Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the affective domain and emotional intelligence partially and simultaneously on student achievement in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. In this study, the authors used descriptive and verification research methods. The number of samples from both classes was 119 students. Based on the results of the study show that, (1) Affective Domain (X1) of 2,382 and t table of 1,987 from the comparison results, it can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (tcount> ttable). Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence on the Affective Domain (X1) on Learning Achievement (Y) in Economics subjects in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. (2) Emotional Intelligence (X2) of 3,535 and ttable of 1,987, from the comparison results it can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (tcount> ttable). Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect on Emotional Intelligence (X2) on Learning Achievement (Y) in economics class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. (3) From the research results it can be seen that the Fcount is 3,586 by comparing the Fcount with Ftable, with a significant level α = 0.05 (5%). It can be seen that the Fcount is 9,377 by comparing the F table α = 0.05 with the numerator free degree 2 and the denominator free degree 89, the F table is 3.04. Fcount greater than Ftable (9,377> 3.04) means that it can be said that there is an influence between Rana Afekti and Emotional Intelligence together (simultaneously) on Learning Achievement in Economic subjects in class XI IPS of SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. Keywords : Ranah Afektif, Kecerdasan Emosional, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of distance learning on student learning outcomes in the Entrepreneurship subject class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City which is contained in the following formulation: (1.) Distance Learning Pictures on Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City . (2.) Overview of learning outcomes for Entrepreneurship Class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. (3.) The effect of the application of distance learning on student learning outcomes in the subject of Entrepreneurship Class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. In this study, it was considered quite good.This research was conducted using a descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. A total of 109 respondents were taken through the distribution of questionnaires which were determined as samples in this study.The results of the calculations in this study, for Distance Learning obtained TCR of 71.19% with a good category. With learning outcomes that are above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.5 as many as 52 students, and below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 6.5 as many as 58 students. From the results of this study, there is a fairly good influence on the implementation of Distance Learning in class XI Catering at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. The application of distance learning is 1,982.Keywords: Distance Learning and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of teacher competence on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 7 Kabupaten Tebo. Based on data analysis on the results of research that there is a significant influence between teacher competence on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 7 Kabupaten Tebo. With the result of model summary R = 0,505 and R Square = 0,342. In coefficient, the value of t = 9,258 with α (sig) = 0,006. Because α (Sig) <0,05, regression can be used to predict teacher competence at 95% confidence level. In coefficient the value of B constant = 70,599, states that if the teacher competence variable is ignored, then the teacher's performance = 70,599. Meanwhile, the variable value for teacher competence (X) is 1,210 stating that if the teacher's competency level is included, the teacher's performance increases around 1.210.Keyword : Teacher Competencies, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to (1) find out parental guidance in online learning for their children who attend SMK Negeri 5 Tanjung Jabung Barat, (2) determine the attitudes of parents in fulfilling online learning needs for their children who attend SMK Negeri 5 Tanjung Jabung Barat, (3) to determine the dynamics of online-based learning in the perspective of the role of parents of students at SMK Negeri 5 Tanjung Jabung Barat. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenon research. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, documentation study. Data analysis in this study consisted of data reduction, data display, taking conclusions or verification. From the results of the study it can be concluded that parents have a role as fulfilling children's needs, as guides in learning, parental supervision in online learning can be seen from the way parents motivate and encourage children to learn, as well as help them in using online-based technology to support successful learning outcomes. which are desired. Keywords: Online-Based Learning, Parents' Role Perspective

