Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a framework used to align business strategy with information technology in an integrated manner. However, in non-container terminal operations, the implementation of Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) is still fragmented and has not been supported by a standardized enterprise architecture, making it difficult to achieve integration and optimize business processes. To support the standardization and digitalization of non-container terminal operations, EA design is required so that the development of information systems and technology can be carried out in a structured manner and aligned with business needs. This study aims to develop an EA design as a guideline for the development of Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) in non-container terminal service companies, covering loading, unloading, receiving, and delivery processes. This research uses a qualitative method through interviews and document analysis. Thematic analysis of interview transcripts and documents is conducted to identify operational needs and existing system issues. The EA design is developed using the TOGAF 10 ADM framework, starting from the Business Architecture phase to the Technology Architecture phase. The results of this study are in the form of a business, data, application, and technology architecture blueprint that supports standardization, integration, and automation of operational processes through the implementation of systems such as SCADA, the development of PTOS-M, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and the utilization of the Internet of Things (IoT). The proposed architecture is expected to improve operational efficiency, system integration, and service quality in non-container terminal operations. This design is also expected to serve as a reference for IS/IT standardization and integration, as well as to contribute to the development of EA in the context of non-container terminals. Specifically, this architecture model uniquely integrates Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) to enable real-time operational visibility and terminal automation, while incorporating security measures across both IT and OT layers.

Tana Tidung Regency accommodates its regional development by establishing a new government center and pursuing urban expansion from Tideng Pale urban area to Sesayap Hilir urban area. This article highlights a production forest area converted for the construction of a government center covering 404.42 hectares, along with multi-temporal forest land cover changes in 2015, 2020 and 2025. This transition zone is particularly vulnerable to uncontrolled spatial utilization due to increasing land demand and shifting spatial function boundaries. Spatial analysis of Land Cover Change using supervised classification and land cover overlay with the spatial plan and forest zone maps reveals that the majority of land changes occurred following the establishment of the government center between 2015, 2020 and 2025 with a vegetation cover decrease of 638.36 hectares and an increase in agricultural land of 477.7 hectares — indicating forest zone conversion to cultivation areas inconsistent with the spatial plan. This article recommends the need for compact regional development and strengthened spatial plan compliance through spatial use monitoring and participatory forest area management policies.

The growth of sharia hospitals in Indonesia reflects the increasing need of Muslim communities for health services aligned with sharia principles. Sharia certification by DSN-MUI in collaboration with MUKISI serves as the standard for Islamic services, yet many Islamic hospitals implement Islamic services without formal certification. Studies comparing Islamic service quality and patient satisfaction between certified and non-certified sharia hospitals remain limited. This study employed an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design with a cross-sectional approach in the quantitative phase. The study was conducted at Islamic Hospital (sharia-certified) and Islamic Hospital (non-sharia certified). A total of 254 Muslim inpatients were selected through purposive sampling, supplemented by nurse and management informants for in-depth interviews. The independent variable was Islamic service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) and the dependent variable was patient satisfaction. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test, simple linear regression and thematic analysis. Islamic service quality at the certified hospital (mean 35.85) was higher than the non-certified hospital (31.67), with a significant difference (p=0.000). Patient satisfaction was also higher at the certified hospital (72.32 vs 65.39; p=0.000). Islamic service quality positively and significantly affected patient satisfaction at both hospitals, with a greater contribution at the certified hospital (R²=86.3%) than the non-certified hospital (R²=74.7%). Qualitative findings revealed that Islamic services at the certified hospital were more structured and consistent. Sharia certification contributes to improving Islamic service quality and patient satisfaction through a more standardized service system.

This study was conducted to analyse the relationship between work-family conflict and emotional regulation on psychological well-being among working mothers who serve as the primary breadwinners at PT X. The study employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive correlational method and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the Pearson Product Moment correlation test for the work-family conflict variable, a correlation coefficient of 0.177 was obtained with a significance value of 0.175 (p > 0.05). These results indicate that no significant relationship was found between work-family conflict and psychological well-being among working mothers acting as female breadwinners at PT X. Meanwhile, emotional regulation showed a positive and significant relationship with psychological well-being, with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.996. This finding indicates that the ability to manage and control emotions plays a crucial role in enhancing the psychological well-being of working mothers. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) also showed that work-family conflict and emotional regulation together have a significant relationship with psychological well-being, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.993. Emotional regulation is therefore the most influential factor in helping working mothers, as female breadwinners, maintain psychological stability amidst the demands of work and family life.

Digital transformation of government procurement involves consistent user support for the Electronic Procurement System. However, knowledge about system utilization remains fragmented across multiple platforms, is not reviewed periodically, and is not managed through a structured knowledge sharing mechanism. This study aims to design and evaluate a knowledge sharing system based on artificial intelligence for electronic procurement support services. The study uses an exploratory mixed method design by integrating Soft Systems Methodology into Design Science Research. Data were collected through interviews, document analysis, questionnaires, and prototype testing. The prototype includes a virtual assistant based on retrieval augmented generation, a centralized knowledge base, source attribution, feedback fitur, question logs, a monitoring dashboard, and knowledge governance functions. Evaluation using twenty answerable questions produced faithfulness of 1.000, answer relevancy of 0.819, context precision of 1.000, and context recall of 0.934. Blackbox testing confirmed that the main functional requirements operated as designed. The System Usability Scale score from 43 respondents was 79.24, indicating good usability, while 102 respondents rated all knowledge management process dimensions in the high category. The results show that integrating organizational problem structuring, knowledge governance, and retrieval augmented generation can provide a credible foundation for improving knowledge access and user support in digital public procurement.

