesia gained independence? Studies to answer these scientific questions are important for at least two reasons: first, to explain why Islam has had such a profound influence on the formation of the maritime economic ethos in Indonesia; and second, to explain why Islam has had such a profound influence on the formation of the maritime economic ethos in Indonesia. Third, Islam is the largest community in the archipelago. This paper is a critical library research paper, and the following data collection strategies were used for this study: (1) arranging the appropriate equipment, (2) constructing a working bibliography, (3) organizing time, and (4) reading and taking research notes. Analyze data using content analysis. Content analysis is a technique for analyzing and comprehending literature. To begin with, the primary source of Islam, the Quran, contains a wealth of information regarding maritime trade. Second, the effect of Islam on maritime economic practices in Indonesia is both a cause and a result of Islam's spread via maritime trade channels. Third, the development of the marine economy in modern Indonesia may be seen in the maritime spirit, which is still a living value and a belief among maritime economic actors and coastal populations that rely on maritime resources for their income

Abstract

Humans and everything of God's creation will benefit from Islamic law. Through the establishment of beneficial rules, Islam seeks to advance the world and its inhabitants. Islamic law must contain advantages throughout history. Changes in the law and disagreements in the law that arise among Islamic jurists are all advantageous. Change is an essential component of human existence. This is due to the fact that God has provided humanity with a great deal of capacity to effect significant life changes. God endowed people with three potentials: the potential for rationality or intellectual capacity, defensive potential, and offensive potential. These three potentials are the driving force and urge for humans to be able to differentiate between useful and harmful activities. Individually and socially, therefore, human life is highly dynamic, continually evolving, and ever-changing. These transformations and processes are known as social change in society. Islamic law must be revised due to the inevitability of societal development. Islamic law, as God's rule that benefits humanity, is unquestionably capable of adapting to and responding to this societal transformation. In order to respond and adapt to these societal changes, Islamic jurists (fuqaha) created a widely accepted norm, namely, that Islamic law can alter and vary based on changes in time, location, circumstances, intents, and traditions. Social changes have ramifications for the evolution of Islamic law, while the evolution of Islamic law has implications for social change. The interaction between the two is mutualistic.

Abstract

This research discusses the state institutional format in the Constitution of 1945 after the amendment. Since the Constitution 1945 had four changes from 1999 to 2022, so need to know what implications for all state institutions. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land in the Indonesian legal system, which was used as the basis for all social practice, nation, and state. This research used a normative approach in which the formation of the state is in accordance with its designation or not. The study of the content used normative juridical or doctrinal methods. This study found that the third and fourth amendments to the 1945 Constitution established three new institutions, namely the DPD, the Constitutional Court (MK) and the Judicial Commission, while the Supreme Consultative Council was abolished. With amendments to the 1945 Constitution, the MPR is no longer the highest institution. Likewise, changes in the constitutional system. These changes cover the government system (the President and Vice President as one leading institution), the representative system (MPR consisting of the DPR and DPD), and the justice system (MA and MK). The reformed format for organizing state institutions in the 1945 Constitution applies a system of enhancing power and the principle of checks and balances between state institutions, as in democratic countries.
