Abstract

This journal investigates the impact of social media marketing, particularly on TikTok, on the purchase intention of skincare products among Indonesian young adults, with a focus on the case study of skincare brand "S". The research employs a descriptive causal approach and utilizes the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Information Adoption Model (IAM) as theoretical frameworks. The study explores the dimensions of information quality, quantity, credibility, and needs on TikTok, emphasizing its influence on consumer behavior. The findings of information quality, quantity, credibility, and needs indicate positive and significant relationships between these dimensions, highlighting the role of TikTok in shaping consumer decisions. But, information quantity indicates a negative relationship to purchase intention. Specifically, high-quality and credible information, along with addressing consumer needs, contribute to enhanced information usefulness, adoption, and ultimately purchase intention. The research underscores the strategic importance of skincare brands tailoring their TikTok marketing to deliver targeted, high-quality, and credible content that addresses specific consumer needs. Additionally, building and sustaining credibility on TikTok, particularly through authentic reviews, is crucial for fostering consumer trust. Overall, the study emphasizes a holistic approach for brands to maximize the impact of their digital marketing strategies on driving online sales and influencing purchase intentions.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi yang dinamis dan perubahan ekonomi yang pesat, para pelaku usaha kerap melakukan kebijakan pemutusan hubungan kerja. Salah satu bidang yang terkena dampak signifikan dari kebijakan ini adalah sektor jasa keamanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan menelaah berbagai data sekunder serta menggunakan pendekatan perundangan-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Hak untuk memperoleh pekerjaan merupakan hak dasar yang wajib diperoleh setiap warga negara sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 27 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Dalam Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan, terdapat dua bentuk perjanjian yang dapat dibuat antara pekerja dan pengusaha, yaitu perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu dan perjanjian kerja waktu tidak tertentu. Apabila terjadi PHK secara sepihak, pekerja jasa keamanan mempunyai hak yang harus dilindungi dan ditegakkan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 81 Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja berupa uang jasa dan/atau uang jasa serta imbalan atas hak yang seharusnya diterimanya. Dalam hal ini, upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan oleh petugas jasa keamanan dengan perjanjian kerja lisan untuk mendapatkan haknya adalah dengan melakukan mekanisme perundingan bipartit terlebih dahulu. Apabila tidak berhasil, petugas jasa keamanan dapat melanjutkan ke mekanisme perundingan tripartit dan dapat mengajukan permohonan gugatan perselisihan hubungan industrial ke Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial

Abstract

Studi ini menyoroti pertanggungjawaban pengusaha terkait penjualan merek perawatan kulit palsu di platform Shopee, dengan fokus pada perlindungan konsumen di tengah meningkatnya penggunaan internet dan e-commerce. Penelitian ini menyelidiki pelanggaran hak merek, terutama melalui kasus pemalsuan merek perawatan kulit Scarlett di Shopee, untuk menilai efektivitas regulasi yang ada dan menyarankan peningkatan potensial dalam penegakan hukum. Dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini mengkaji kerangka hukum Indonesia terkait pertanggungjawaban pengusaha, perlindungan konsumen, hak merek, dan regulasi e-commerce, dengan mengevaluasi konsistensi dan efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini melakukan tinjauan literatur, undang-undang, regulasi, dan kasus hukum yang relevan terkait pemalsuan merek, pertanggungjawaban pengusaha dan perlindungan konsumen. Penelitian ini adalah untuk melindungi hak-hak konsumen, seperti hak memilih produk atau layanan, hak atas kenyamanan, keamanan, keselamatan, dan hak-hak lain yang diatur dalam UUPK. Terdapat hak konsumen yang tidak diterima dalam konteks transaksi online, seperti hak untuk mendapatkan kompensasi, ganti rugi, atau penggantian barang atau produk yang dibeli secara online. Selain itu, Sanksi yang diterima oleh pelaku usaha dengan mengedarkan dan memasarkan produk skincare tanpa izin edar atau tidak sesuai persyaratan keamanan harus dikenai sanksi yang memadai

Abstract

Hewan berkuku belah seperti sapi, kerbau, babi, kambing, dan domba rentan terhadap Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK) yang sangat menular. Wabah PMK erat kaitannya dengan industri peternakan dan dikelola oleh Humas Direktorat Jenderal Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan (Ditjen PKH). Tujuan utama penelitian ini yaitu mencari tahu bagaimana Ditjen PKH memanfaatkan kehumasan untuk memberikan informasi kepada peternak mengenai wabah PMK, dengan mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang meliputi dokumentasi, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data yang selanjutnya akan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Sementara untuk menguji keabsahan data penelitian, digunakan teknik triangulasi. Penelitan ini menggunakan teori perencanaan strategi komunikasi Laurie J. Wilson dan Joseph D. Odgen sebagai teori dasarnya, yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat 4 fase strategi komunikasi yang masing-masing memiliki komponen berbeda diantaranya: Riset, Rencana Aksi, Komunikasi, dan Evaluasi. Temuan penelitian ini memperlihatkan tahapan strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan dengan melalui pembentukan program kegiatan sosialisasi secara langsung dan melalui media online.

