The lesson on Aqidah (theology) and Akhlak (morality) aimed to enable students to practice the values they learn in their daily lives. This research aimed to determine how the students’ learning outcomes in Aqidah Akhlak lessons can be improved using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) method. The type of this research was classroom action research which was conducted in the eighth grade at MTsN 1 Kota Lhokseumawe, with a population of 210 students and a sample of 30 students from class VIII.1. The Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisted of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research results showed an improvement in learning outcomes in each cycle. In the pre-cycle phase, out of 30 students, only 7 students (23%) completed the learning objectives, while the remaining 23 students (77%) did not. In the first cycle, there was an improvement as 22 students (73%) achieved mastery of the learning material, while 8 students (23%) did not. In the second cycle, 28 students (93%) completed the learning objectives, while the remaining 2 students (7%) did not.

Outpatient satisfaction level takes an important role in hospital success. Outpatient satisfaction levels are determined by various factors, some of them are mentioned in the Marketing Mix 4p strategy that includes place, promotion, price, product. Marketing mix (place) includes strategic location, comfortability and cleanliness of public toilet, comfortability and cleanliness of consultation room, comfortability and cleanliness of waiting room and parking space availability. Marketing mix (promotion) includes any action that the company or hospital had taken to persuade patients to use the hospital services. Marketing mix (price) includes service cost, easy access to conduct transaction, suitability of prices compared to services received, medicine price and thorough explanation for proof of payment. Marketing mix (product) includes informed consent from healthcare workers, services received from nurses, services received from pharmacists, consultation services and availability of medicines. A study was needed to determine the relation between marketing mix strategy and level of outpatient satisfaction the purpose of this study was to determine if marketing mix 4p is related to outpatient satisfaction. This study is a quantitative study with Cross Sectional design and observational analytics design. The methods that were used to analyze in this study is statistical analysis. The data used in this study was primary taken by asking outpatient to fill in questionnaires. The study’s sample were 106 people who were chosen using the systematic random sampling technique. The study was conducted at the general surgery clinic at dr. Mohamad Soewandhie regional hospital starting from 20th of September 2023 to 31st October 2023. In this study, marketing mix 4p strategy was divided into 4 variables (place, promotion, price, product). Spearman Correlation tests for marketing mix (place) were made and resulting in a value of p = 0.337 (p > 0.05) and coefficient correlation r = 0.094. Spearman Correlation tests for marketing mix (promotion) were made, and result in a value of p = 0.358 (p > 0.05) and coefficient correlation r = 0.090. Spearman Correlation tests for marketing mix (price) were made, and a result of p value = 0.935 (p > and coefficient correlation r = - 0.008. Spearman Correlation tests were made, and a result in a value of p = 0.44 (p < 0.05) and coefficient correlation r = 0.764. Based on the results that were found it can be concluded that there was a significant association between marketing mix (product) and outpatient satisfaction and no significant associations were found between marketing mix (place, price, promotion) and outpatient

Implementing e-government makes government work more efficient, effective, transparent and less difficult. E-government also makes communication between the government, the general public, and the private sector easier. The aim of this research is to understand the implementation of increasing BPJS Employment Membership through the KCP Jamsostek (JMO) Application. West Pasaman: Facilitating Access to E-Government Services. The research method used in this research is a qualitative deductive approach. Data collection techniques use field observation. The results of this research show that the JMO Application displays all BPJS Employment programs and benefits. Because the system is still new and in the development stage, it sometimes experiences problems. The solution provided when JMO problems occur is by adding a menu of criticism and suggestions to the JMO application, and every service officer at BPJS Employment is obliged to resolve every complaint experienced by participants regarding the JMO application. As well as evaluating the effectiveness of JMO in increasing participation. It can be seen from the report how many participants use the JMO application, both those who register as participants and those who submit benefit claims.

