Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari peluang dari sumbangan variabel independen budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan variabel dependen kinerja, melalui pengujian korelasi antara variabel budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja, baik secara mandiri maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah gabungan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan model metode campuran: sekuensial eksplanatori, yang berarti bahwa urutan penelitian dimulai dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dilanjutkan dengan penguatan dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling  dengan jumlah sampel terpilih sebanyak 54 pengawas sekolah. Penelitian ini secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif mengungkapkan bahwa: terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara variabel budaya organisasi dan kinerja pengawas sekolah (r=0,502, p<0,01), ini menunjukkan ada variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pengawas sekolah sebesar.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pengawas Sekolah.  AbstractThis research aims to find opportunities from the contribution of independent variables namely organizational culture and work motivation that can be used as an alternative to increase dependent variables namely performance, through testing the correlation between organizational culture variables and work motivation with performance, both independently and simultaneously. The method used is combined of quantitative and qualitative method with mixed methods model: explanatory sequential, that means the sequence of research begins by using quantitative methods continued with strengthening qualitative methods. The sampling technique in this research used simple random sampling with number of selected samples as many as 54 school supervisors. This research quantitatively and qualitatively revealed that: when its tested simultaneously, there was a significant positive relationship between organizational culture variables and work motivation with school supervisor performance, (r=0,545,p<0,01), this indicates there was existence of other variables that not included in the model that can affect the performance of school supervisors2.Keyword : Organizational Culture, Work Mtivation, School Supervisor’s Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of classroom management and interest in learning on student learning outcomes on the subjects of economy class X in SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Based on data analysis on the results of research that there is a significant influence between classroom management and interest in learning of student learning outcomes on the subjects of economy class X in SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. With result of model summary R = 0,067 and R Square = 0,004. In ANOVA, the value of F = 69,368 with α (sig) = 0.003. Because α (Sig) <0.05, then regression can be used to predict classroom management and interest in learning at 95% confidence level. Based on the value of B constant for X, we can make a regression equation that is Y = a + X1 + X2 = 64,046 + 0,201 + 0,291. And, for t arithmetic X1 = 2.010, and t arithmetic X2 = 2.856 then t arithmetic> t table. This means that t count> t table. This means that the results of this t test indicate that the classroom management (X1) and interest in learning (X2) have a positive and significant impact on the learning outcomes (Y) of the students of class X economic subjects in SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Keyword : Classroom Management, Interest in Learning, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors are involved and are most dominant in influencing class XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency to continue their studies in tertiary institutions. In this study the authors used descriptive research methods and factorization analysis. This factor analysis does not classify variables into categories of independent and dependent variables but instead looks for interdependence relationships between variables in order to identify the dimensions or factors that compose them. The results showed there are several factors that exist, namely individual factors, environmental factors, higher education institution factors and brochure factors, with the value of KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) Measures of Sampling Adequacy is 0.407 with a significance value of 0.004. Meanwhile, the value of Bartlett's Test of Sphericity is 6. Thus, it can be seen that from the results of the analysis that has been carried out and based on the Table of Measures of Sampling Adequacy values for each research variable, the component is more dominant with an acquisition value of 0.348 (individual factor). Keywords : Student Interest, College

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the comparison of the use of learning models applied, namely SAVI learning models and PBL learning models in economic subjects with fiscal and monetary policy material in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. Based on research, it can be explained that the learning model can help students better understand the material being taught and be more focused in learning. The learning model used can make students more active and provide convenience in the learning process. Therefore, the role of the teacher is needed in order to understand the use of models, methods, strategies, and approaches in carrying out teaching and learning activities. The results of the study, obtained an average value of -0.53. Thus, it can be concluded that the SAVI learning model can help students be more active and enthusiastic in learning. Thus, it can be explained that the SAVI learning model can provide convenience and make students eager to learn this can be seen from the completeness of student learning. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dan perbandingan penggunaan model pembelajaran team games tournament dan probing promting terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas IX IPS di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan kegiatan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament pada kelas kontrol dan menggunakan model pembelajaran Probing Promting pada kelas eksperimen dapat diketahui bahwa kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai lulus lebih besar dari kelas kontrol, yakni pada kelas kontrol hanya 13 siswa yang lulus dan pada kelas eksperimen yang lulus sebanyak 34 siswa. Dari analisis data yang diperoleh diketahui perolehan rata-rata sebesar 1,086. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Probing Promting dapat membantu siswa lebih terfokus dalam belajar.Kata Kunci : TGT, Probing Promting, Hasil Belajar.  