Abstract

On April 27 2023, the Democratic Party DPP issued DPP Decree No. 104/SK/DPP.PD/IV/2023 concerning the Dismissal of Democratic Party Members. Nofrizon was terminated because he violated Organizational Regulation Number 01/PO/DPP.PD/VII/2019 Article 5 Paragraph 4 that Democratic Party members are obliged to obey and carry out the decisions of the faction leadership without exception. Then, through a letter from the Democratic Party of West Sumatra Province DPD No.12/ext/DPD.PD/SB/V/2023, dated 29 May 2023, the Democratic Party stated that Mr. Nofrizon had been permanently terminated as a member of the Democratic Party and proposed an interim replacement (PAW ) Member of the West Sumatra Province DPRD from the Democratic Party Fraction for the 2019-2024 period. The legal basis used as a process for the temporary termination and placement of West Sumatra Province DPRD members is Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government Article 139 Paragraph (2) DPRD members are dismissed from time to time for reasons as specified in letters e, h and i as following e. Proposed by the political party in accordance with the provisions of the statutory regulations, h. Dismissed from being a member of the political party in accordance with the provisions of the statutory regulations; and I. Become a member of another Political Party. To answer this problem, it is necessary to formulate it into three problem formulations. First, what is the process for the interim termination of DPRD members? Second, what is the interim placement process for DPRD members? Third, what is the authority of political parties in promising the dismissal and temporary placement of DPRD members? This research is a type of legal research using a sociological juridical legal research approach. The results of this research show that the temporary dismissal of DPRD members due to such termination can be carried out through a decision of the Honorary Board and/or through a proposal from a political party. Bro. Nofrizon, S. Sos was temporarily dismissed as a member of the West Sumatra Province DPRD from the Democratic Fraction. This interim suspension was at the suggestion of the Political Party (Democratic Party) due to a change of party and not a personal resignation, through the Democratic Party DPP decision letter No.104/SK/DPP.PD/V/2023. The interim replacement process for Provincial DPRD members cannot be separated from the process of dismissal of DPRD members which occurs first. Political parties have the authority to stop the temporary dismissal of DPRD members, but the process of guaranteeing candidates for interim replacement names for Provincial DPRD members is the attributive authority of the Provincial KPU.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence and magnitude of Instagram Social Media Content Messages @xlaxiata_iot influence Public Knowledge regarding AI/IoT (XL Axiata Case Study – X Camp). This research was carried out on Instagram social media @xlaxiata_iot. The research method used is quantitative and simple regression analysis. The population and sample for this research are 100 followers of Instagram social media @xlaxiata_iot. This research shows that the influence of the Instagram Social Media Content Message @xlaxiata_Iot on Community Knowledge related to AI/IoT (XL Axiata Case Study – X Camp) is positive. So, if there is an increase in the factors that determine Instagram media content messages @xlaxiata_Iot, it will directly have an impact on increasing public knowledge. Likewise, if Instagram @xlaxiata_Iot media content messages decrease, then public knowledge will decrease. The magnitude of the influence exerted by the Instagram Social Media Content Message @xlaxiata_Iot on Public Knowledge regarding Ai/Iot (Case Study XL Axiata – 36%. So, it can be concluded that this research shows that there is a contribution of Instagram media content in influencing public knowledge of AI/IoT by 36%. Meanwhile, the remaining 64% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Leader Member Exchange terhadap motivasi, employee engagement dan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tuban. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square dengan 66 orang pegawai sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, employee engagement, dan kinerja pegawai. Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan employee engagement berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Leader member exchange berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi, serta leader member exchange berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui employee engagement. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel motivasi berhasil memediasi pengaruh leader member exchange terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai sebagai variabel mediasi pada KPP Madya Gresik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square dengan 100 orang pegawai sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan keterikatan pegawai. Sedangkan keterikatan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan kerja. Keterikatan kerja menjadi variabel part mediation karena pengaruh tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai lebih rendah daripada pengaruh langsungnya

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology, Digital Transformation (DT) has become a part of everyday life. The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered the occurrence of DT at every level of society in the daily use of technology. However, the implementation of DT is very slow and inefficient and even becomes a problem for employees and the organization. DT implementation in the public sector is expected to be the key to the Government's success. However, many governments fail to implement DT because it only focuses on modernizing technology, not as a whole. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study to analyze the marwanfactors of Digital Transformation (DT) Readiness in Government. This research is a qualitative research method with thematic analysis and Fuzzy Delphi method by conducting a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) first for literature study. Based on the results of the SLR, found five dimensions and 19 factors that affect DT Readiness in Government. The five dimensions are People, Process, Technology, Organization, Environment. Based on the thematic analysis results, three additional factors were found in the people dimension: mindset, and organizational factors, namely risk management and knowledge management. This study also provides a model proposal based on the analysis results presented in a conceptual model with 21 analyzed factors. The research can provide understanding factors that affect the readiness of DT in the Government and as the basis for decision-making by stakeholders in the Government.

Abstract

Penelitian untuk menganalisis ergonomi kognitif dalam interaksi pengguna dengan AI Chatbots ChatGPT, dengan fokus pada mengukur kenyamanan pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah Subjective Rating, di mana pengguna memberikan penilaian subjektif terhadap kenyamanan kognitif yang dirasakan setelah berinteraksi dengan AI Chatbots. Instrumen pengukuran berupa kuesioner subjektive rating dengan skala penilaian mencakup aspek-aspek kenyamanan kognitif, seperti beban kerja mental, kejelasan pesan, dan kompleksitas antarmuka. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan Mayoritas responden menunjukkan tingkat kenyamanan yang positif pengguna dari antarmuka ChatGPT, dengan 41,6% responden menyatakan setuju dan 11,1% menyatakan sangat setuju. Namun, sebagian kecil, 7,2%, menyatakan tidak setuju dan 1,5% menyatakan sangat tidak setuju. Ini menunjukkan variasi dalam persepsi pengguna terhadap antarmuka. sementara dari segi kepuasan pengguna AI Chatbots chatGPT, 55,4% dari responden merasa puas atau sangat puas dengan antarmuka ChatGPT, sementara 44,6% lainnya merasa tidak puas, netral, atau sangat tidak puas. Ini menyoroti pentingnya evaluasi dan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan dalam mengembangkan antarmuka yang memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.