Word stress is an important suprasegmental feature that affects speech intelligibility and effective oral communication. However, many Indonesian EFL learners still experience difficulties in producing correct English word stress patterns. This study aimed to identify the types and frequency of word stress errors made by first-year students of the English Language Education Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo when pronouncing English trisyllabic words. A descriptive qualitative design supported by simple quantitative analysis was employed. The participants were 17 first-year students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through a pronunciation test consisting of 20 trisyllabic English words. The students’ pronunciations were recorded and phonetically transcribed. The data were analyzed by comparing the students’ pronunciations with standard English word stress patterns, identifying and classifying the errors into lack of stress, misplaced stress, and overstress, and calculating the frequency and percentage of each error type. The findings showed that, out of 340 pronunciation tokens, 178 (52%) were pronounced correctly, while 162 (48%) contained word stress errors. The highest error rates were found in the words relaxing, election, development, and occasion (76.47%). Three types of errors were identified: lack of stress (49.38%), misplaced stress (42.59%), and overstress (8.02%). These findings indicate that students still face difficulties in producing correct English word stress and require more focused pronunciation instruction and practice.

This study aims to analyze the forms of criminal liability for law enforcement officers in cases of wrongful arrest, viewed through the lens of restorative justice. A wrongful arrest constitutes a procedural violation in law enforcement that not only causes material and non-material harm to the victim but also potentially erodes public trust in law enforcement institutions. This research employs a normative legal research method utilizing conceptual and statutory approaches. Legal materials were gathered through a literature review of legislation, legal doctrine, and various writings concerning restorative justice and the liability of law enforcement officers. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively using a deductive approach. The findings indicate that law enforcement officers who commit procedural errors resulting in a wrongful arrest can be held criminally liable under positive criminal law provisions, such as Article 333 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) regarding the unlawful deprivation of liberty and Article 421 of the KUHP regarding the abuse of authority by an official to compel someone to perform, refrain from performing, or tolerate an act. Furthermore, if the action involves violence or human rights violations, the officers may also be held liable under other relevant criminal provisions. From a restorative justice perspective, resolving wrongful arrest cases is not solely oriented toward punishing the perpetrator but also emphasizes restoring the victim's rights through the rehabilitation of their reputation, the provision of compensation or restitution, institutional apologies, and the restoration of the victim's psychological and social well-being. This approach broadens the criminal justice system's orientation from mere punishment to the reparation of harm suffered by the victim and the strengthening of law enforcement accountability, thereby fostering a criminal justice system that is more humane, equitable, and focused on the protection of human rights.

This study discusses the criminalization of unregistered marriage practices (nikah sirri) that result in legal harm to women and children from the perspective of Indonesian criminal law. The main issue examined in this research is the legal status of unregistered marriages within the Indonesian legal system and the extent to which such practices can be criminalized under the new Criminal Code (KUHP). The method used is normative legal research with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches, conducted through library research on primary and secondary legal materials. The findings show that normatively, the Marriage Law requires marriage registration as an administrative requirement to provide legal certainty and protection. However, in practice, many unregistered marriages still occur, causing uncertainty regarding the legal status of wives and children, particularly in relation to maintenance rights, inheritance, and population administration. The new Criminal Code does not explicitly criminalize nikah sirri, but it provides criminal sanctions for accompanying acts such as document forgery, marriages conducted despite legal impediments, and child marriages. This study also finds a shift in the paradigm of criminal law, which has begun to enter the private sphere of the family as a form of protection for women and children. Nevertheless, caution is needed in the implementation of criminalization to avoid over-criminalization and the blurring of boundaries between criminal law and administrative law. Therefore, strengthening legal policies that balance administrative and criminal approaches is important to provide more effective and equitable legal protection for vulnerable groups.

This study aims to analyze criminal law enforcement regarding the crime of neglect within the family, viewed through the perspectives of positive law and social values. It employs a normative legal research method utilizing both statutory and conceptual approaches. Secondary data were analyzed qualitatively using a deductive reasoning approach. The findings indicate that legal provisions concerning family-based neglect are accommodated across various instruments, including the old and new Criminal Codes (KUHP), Law Number 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, and Law Number 23 of 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence. However, the Child Protection Law serves as the most appropriate lex specialis for addressing child neglect, as it specifically regulates the subjects involved, the nature of the acts, and the applicable criminal sanctions. Conversely, law enforcement practice faces obstacles, such as a tendency to resolve cases through mediation and the perception of neglect as a private family matter, which often prevents criminal prosecution. From the perspective of social values, cultural norms regarding family dynamics influence law enforcement, creating a gap between legal norms and their actual implementation. In conclusion, consistent application of legal principles and the strengthening of the role of law enforcement officials are essential to ensure optimal and equitable protection for children who are victims of neglect. The study implies a need to harmonize criminal law policies and strengthen child protection mechanisms based on a restorative approach, while prioritizing the principle of the best interests of the child. Furthermore, enhanced coordination and synergy among law enforcement agencies, child protection institutions, and the community are required to ensure the sustained effectiveness of law enforcement against the crime of child neglect.

This study was conducted given the importance of harvester labor productivity as a factor supporting the achievement of palm oil production targets at PTPN IV Regional II, Dolok Ilir Estate. Labor productivity is influenced by various aspects, including work experience and the number of family dependents. A quantitative research approach was employed using simple random sampling with 30 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews, and subsequently analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that the research instruments were valid and reliable. Individually, work experience had a positive but insignificant effect on harvester productivity (significance value of 0.461), whereas the number of family dependents had a positive and significant effect (significance value of 0.008). Simultaneously, work experience and the number of family dependents significantly influenced harvester productivity (significance value of 0.013). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.277 indicates that 27.7% of the variation in productivity can be explained by these two variables, while the remainder is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study.
