Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Purnama 2 Kota Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai MSA tertinggi pertama sebesar 0,865, kedua 0,839, dan ketiga 0,821 (terlampir). Dimana, nilai MSA untuk tertinggi pertama pada P6 dari faktor psikologis siswa, tertinggi kedua berada pada P5  dan tertinggi ketiga pada P1 dari faktor fisik siswa. Hal ini di dukung dengan hasil penelitian Rima Rahmawati (2015) menyatakan bahwa salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap morivasi belajar yaitu faktor psikologis siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII Pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dalam kategori scukup baik 64%. Artinya, kondisi psikologis berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa yang ada di SMA Purnama 2 Kota Jambi.Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Hasil Belajar. AbstractThis study aims to determine the description of the factors that influence learning motivation in an effort to improve student learning outcomes in economic subjects at SMA Purnama 2, Jambi City. The results showed that the first highest MSA value was 0.865, second 0.839, and third 0.821 (attached). Where, the MSA value is for the first highest in P6 from the psychological factors of students, the second highest is at P5 and the third is the highest on P1 from the physical factors of students. This is supported by the results of the research by Rima Rahmawati (2015) which states that one of the factors that influence learning motivation is the psychological factor of students in class X, XI, and XII in the economic subjects in the category of 64%. That is, psychological conditions affect the learning motivation of students in Purnama 2 High School, Jambi City.Keyword : Motivation, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of factors that affect the interest of students in choosing the majors and factors considered in choosing the majors IPS Jenjang SMA Se-Kecamatan Pasar Sungai Penuh. The results showed that the internal factors that affect students in choosing the majors included in the category of 68.80% enter the category quite well, while external factors score 60.10% with good enough category. Meanwhile, to answer the factors that most affect students in choosing the department is the factor of student desire with a value of 0.959 and the second factor is experience with a value of 0.954.Kata Kunci : Department, Student Interest

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is largely determined by the ability of the principal in empowering teaching staff and members of the community as a whole. The role of the principal, among others, is to develop so that schools become good educational institutions and are able to achieve educational goals. In this study, the principal's managerial skills are needed to increase the existing resources in the school, both physical resources and non-physical resources. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the application of the learning model, namely the Bamboo Dancing learning model and the RTE learning model in economic subjects with the material of monetary policy and fiscal policy in class XI IPA SMAN 9 Jambi City. Based on the research results, it was obtained the analysis in the control class of the initial pre-test results of 5 students who passed and in the final pre-test as many as 10 students who passed. Meanwhile, in the experimental class the results of the initial pre-test were 14 students who passed and the final pre-test was 18 students who passed. Meanwhile, in the control class post-test there were 24 students who did not reach the KKM (64.86%) and only 13 students who reached the KKM (35.13%), and in the post-test the experimental class students who got scores below the KKM 6 students (16.67%) and above the KKM 30 students (83.33%). Thus, the Bamboo Dancing model can help students to be more focused in learning and participate actively in the process of learning activities. Thus, it makes it easier for students to understand the subject matter delivered by the teacher in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what analysis is used in the development of pineapple dodol business in the new tangkit village through the development of skills and business potential carried out in increasing production and sales. Based on the results of the study, the analysis used by researchers is almost the same as the dodol businessman, but the entrepreneurs have not developed the analysis into a force in the production, distribution and marketing of products on the market. The average strength of the entrepreneur depends on the skills possessed by the workforce and the potential of production and sales has started well because marketing has been done through the mass media and looking for new customers. Thus, it can be concluded that the SWOT analysis can be used to develop business potential skills if carried out thoroughly, namely increasing strengths and opportunities and avoiding the weaknesses and threats that will occur in the pineapple dodol business in the new tangkit village. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) to determine the quality of the product in the small convection industry in Selamat Subdistrict, Jambi City, (2) To determine the competence of workers in the convection industry in Selamat, Jambi City, (3) To determine the effect of labor competence on product quality in convection in Selamat Village, Jambi City. This research design uses descriptive quantitative research methods. With date collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 30 employees and a sample of 30 employees. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the validity and reliability test, while the classical assumption test used descriptive analysis test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test and simple regression test. While the hypothesis test in this study is a partial test (t test). The results of this study state that (1) the competence of the workforce is included in the good category with an average TCR value of 81.41%. (2) Product quality is included in the good category with an average TCR value of 84.49%. (3) The competence of the workforce affects the quality of the product which can be seen from tcount > ttable of 3.313 > 1.679. Then H0 is accepted, H1 is rejected. Thus, the competence possessed by a workforce, especially skills, will be seen from how a worker carries out his work. Meanwhile, the quality of the product can be seen from the reliability possessed by a product because it will increase the attractiveness of consumers towards the products they buy. Then the competence possessed by a worker will affect the quality of the product that will be produced. Especially skills and reliability because with the presence of these two indicators, the value will increase the added value, as well as the trust of consumers in the company's products.Keywords: Competency of Personnel, Product Quality

