Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how independent learning influences the learning outcomes of class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 7 Batanghari. This research includes explanative research. The population of this study were 143 students of class X IPS. The sample of this research is 36 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the learning independence of class X IPS in Economics learning on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 7 Batang Hari. SPSS version 22 calculation results. From the calculation results above the tcount value of -062 is greater than the ttable which has a value of 000, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of concept maps in improving the creative thinking skills ofstudents of class XI IPS 2 at SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City. This type of research uses qualitative research.Meanwhile, the technique in this research uses the cluster sampling technique to determine when the object tobe researched or the data source is very extensive. The research results show that optimal learning activitiesmust have the right strategy, one of which is using concept maps. Because, this greatly influences studentsthinking abilities, so they are able to solve the problems given. Thus, the use of concept maps to presentinformation in the form of related concepts so that with the help of these concept maps can foster a moremeaningful learning process. Thus students can develop their creative thinking by remembering the importantinformation obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the gallery walk cooperative learningmethod on students' learning interest in economics class XII IPS at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. This type ofresearch uses a quantitative approach. Meanwhile, the techniques in this study used correlation techniques todetermine the direction and data collection to be carried out in the study. The results showed that the gallerywalk cooperative learning model has a significant influence on learning interest. Thus, there is a positiveinfluence of the Gallery Walk type of cooperative learning model on students' interest in economics subjects inclass XII IPS at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the Student Teams Achievement Division(STAD) type cooperative learning model on learning motivation in class XII economics subjects at SMA Negeri8 Jambi City. This type of research is field research with an associative hypothesis approach and quantitativemethods. The research results show that the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD)learning model has a significant influence on learning motivation. Thus, there is a positive influence betweenthe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model on student motivation in the economics subjectclass XII IPS at SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on the consumptive behaviorof Economic Education student at Batanghari University Jambi. The research method used in this study is aquantitative method using multiple linier regression analysis technique. The results showed that there was asignificant positive effect between financial literacy and lifestyle on consumptive behavior in EconomicEducation student at the FKIP Batanghari University Jambi. Thus, partially financial literacy and significanteffect on consumptive behavior in Economic Education students at Batanghari University Jambi.

Abstract

This research aims to find out why the community has not been encouraged to increase theirentrepreneurial potential in increasing economic growth in Mudung Darat village. This type of research usesqualitative research. Meanwhile, the technique in this research uses the cluster sampling technique to determinewhen the object to be researched or the data source is very extensive. The result of the research show that theencouragement given from various parties allows people to change their thinking to be encouraged to becomeentrepreneurs in increasing the growth of a more prosperous life for the survival of every existing community.Thus, people have not been encouraged to increase their entrepreneurial potential in increasing villageeconomic growth because people open business basically because of hobbies where people are less interested inentrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility of the UNO card learning media used in the economicslearning process in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City using the UNO card media based on the assessmentof material experts, media experts and student responses. This type of research is research and development,while the techniques in this research use design analysis, implementation development and evaluation. Theresult of the research show that overall the field test participants assessment of learning media is in the verydecent category. Thus, the UNO card learning media in economics subjects is worthy of being develop as alearning media that is proven to increase students enthusiasm for learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Student Teams Achievement Division learningmethod to student learning outcomes in economics subjects in class x SMAN 9 Jambi city. This type of researchuses experiment. Meanwhile, the technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely apurposive sample that requires a control class and a experimental class. The result of the study show that theapplication of the Student Teams Achievement Division learning method can improve student learningoutcomes. Thus, student learning outcomes are higher using the Student Teams Achievement Division learningmethod.

Abstract

The need for fuel oil for the transportation sector increases every year, while non-renewable energy reserves are increasingly depleting. Subsidized fuel oil is seen as not on target, the heavy burden of fuel oil subsidies limits fiscal space so that APBN allocations for other development sectors are limited. The increase in fuel prices is one of the considerations in choosing fuel. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence fuel oil preferences in North Purwokerto. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents who were calculated using the Lemeshow formula. This research uses logistic regression analysis. The results of the logistic regression analysis show that vehicle age, engine capacity, income, gender, and volume of fuel use have a significant effect on preferences for subsidized and non-subsidized fuel oil in North Purwokerto. Meanwhile, type of vehicle, number of family dependents, type of work, regional origin and social status do not have a significant effect on preferences for subsidized and non-subsidized fuel oil in North Purwokerto. The implication of this research is the need to increase consumer knowledge about the use of fuel oil that is adjusted to vehicle conditions. The government can make policies so that subsidized fuel can be received by people who are entitled to need it.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of applying conventional learning methods and the RBL learning model in increasing the learning creativity of class XI IPS students in economics subjects at SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi. The research design that will be carried out in this research is a quasi-experimental research with a pre-test – post-test control group design model with one type of treatment. The results of the research show that there are differences in the influence of the conventional learning model and the RBL learning model on the creativity of class XI IPS students. Students who learn using the RBL learning model obtain the best creative learning abilities.
