Policies carried out by the education government over time have changed, especially the current curriculum which has changed to an independent curriculum. Teachers have an important role in the success of the applicable curriculum, especially teachers in implementing math learning. The independent curriculum for grade V mathematics has angle material which students believe is still difficult to learn because of the lack of using critical thinking skills, angle material is also related to mathematical problems in learning. Culture is often forgotten by students today, researchers have a solution, namely using learning media in the form of snakes and ladders boards containing cultures in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive qualitative research to explain in detail what happened during the research, the researcher chose one of the students, namely subject NP as a high ability representative. Subject NP fits the criteria for critical thinking skills in solving problems, starting from how to answer and provide reasons for his answers. The researcher believes that the use of learning media is very effective in improving student understanding when students do not understand what is being learned.

The use of racing exhausts on motorised vehicles can cause uncomfortable and dangerous noise pollution if it exceeds the threshold set by the Minister of Environment. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Environment No 07/2009, the noise limit for motorbikes with engine capacity below 80 cc is 77 dB, 80-175 cc is 80 dB, and above 175 cc is 83 dB. This study aims to observe the comparison of noise levels of various silencer materials on racing motorbike exhausts in order to find the most effective material in reducing noise in accordance with these regulations. The noise measurement method follows the ISO 5130 standard, carried out when the engine is running idle and at engine speed range from 0 to 8000 RPM with a variety of different damping materials. The results show that at idle conditions, yellow Glasswool is the best damping material with the lowest noise level of 90.31 dBA, while Stainless wool shows the worst performance with an average noise level of 100.81 dBA. In contrast, in the 0-8000 RPM rotation condition, Stainless wool became the most superior silencer material with a noise level of 105.4 dBA, while grandma's hair Glasswool (fibreglass) became the worst with the highest noise level of 106.4 dBA. The conclusion of this study is that the optimal choice of silencer material can differ depending on the operating conditions of the racing exhaust, with yellow Glasswool being more effective at idle conditions and Stainless wool being more effective at maximum revs.

The trade in non-human primates (NHPs) is economically profitable in both local and global markets. However, it also poses a significant threat of disease transmission between NHPs and humans, particularly zoonotic tuberculosis, which is frequently reported in NHPs. Due to the high similarity between NHPs and humans, they share many pathogens. As a potential hub for NHP trade, Indonesia needs to enhance its knowledge and preventive measures to manage tuberculosis transmission related to NHPs trade and movement. Legislation at both international and national levels has been established to address the prevention of tuberculosis infection from NHPs. In addition to legislative measures, effective prevention also relies on implementing screening and detection protocols, as well as maintaining good biosecurity practices during handling NHPs.