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine (1) the effect of learning readiness on student learning outcomes in Economics subjects in class X IPS SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City, (2) the influence of learning communication on student learning outcomes in economic subjects in Class X IPS SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi, (3) the effect of learning readiness and learning communication on student learning outcomes in Economics in Class X IPS SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. The results showed that (1) Learning Readiness influences student learning outcomes in Economics class subjects in X IPS SMA Negeri 9 Jota Jambi. This is indicated by the value of tcount> ttable namely, 2.219 > 1.984, (2) Learning Communication influences student learning outcomes in Economics subjects in class X IPS SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. This is indicated by the value of tcount> ttable, which is 2.600 > 1.984 and (3) Learning readiness and learning communication influences the learning outcomes of students in Economics subjects in class X IPS SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of learning environment on student learning outcomes on introductory subjects of economics and business class X accounting in SMK Negeri 4 Kota Jambi. Based on the data analysis on the results of research that there is a significant influence between the learning environment on student learning outcomes in the introductory subjects of economics and business class X accounting in SMK Negeri 4 Kota Jambi. With result of model summary R = 0,593 and R Square = 0,352. Because α (Sig) <0.05, then regression can be used to predict the learning environment at 95% confidence level. In coefficient B constant value = 4.893, states that if teacher professionalism variable is ignored, then teacher's performance = 4,893. Meanwhile, the value of the variable for the learning environment (X) is 0.379, stating that if the level of learning environment as involved, then the student learning outcomes increase around 0.379. Keyword : Learning Environment, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine (1) the description of the economic status of parents, interest in learning, and learning outcomes of class X IPS in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. (2) The effect of the economic status of parents on the learning outcomes of class X IPS in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. (3) The effect of interest in learning on student learning outcomes of class X IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. (4) The effect of the economic status of parents and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of class X IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 102 students with a sample of 83 students. The data processing techniques in this research are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Homogeneity Test Normality Test, Simple Regression Test, Multiple Regression Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the economic status of the parents obtained a TCR value of 80.65% with a good category, interest in learning to obtain a TCR value of 81.21% in a good category, and students who obtained a value above 7.6 %) students and students who score below the KKM are 35 (34%) students. (2) There is an effect of the economic status of parents on the learning outcomes of class X IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City of 2.410. (3) There is an effect of interest in learning on student learning outcomes of class X IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City of 2,394. (4) There is an effect of the economic status of parents and interest in learning on the learning outcomes of class X IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Kota with an Fcount of 3.840 with a significant value of 0.025. Thus, that parents and teachers play an important role in fostering student interest, because students' interest in learning is not only from the factors of parents and family but also from within the students themselves. In the learning process, every support has meaning, meaning and an important role in the growth and development of students' activities in carrying out learning interaction. Keywords: Parents' Economic Status, Learning Interest, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the factors that led to the decline in betel nut prices in Sungai Beras Village, Mendahara Ulu District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, the selling price of betel nuts and the welfare of betel nut farmers. Based on the research results, it was found that the factors that caused the decline in the income of the betel nut farmers, however, did not find a definite solution to increase their income. On average, farmers find it difficult to meet their daily needs. Thus it can be concluded that the welfare of betel nut farmers still depends on the selling price of areca nut. Because areca nut is still the main livelihood for farmers in Sungai Beras Village, Mendahara Ulu District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency.
