<![CDATA[Analysis of the Application of SIMDA in Preparing Financial Reports at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Padang Pariaman Regency. The Financial Regional Management Implementation System (SIMDA) is an application program used to assist local governments in the field of financial management. The aim of this research is to find out how SIMDA is implemented in the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Padang Pariaman Regency. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data in this research was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. As well as knowing employees' understanding of implementing SIMDA Finance and the obstacles faced in its implementation. There were two respondents in the study, data was collected through direct interviews with respondents. The results of the interviews and data collected were analyzed descriptively using a phenomenological approach. The research results show that employees generally understand the meaning of financial SIMDA and an overview of its implementation regarding input and output data. Obstacles faced in implementing the SIMDA Finance application: SIMDA expires quickly, the network is often offline, there is no documentation regarding summary flow diagrams showing cash flow data, the data management system is weak, procedures for viewing incidental data still take too long, office space is still limited. inadequate and the occurrence of human error]]>

<![CDATA[Evaluation and Improvement of the Postal Delivery Process to Reduce the Level of Customer Complaints PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kcu Surabaya 60000. This study aims to evaluate and improve the POS delivery and delivery process to reduce the level of customer complaints. A high level of customer complaints can be an indicator of problems in the POS delivery process that can interfere with customer satisfaction and company reputation. Once the problems are identified, improvement measures are proposed and implemented. These improvement measures involve increased coordination between relevant departments, improved training and supervision of employees involved in the POS shipping and delivery process, as well as more effective and efficient use of technology and optimized supply chain management. The results of this study show that by implementing the proposed improvement measures, the level of customer complaints can be significantly reduced. Customers experience increased satisfaction with the POS shipping and delivery process, which in turn can have a positive impact on the company's reputation. This research makes an important contribution in improving the POS shipping and delivery process to reduce the level of customer complaints. The practical implication of this research is that companies can implement the proposed improvement measures to enhance their service quality and strengthen customer relationships. In addition, this study also provides direction for further research in the field of operations management and service delivery.]]>