The Pariaman City Government decided to apply technology in public services to improve efficiency and quality of service to the community. This is done to meet society's increasing demands for fast, effective and efficient services. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The qualitative descriptive approach is a research approach where the data collected is in the form of words, images and not numbers. This data can be obtained from interviews, field notes, photos, video tapes, personal documentation, notes or memos, and other documents. The aim of public services is to provide fair, equitable, timely, effective, efficient and transparent services to the community. Regional financial management involves several stages, such as planning, budgeting, implementation, accountability and supervision of regional finances. In regional financial management, there are several applications and systems used. For example, SISMIOP and Sipakbumibana are used to manage Land and Building Tax (PBB), SIMBPHTB are used to manage Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fees (BPHTB), and SIMPADA is used to manage regional income. There are three important elements in regional financial management, namely BAPPEDA, BPKPD, and DISPECTORATE, each of which has its own responsibilities. several regulations governing regional financial management, such as PP 12 of 2019, Permendagri 70 of 2020, and Law 1 of 2022.

Dugaan pelanggaran Kode Etik dan Perilaku Hakim Konstitusi menjadi perhatian masyarakat, ketika terjadi perubahan frasa dalam pertimbangan hukum pada Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 103/PUU-XX/2022 mengenai tindakan penggantian Hakim Konstitusi oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat. Tindakan merubah frasa dari semula "dengan demikian" menjadi "ke depan" tersebut telah diperiksa oleh Majelis Kehormatan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MKMK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis putusan Majelis Kehormatan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MKMK) No. 01/MKMK/T/02/2023 terkait dugaan pelanggaran Kode Etik dan Perilaku Hakim Konstitusi. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kasus dan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian adalah Mahkamah Konstitusi secara kelembagaan memiliki komitmen untuk menjaga kehormatan lembaga dengan menindaklanjuti dugaan pelanggaran kode etik, melalui pembentukan MKMK. Berdasarkan pemeriksaan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh MKMK, perbuatan merubah frasa dalam pertimbangan putusan merupakan pelanggaran Kode Etik, yaitu melanggar Sapta Karsa Hutama dalam hal “penerapan prinsip integritas”. Berkaitan dengan asas kepastian hukum, putusan yang berlaku dan memiliki kekuatan hukum adalah putusan yang diucapkan dalam sidang pleno terbuka untuk umum yang mendapat persetujuan bersama dari hakim konstitusi atau mayoritas hakim konstitusi dalam hal terdapat perbedaan pendapat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memahami komitmen kelembagaan Mahkamah Konstitusi dalam menyikapi pelanggaran kode etik, yang dapat mengurangi potensi pelanggaran kode etik hakim konstitusi di masa yang akan datang, serta dapat menjaga kepercayaan publik terhadap Mahkamah Konstitusi.

This research was motivated by the launch of the Tourist Destination System (SIDETA) application by the Padang City Tourism Office in 2021 as an effort to increase the number of visits by local and foreign tourists in Padang City. This research was conducted with the aim of describing the implementation and optimization of the SIDETA application at the Padang City Tourism Office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through field studies using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research describe that overall SIDETA is still in the development and optimization stage in its application as an information system in government agencies. Based on the stages of E-Government implementation proposed by ASPA (American Society for Public Administration), SIDETA implementation is at the interactive stage. Furthermore, in 2023, through collaboration with the Padang City Communications and Information Service, the SIDETA application was transformed into a website that can be accessed via the page https://pariwisata.padang.go.id/ which contains home features, city profile features, service features, destination features tourism, event features, culinary and shopping features, features about fields, publication features and video features. Based on the E-Governance theory according to Djoko Agung Harijadi, there are 6 obstacles in implementing SIDETA in the Padang City Tourism Office, namely communications infrastructure, funds, human resources, culture, regulations and leadership. The efforts to optimize the implementation of SIDETA are carried out by the Padang City Tourism Office, namely socialization related to SIDETA which is handed over to tourism awareness groups directly under the auspices of the Padang City Tourism Office so that they become agents who socialize and promote SIDETA to the wider community in addition to promoting tourism in their own area.