Abstract This study aims to determine the results and comparison of the use of team games tournament and probing promting learning models on student learning outcomes in economic subjects class IX IPS in SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City. Based on research activities that have been carried out using the Team Games Tournament learning model in the control class and using the Promting Probing learning model in the experimental class it can be seen that the experimental class obtains a pass value greater than the control class, namely in the control class only 13 students graduate and 34 experimental class students passed. From the data analysis, it is known that the average acquisition is 1,086. Thus, it can be concluded that the Promting Probing learning model can help students focus more on learning.Keyword : TGT, Probing Promting, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to find out student learning outcomes using the concept model of learning sentence, knowing student learning outcomes using scramble learning model, knowing differences in student learning outcomes using the concept model of learning sentence and scramble on the economic subjects of class XI SMA Negeri 3 Kota Jambi.The result of the research shows that the result of the students 'learning in the control class at the initial and second pre test no students reach KKM, nor the result of the students' learning in the experimental class on the initial pre test and secondly there are no students who reach KKM. There were about 40 students, while there were 25 students who did not graduate from KKM (62,50%), and only 15 students graduated from KKM (37,50%). At the post-test in the experimental class students who did not pass as many as 13 students (43.33%), and 17 students who passed the KKM (56.67%). This means that the post test value in the control class is smaller than the experimental class. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning model of scramble can help students more focused in learning and can improve student learning outcomes.Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran, Concept Sentence, Scramble

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effectiveness of the conventional learning model for understanding the concepts of economics subject class XII IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City, (2) to determine the effectiveness of the flipped classroom learning model for understanding the concept of economics subject for XII IPS class students in SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City, (3) to find out the comparison of the effectiveness of learning using conventional and flipped classroom learning models on understanding the concept of economics subjects for class XII IPS students at SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City. The design in this research is quantitative research, using quasi-experimental methods. The population in this study were students of class XII IPS, with a total sample of 58 students. While the data analysis technique used is ancova analysis technique with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study indicate that (1) students' conceptual understanding in economics subjects using conventional models is low, this is evident from the number of students who received low scores at the time of the study, (2) students' conceptual understanding in economics subjects used the Flipped model. Classroom has increased, this is evident from the presentation of the highest score in the experimental class 60 while the control class is 58, (3) there is a very significant difference in students' understanding of concepts before using the Flipped Classroom model and after using the Flipped Classroom model where the largest presentation in the control class ranges from 36 -41 and in the experimental class the largest percentage is in the range of 48-53. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) Whether there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of Integrated IPS in students whose learning uses the Articulation learning model, (2) Whether there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of Integrated IPS in students whose learning uses the Pair Exchange learning model, and (3) Whether there is an influence on the learning outcomes of Integrated IPS in students whose learning uses the Articulation learning model and the Pair Exchange learning model. This type of research is a quasi -experiment. The total population in this study was 235 people. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling, so that 40 students of class VII C were selected as the Control class and 39 students of class VII F as the Experimental class. The technique of data collection in this study is to disseminate questions to research respondents and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is t test using SPSS for Windows Version 16. The results showed that (1) The learning outcomes of students in IPS subjects taught using Articulation type cooperative learning model obtained a mean of 63.59 (2) The learning outcomes of students in Integrated IPS subjects taught using Cooperative learning model of the Exchange type pair obtained a mean score (mean) is 54.12 and (3) The learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Integrated IPS taught using the cooperative learning model of the Articulation type are higher than the student learning outcomes in the subjects Integrated IPS taught using the Cooperative Learning model of Pair Exchange with a value of 0.000> 0.05. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that there is an influence on the use of cooperative learning model type Articulation on student learning outcomes in Integrated IPS subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 6 Kota Jambi. Keywords: Articulation Type Cooperative Learning Model, Pair Exchange Type Cooperative Learning Model, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dapat dilihat dari data olahan statistik yang telah dilakukan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi maka diperoleh nilai MSA tertinggi pertama sebesar 0,851, dan kedua 0,698. Dimana, nilai MSA untuk tertinggi pertama  berada pada P1 dan tertinggi kedua berada pada P2 dari faktor ciri khas/karakteristik siswa. Kata Kunci : Kesulitan, Hasil Belajar.  AbstractThis study aims to find out the description of factors that influence learning difficulties in an effort to improve student learning outcomes in entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi. The results showed that it can be seen from the processed data statistics that have been done to see the factors that influence student learning difficulties in entrepreneurship subjects in SMK 11 Muaro Jambi, the highest MSA value is 0.851, and the second is 0.698. Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) understanding of literacy for students of economic education study program Batanghari Jambi, (2) consumptive behavior for students of economic education study program Batanghari Jambi University, (3) the effect of understanding economic literacy on consumptive behavior for students of economic education study program Batanghari Jambi University. . This type of research is survey research, which consists of one independent variable and one dependent variable. The total population in this study was 56 people. The sampling technique in this study is proportional-startified random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study are by observation, distributing questionnaires to research respondents and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study is simple regression with the SPSS 16 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) understanding of economic literacy for students of economic education study program is quite good, which can be seen from the average TCR of 73.00%, (2 ) consumptive behavior for students of economic education study program is said to be quite good, namely obtaining a TCR result of 78.21%, (3) the effect of understanding economic literacy on consumptive behavior for students of economic education study program states that there is no influence between understanding economic literacy on consumptive behavior, it is known that the value of tcount < ttable or 0.157 < 2.004. The correlation coefficient value is 0.021%. That is, there is no influence between the variable understanding of economic literacy on consumptive behavior for students of the economic education study program at Batanghari University, Jambi. Keywords: Understanding of Economic Literacy, Consumptive Behavior