<![CDATA[COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) is a disease of the respiratory system caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The COVID-19 pandemic was declared active by WHO in March 2020 and the pandemic status was lifted on May 5, 2023. COVID-19 must still be watched out to prevent a new wave of pandemics, so an optimal control analysis is needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal control form of the SARS-CoV-2 spread dynamics model in minimizing the number of exposed populations by implementing testing and minimizing the infected population by implementing treatment. Optimal control analysis is carried out using the Pontryagin Maximum Principle, while numerical calculations for simulation use the Forward-Backward Runge-Kutta method with the help of MATLAB R2021a software. The results of the optimal control analysis conducted on 3 simulations with different vaccination values and incubation periods show that the application of both control strategies to the COVID-19 spread model in Indonesia is effective in reducing the number of infected individuals to 99.9%, but cannot maintain the population size.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between self-concept and teacher work attitudes, the relationship between job satisfaction and teacher work attitudes, and the relationship between self-concept and job satisfaction together with teacher work attitudes. This research was carried out at Pembina State Kindergarten, Al Kausar Kindergarten and Aisiyah 1 Kindergarten, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The research method uses survey methods and area sampling techniques. This type of quantitative research uses a sample of 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire by giving respondents a set of written statements to answer which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were analyzed using product moment correlation (Pearson) so that there was a positive relationship between self-concept and teacher work attitudes of 32.3%, and there was a positive relationship between job satisfaction and teacher work attitudes of 36.1%, and there was a positive relationship between self-concept and job satisfaction together with teacher work attitudes is 40.1%. It is clear that the better the self-concept and the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the work attitudes of kindergarten teachers in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the work attitudes of kindergarten teachers in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency are determined by self-concept and job satisfaction factors simultaneously.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the role of teachers in developing students' emotional intelligence in Al-Kautsar Kindergarten, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by collecting observation, interview and documentation data. The results of the research show that the role of teachers in building children's emotional intelligence at Al Kautsar Kindergarten can be concluded that the role of teachers in building children's emotional intelligence has been implemented well by teachers at school. This can be seen from children's play activities at school, children's behavior, and children's communication with other people, both teachers and friends. The teacher's role in building children's ability to recognize their own emotions is carried out through telling stories, role playing, guessing expressions, and approaching children by speaking directly. The teacher's role in building the ability to manage children's emotions is carried out through storytelling, habituation, role models and approaches to children. The teacher's role in building children's self-motivating abilities is carried out through providing encouragement/motivation, rewards, watching and training to children. The teacher's role in building children's empathetic abilities is carried out through habituation, direct practice, exemplary stories, and role playing. The teacher's role in building children's ability to build relationships with other people is carried out through group learning, project play, and direct practice. Factors that influence child development are parents, environmental factors, peers, school environment, physical changes, changes in interaction patterns with parents, changes in interactions with peers, changes in external views, and changes in interactions with school.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the Management of Early Childhood Education in the Pembina State Kindergarten, Mandau District. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this research found that planning was prepared through work meetings by planning (1) Annual and Semester Planning (2) Semester Program (3) Weekly Activity Planning (3) Daily Activity Planning. Implementation of learning in the Pembina State Kindergarten, Mandau District, is generally the same as other PAUD or Kindergarten, including: (1) Preparation/arrangement of materials and play equipment/APE (Educative play equipment). <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of work commitment and work climate on teacher performance at Ekasakti Padang High School. The population that was also studied was 19 teachers of Ekasakti Padang High School. The variables studied were work commitment and work climate as free variables and teacher performance as bound variables, data obtained from questionnaires and analyzed using regression with the help of the SPSS program with a significance level of 0.05. This research survey research. Survey research is research conducted on large or small populations, but the data studied is data from samples taken from that population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research method used is a quantitative analysis appoarch. The results of this study show that work commitment has a positive and significant effect on the family of teachers at Ekasakti Padang High School, as evidenced by the results of the regression analysis with a calculation = 4.805 and p = 0.000 < 0.05. The work commitment created in the Ekasakti High School environment is in the enough category. The work climate has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Ekasakti Padang High School, as evidenced by the calculation = 6,908 and p = 0.000 < 0.05. Work commitment and work climate have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Ekasakti Padang High School, as evidenced by Fhitung = 23,924 and p value = 0.000.]]>

<![CDATA[Food is a basic human need for survival, so it must meet individual nutritional needs and be suitable for consumption. Poor food safety is the main source of foodborne illnesses. Food traders' personal hygiene has a big influence on food safety, so that food ingredients are not contaminated. BPOM stated that in Indonesia there are still many street vendors who do not pay attention to personal hygiene and the cleanliness of their selling places. This research aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with personal hygiene among street vendors’ food handlers at Jayawijaya Park Mojosongo. The type of research used is quantitative in the form of an observational survey with a cross-sectional approach with a population of street vendor food handlers in Jayawijaya Park Mojosongo. The sample used in this research was 111 food handlers. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between knowledge and personal hygiene of street vendor food handlers (p-value 0.031) and there is a relationship between attitude and personal hygiene of street vendor food handlers (p-value 0.036). In this research, it was concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the personal hygiene of street vendor food handlers in Jayawijaya Park, Mojosongo.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the factors of population density, life expectancy, years of schooling, open unemployment rate, per capita monthly food expenditure, population with health complaints, economic growth, human development index, households with access to proper drinking water and households with access to proper sanitation on the percentage of poverty in North Sumatra province. This research is based on secondary data available at the North Sumatra Central Bureau of Statistics in 2017-2021. The factor analysis used in this study is Geographically Weighted Panel Regression (GWPR) which is a combination of the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) method with the panel data regression method. The results of the research analysis show that simultaneously the factors of population density, life expectancy, open unemployment rate, monthly per capita food expenditure, population with health complaints, households with access to proper drinking water have no significant effect. If tested simultaneously, only the factor of households having access to proper sanitation has a significant effect on the percentage of poverty. However, partially, these factors have a significant effect on the percentage of poverty.]]>