Pegadaian adalah salah satu lembaga atau individu yang menawarkan pinjaman uang. Dalam menjalankan fungsi dan tugasnya pegadaian menawarkan pinjaman dengan sistem gadai. Pemberian kredit harus disertai dengan pemberian jaminan. Objek jaminan berupa barang bergerak yang berasal dari milik si pemberi gadai atau bukan milik sipemberi gadai Namun yang menjadi masalah Jika si pemberi gadai menjaminkan barang milik orang lain yang dipinjam kemudian digadaikan tampa sepengetahuan atau izin dari pemilik barang yang sesungguhnya. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah: Pertama, tentang bagaimana prosedur pengikatan jaminan yang objeknya bukan milik sipemberi gadai pada PT. Pegadaian (Dotri Gadai). Kedua, Bagaimana pelaksanaan lelang eksekusi gadai terhadap objek jaminan yang bukan milik si pemberi gadai pada PT. Pegadaian (Dotri Gadai), Ketiga, Bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap sipemilik objek jaminan gadai dalam pelaksanaan lelang eksekusi gadai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis empiris dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif analisis. Data yang digunakan data primer dan data skunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Ketentuan Pasal 1152 KUHPerdata yang memberi kemungkinan kalau barang yang digadaikan untuk jaminan hutang tidak status kebendaan bergerak milik, namun bisa juga kebendaan bergerak milik orang lain. Prosedur pengikatan jaminan terhadap objek jaminan yang bukan milik sipemberi gadai adalah sama dengan melakukan pengikatan objek jaminan secara hukum yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Bukti Kredit. Maka setiap orang yang datang ke PT. Pegadaian dengan tujuan untuk meminjam uang harus membawa barang jaminan dengan melampirkan Kartu Identitas Diri. Pelaksanaan lelang tetap berjalan ketika sipemberi gadai tadi melakukan wanprestasi terhadap perjanjian yang disepakati sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Surat Bukti Kredit. Perlindungan hukum bagi si pemilik objek jaminan gadai yang sesunguhnya atas pelelangan objek gadai diberikan oleh hukum yakni apabila terbukti bahwa pihak penerima gadai menerima gadai secara beritikad tidak baik, maka pihak penerima gadai wajib mengembalikan barang yang digadaikan kepada pemilik yang sesungguhnya. Penyelesaian dari kasus ini tuntutan dari pemilik objek jaminan yang sesungguhnya ke PT. Pegadaian tidak dikabulkan karena dalam kasus ini pemilik sesungguhnya tidak mendapatkan perlindungan hukum.

The Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) process is widely associated with its contribution to the company's sustainability performance. The GSCM process will also be associated with an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that will have an impact on achieving sustainability performance. The importance of environmental awareness from manufacturers to direct their business processes that are beneficial to the environment in the long term. This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Resource Planning on Sustainability Performance, then this study also analyzes the role of Environmental Knowledge as a moderation of the influence of Green Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Resource Planning on Sustainability PerformanceThe analysis method used is path analysis with the pattern of relationships between independent variables in this study being correlative and causal. Researchers use primary data collection techniques because this study will use a questionnaire. This questionnaire technique is also a data collection technique by providing a set of written questions or statements to respondents. Based on the results of this study, it shows that Green Supply Chain Management has a significant effect on Sustainable Performance, Enterprise Resource Planning does not have a significant effect on Sustainable Performance, Environmental Knowledge strengthens the influence of Green Supply Chain Management on Sustainable Performance, Environmental Knowledge does not strengthen the influence of Enterprise Resource Planning on Sustainable Performance.

Traffic signs are divided into conventional signs and electronic signs. The message conveyed is in the form of a pigtogram and/or electronic message. (Budiati, 2014) compared the legibility distance of letter dimensions on conventional signs, it was found that H=1.032+0.273D with H being the height of the letter and D being the reading distance. (Budiati, 2023), examined the relationship between the driver's reading speed and the number of words and lines in the Variable Message Sigh. This research produces a reading speed of 1.37 words/second. The research was continued to obtain a modeling of the readability distance for conventional and electronic word message signs with the dependent variable (Y) reading distance. Data on reading distance and reading time in the field were analyzed using the SPSS v.23 approach, and the obtained was Y= 2.990 (X1) + 0.009(X2) + 0.001(X3) for conventional signs Y = 3.557 (X1) + 0.440 (X2) + 0.004 (X3), while Based on collineatity the modeling value of reading distance (2) versus reading distance 1 is as follows: Y = 5.463 + 0.513 (X1) + 0.10 (X2) + 0.009 (X3) + 0.004.

This design hospital building is planned to be built in the city of Palu. Palu City has high earthquake potential, has history of liquefaction, tsunami and landslides disasters. Thorough design is needed so that this hospital building still become a place for health services after a disaster occurs. The building was designed using the Special Moment Resisting Frame Structure system based on the SNI. Earthquake load analysis uses the response spectrum method based on Earthquake Resistance Planning Procedures (SNI 1726:2019). This concept obtains structure design that meets SNI and still strong in strong earthquake and liquefaction. Analysis has been carried out and it was found that the potential for liquefaction to occur at a depth of 1.5 M to 4.5 M so that the foundation chosen was 4 piles with a diameter of 40 cm, a depth of 6 meters per pile cap. From the results of calculations, it shows that the structure of the emergency room building at CT Arsa Palu Hospital is safe from an analytical perspective.