This e-Government plays an active role in distributing government services to the community or the government works with the private sector and the community through technology to realize public policies and services. One of the government's innovations. The Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service is one of the government agencies that initiated digital-based service innovation, namely in the form of creating a service-based application related to civil registration called Sirancak. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through direct observation in the field. The aim of the research was to determine the effectiveness of using the Sirancak application in Padang City Dukcapil Disdukcapil services. With the Sirancak application, applicants for population documents can submit their applications and monitor the processing process anytime and anywhere via smartphone, without needing to come to the office. The Sirancak application is also useful for increasing the accuracy and speed of the population data verification process. The Sirancak application is a means of monitoring employee performance and evaluating Disdukcapil services. Based on a Sirancak user survey, as many as 72% of respondents stated that this application really helps save time and costs in processing documents. However, there are obstacles in implementing the Sirancak application, such as the community's low level of technological literacy, technical problems, and attention to data security that need to continue to be considered and improved.

Safety at work is important, so the use of personal protective equipment (ADP) is a must. However, in reality on the ground, there are relatively few workers who use complete and correct PPE. Due to this problem, the company as the person responsible employs K3 officers to monitor workers' use of PPE. To reduce the costs incurred in employing K3 officers, a system was created that was able to detect and monitor worker discipline in using PPE. Therefore, a personal protective equipment detection system was created. One method created to create object detection is the You Only Look Once (YOLO) method. The way YOLO works is by looking at the entire image once, then passing through the neural network once to directly detect existing objects. The results of this implementation aim to detect project workers who use complete protective equipment and do not use it, with the output results in the form of images that have been detected by people who use complete protective equipment or do not use it with labeling and bounding boxes on the detected image. From the test results on a total of 96 images, it shows that there is an accuracy value of 65%.

Development of work discipline is important to be carried out by every organization to explore the potential and qualities possessed by someone who works, one of which is by members of the police at the Koto Tangah Police Station. Work discipline actually starts from oneself which then the impact of this discipline can be felt at least by oneself, then by organizations or agencies and also the community. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze obstacles in improving services to the community at the Koto Tangah Police Station and the solution to these problems then describe and analyze the development of work discipline of police members at the Koto Tangah Police Station in order to improve services to the community. This research was conducted by descriptive qualitative method. Based on this research, it was found that there were several obstacles faced by the Koto Tangah Police in improving services, namely limited personnel, limited budget, and lack of public trust in the police. The development of work discipline of police members at the Koto Tangah Police Station is carried out by conducting various trainings for police members at the Koto Tangah Police Station and the active role of the Koto Tangah Police Chief as a motivator, controling and evaluator of the performance of Koto Tangah Police members in carrying out their duties.

The Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Padang Pariaman Regency is tasked with managing the Padang Pariaman regional finances. One of the archives managed is the Fund Disbursement Order (SP2D). SP2D archives must be maintained properly because in some cases they can be used as authentic evidence. Problems often arise when managing and searching SP2D archives because there are no records of where the archives are stored. Therefore, a system is needed that can support this process. This system was built using the Laravel and Vue.JS frameworks. Laravel has various features that make the system development process easier, and Vue.Js is used because it allows the page display to be more responsive. This system uses QR codes to store SP2D archive location information. System development begins with data collection, system and database design using data flow diagrams (DFDs) and entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), as well as implementing these diagrams into the system. The result of this development is a system that supports the process of managing and retrieving SP2D archives at BPKD Padang Pariaman Regency. Analysis of obstacles and solutions in issuing SP2D, to obtain information regarding the system and procedures for issuing Fund Disbursement Orders (SP2D) to Regional Financial Agencies, or Regional Financial Management Officials (PPKD), as Proxy of Regional General Treasurer (BUD). This SP2D is a letter used to disburse funds through the designated bank after the Payment Order is received by the BUD Attorney. The procedure starts from RKA-SKPD, DPA-SKPD, KAS-SKPD BUDGET, SPD, SPP, SPM and then SP2D is issued.