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) an overview of the use of the MYOB application in computer accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bayung Lencir. (2) An overview of student learning outcomes in computer accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bayung Lencir. (3) the influence of the use of MYOB applications in computer accounting subjects on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Bayung Lencir. The results showed that (1) for the use of MYOB applications obtained a TCR of 65.15% in the Fairly Good category. (2) The results of the calculation show that the learning outcomes of students in computer accounting subjects who score less than 7.5 are 40 students, while students who score above 7.5 are 41 students. (3) from the results of the calculation of simple regression analysis, there is an effect of the use of the MYOB (X) application on learning outcomes (Y) of 71.1%, as evidenced by the results of the t-test, which is 8.994, is greater than the t table, which is 1.644. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan metode survei dengan dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 316 orang. Tekhnik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah proportional random sampling, sehingga terpilih 176 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru dan fasilitas belajar secara berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Hal ini berdasarkan pada nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (23,923 > 3,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Kepribadian, Fasilitas, Hasil Belajar. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of teacher personality competencies and learning facilities on student learning outcomes in economic subjects in the XI IPS class of SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. This type of research is a survey method with two independent variables and one dependent variable. The population in this study was 316 people. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling, so that 176 people were selected as the study sample. The results of the study showed that the teacher's personality competencies and learning facilities had a significant influence on student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. This is based on the value of Fcount > Ftable (23,923> 3.05), so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected. Keyword : Personality Competence, Facilities, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the parents economy, emotional intelligence, student learning motivation, and the influence of parents' economy and emotional intelligence on student learning motivation on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 7 Kabupaten Tebo. The results explain that the economic variables of parents and motivation to learn are in good category, while emotional intelligence variables are in good enough category. Meanwhile, the parent economic and emotional intelligence both partially and simultaneously have a positive value and have a significant effect on student learning motivation on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 7 Kabupaten Tebo. That is, with an adequate level of economic parents and accompanied by emotional kecerdaasan students in dealing with the environment then it will provide widespread opportunities for students to explore themselves so that ultimately will lead to a motivation (motivation) to learn more optimal.Kata Kunci : Economics of Parents, Emotional Intelligence, Learning Motivation

Abstract

This study aims to find out is there any influence of learning motivation and learning discipline on student achievement in class XI SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. The variables in this study consisted of learning motivation and learning discipline as independent variables and learning achievement as the dependent variable. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using percentage descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously learning motivation and learning discipline on student achievement in class XI students in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City, namely 21.9%, learning discipline has an effect on student achievement in class XI students in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City by 28.4 %. Simultaneously learning motivation and learning discipline on student achievement in class XI students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City with an effect of 41.5%, the remaining 58.5% of learning achievement XI IPS SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City is influenced by other factors that are not studied in this study. Keywords : Learning Motivation, Discipline, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran responden dan pengaruh mengenai supervisi kepala sekolah dan etos kerja terhadap kompetensi guru di SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah dan etos kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai Sig. < 0,05, yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Selain itu, hasil pengujian hipotesis juga menginformasikan bahwa secara bersama-sama supervisi kepala sekolah dan etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru di SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (12,303 > 3,04) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Selanjutnya. berdasarkan tabel 19 diketahui bahwa simpulan variabel supervisi kepala sekolah dan etos kerja secara simultan (keseluruhan) terhadap kompetensi guru adalah 36,4% yang dapat di kategorikan berpengaruh di SMA negeri 7 Kerinci.Kata Kunci : Supervisi Kepala Sekolah, Etos Kerja, Kompetensi Guru.  Abstract This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of supervision of the principal and work ethic on teacher competency in SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci. The results showed that the supervision of the principal and work ethic simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher competence. This is indicated by the value of Sig. <0.05, which is 0,000 <0.05. In addition, the results of testing hypotheses also inform that jointly the supervision of the principal and work ethic have a significant effect on teacher competency in SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci. This is indicated by the Fcount value> Ftable (12.303> 3.04) at the 0.05 level of significance. Next. based on table 19 it is known that the conclusions of the principal's supervision variables and the work ethic simultaneously (overall) on the teacher's competency are 36.4% which can be categorized as influential in Kerinci 7 public high schools.Keyword : Supervision of Principals, Work Ethics, Teacher Competence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors of student learning difficulties on the subjects of Workshop and Entrepreneurship class X in SMK Negeri 4 Kota Jambi. The type of this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The result of the research shows that (1) learning disability variables are in enough category with average 3,48 and Response Achievement Level (TCR) is 69,66 and (2) There are 12 (twelve) dominant factors influencing student learning difficulties, (b) Learning Motivation, (c) Learning Habits, (d) School Climate, (e) Teacher Competence, (f) Learning Resources, (g) Intelligence, (h) Interest in Learning, ( i) Socioeconomic Parents, (j) Peer Environment, (k) Learning Environment, and (l) Community Environment.Kata Kunci : Difficulty learning