A tool called the "Moveable Tapas Peeler" or Mobile Husk Decorticator is used to beat or pound the coconut tapas. This method breaks down the coconut fiber (coconut fiber) and peat (coco peat), which is the fiber created when the coconut tapas is decomposed. Peat is the remaining powder left over from the processed coconut tapas. The purpose of this research is to modify the prototype machine that was previously made because of the unmet production capacity needs and to test the process of modifying the coconut fiber processing by the machine. After the performance of the coconut tapas processing machine has been improved, the machine is expected to be able to achieve production goals, becoming 1) 100 kg / hour; 2) 30 kg / hour of coir fiber production (cocofiber); 3) 70 kg / hour of peat production (cocopeat). The refinement process is based on the Pahl & Beitz design methodology. Working drawings, machine requirements, materials, component standards, and assembly processes determine the machine manufacturing process. The condition of the coconut fiber (dry or soaked) is one of the test factors studied. The crusher speed is 900 rpm and 1260 rpm. This research method is research and development (R & D). The data collection techniques in this study are literature study and observation. The results of the experiment on the coconut processing machine test showed promising performance with the weight of coconut processed reaching 69.67 kg per hour and the coconut fiber produced as much as 169.04 kg per hour. However, the second prototype of this machine still has some shortcomings, especially in terms of coconut fiber decomposition. In this prototype, the coconut fiber has not been completely decomposed during the processing process. As a result, to ensure the quality and uniformity of the final product, an additional filtering machine is needed after the coconut tapas decomposition process. This filtering machine aims to separate coconut fiber that is not properly decomposed so that the final product can meet the quality standards required for sale. The use of this filtering machine is expected to increase the efficiency of the process and the final results of coconut fiber processing, making it more suitable for market needs.

Bisnis kuliner adalah salah satu industri yang berkaitan dengan pariwisata karena merupakan fasilitas penunjang utama wisatawan selain akomodasi. Jumlah bisnis kuliner seperti rumah makan/ restoran, di Kota Karawang cukup banyak. Menurut Hartomo dan Cahyadin (2019) indikator keberlangsungan dalam ekonomi kreatif adalah produksi, pasar dan pemasaran, manajemen keuangan, kebijakan pemerintah dan kemitraan usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah keadaan menu yang dimiliki Restaurant di Resinda Karawang, dalam tingkat popularitas yang tinggi dan keuntungan yang tinggi pula atau sebaliknya. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengukur popularitas dan kemampuan menu dalam memberikan keuntungan bagi suatu perusahaan adalah dengan menggunakan metode Menu Engineering atau yang disebut Rekayasa Menu. Metode yang digunakan adalah menu engineering. Rekomendasi yang diberikan berkaitan dengan strategi bauran pemasaran yaitu pada menu kategori star patut dipertahankan, plowhorse harga jual ditinjau kembali, puzzle makanan dipertahankan dan perlu disusun kembali, dan dog menu makanan diganti.

PT. Pelayaran Hub Maritim Indonesia (PHMI) merupakan salah satu perusahaan pelayaran nasional dengan armada kapal yang besar. Kegiatan docking kapal di PHMI, yang saat ini menggunakan metode manual, mengalami berbagai kesulitan dalam memperkirakan waktu penyelesaian, memantau kegiatan, dan melakukan perubahan jadwal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor keterlambatan dan Precedence Diagramming Method (PDM) untuk penjadwalan ulang, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas docking kapal. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian dapat mengurangi keterlambatan dan meningkatkan produktivitas, sehingga kapal dapat beroperasi sesuai jadwal dan menghindari kerugian.
