Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online learning on student learning outcomes in the economics subject of Class XII Social Studies at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 139 students with a research sample of 103 students. The data management techniques in this study are the validity test of the research instrument, the research reliability test, quantitative descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test and simple regression test. The results showed that (1) online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City in economic subjects obtained a TCR of 67.674% which was categorized as quite good. Of the 103 students in class XII IPS, there were 34 students who scored above the KKM, and 17 students scored the same as the KKM, while 52 other students scored below the KKM. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that there is an effect of online learning on learning outcomes in economics class XII social studies at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. This can be seen from the t count is greater than the t table (2.188 > 1.9834) at a significant level of 0.05. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an effect of online learning on the variables of student learning outcomes in economics class XII Social Sciences SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. Based on the Summary model coefficient table, it is known that the influence of online learning variables on student learning outcomes is 21.3%. In the R Square table of 4.5% which shows the influence of other variables that affect student learning outcomes.Keywords: Online Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the turnover of capital to the sale of Multipurpose Stalls (WASERDA) in the Cooperative Unit Desa Mandiri Jaya Makmur Desa Banjar Jaya. From the results of the t test analysis, it is known that there is a significant effect on the variable (X) capital turnover and variable (Y) sales results. This is evidenced by the results of the t test calculation of 5.539, while the t table is 1.684 at the 5% significance level, which means that Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that for both large, medium and small profit institutions, the turnover of capital has an impact on the smooth running of business in the future. This is because capital is the same as an important part that flows all activities to various sectors and scales so that they can run properly, and in the end will increase economic growth for both institutions and human resources in it.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine (1) Is there a difference in the average economic learning outcomes of students whose learning uses the group discussion method, (2) Is there a difference in the average economic learning outcomes in students whose learning uses the lecture method, and (3) Is there a comparison of economic learning outcomes in students whose learning uses the group discussion method with students whose learning uses the lecture method. Research results explained: Student learning outcomes in Economics subjects taught using group discussion methods obtain an average count of 57.56. And, Student learning outcomes in economics taught by the lecture method obtained an average count of 37.69. Thus, Student learning outcomes in Economics subjects taught using lecture learning methods are higher than student learning outcomes in Economics subjects taught by using group discussions with Sig. 0.025 <0.05. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out (1) To describe the marketing strategy of Rismato's tempeh home industry in Rajawali Village, Jambi City. (2) To find out the description of the welfare of the Tempe Rismanto home industry employees in Rajawali Village, Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation (observation), questionnaires (questionnaire), and interviews. Where the population in this study were 30 respondents with a sample of 30 respondents. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the Validity and Reliability Test, while the classical assumption test used is Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Test, while this Hypothesis Test is Partial Test. The results of this study indicate that (1) The marketing strategy is included in the fairly good category with the achievement of an average TCR value of 78.10%. (2) Employee welfare is in the good category with an average TCR score of 81.90%. That is, the marketing strategy has a strong influence on a product to be marketed, while the welfare of employees is remuneration provided directly or indirectly to improve the financial condition of employees, and with a marketing strategy it can increase income and affect employee welfare.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Employee Welfare.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the Independent Character of Students in Economic Subjects in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hidayah Bantan. This research is motivated by the existence of students who postpone the completion of the task ahead of the deadline given by the teacher, there are students who are not confident with the results of their work, there are students who are not able to do the tasks given by the teacher, there are students who are afraid of facing the risks of the choices already made take it, tend to fear failure, there are many students who are less able to solve their own problems, which he faces during the teaching and learning process. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects in this study were 61 social studies class X students and 2 economics teachers as well as research informants and the object of this study was the students' independent character. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was a descriptive qualitative analysis with a percentage. Based on the results of research and data analysis that the Character of Independent Students in Economic Subjects in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hidayah Bantan Overall can be categorized well with a percentage of 36.29%. The 63.29% data is categorized in the range of values of 61% -80%. Keywords : Student Independent Character

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of the use of cooperative learning model type word square on student learning attitudes on economic subjects class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Based on the data analysis on the results of research that there is a significant influence between the use of cooperative learning model type word square on student learning attitudes on economic subjects class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. The results showed that (1) students' learning attitudes using cooperative learning model type Word Square on Economics class XI IPS In SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi is quite good. It is indicated by the average of students 'learning attitudes in the experimental class is 3.86 with the TCR of 77.11, and (2) the use of cooperative learning model of Word Square type significantly influence the students' attitude on the subjects of Economics class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. This is indicated by the value of thitung> ttable (13,48> 2,03693). Keyword : Word Square Learning Model, Learning Attitude.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students who are taught using a cooperative learning model type Guess the word and group around in social studies subjects in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City and a comparison of the cooperative learning model type Guess the Word and Go Around Groups on student learning outcomes in the subject. Social Studies lessons in Class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. The type of research conducted is a quasi-experiment. The guessing type cooperative learning model for class VII C (control) and the group traveling type cooperative learning model for class VIII B (experimental). Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique, so that 38 students of class VIII C were selected as the control class and 32 students of class VIII B as the experimental class. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questions to research respondents and documentation. The data analysis technique used the t-test. The results showed that the average value of posttest learning outcomes for class VIII B (experimental class) was 10,063 and the average value for learning outcomes for social studies subjects in the posttest stage in class VIII C was 8.079. Based on these results, the average value of learning outcomes for social studies subjects at the posttest stage in class VIII B is higher than class VIII C. The results of the t-test show a t-count value of 8.480 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected. and Hadi Accept. Based on these results, the cooperative learning model type Guess the Word and Go Around in Groups has an effect on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in Class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Type Guess the Word and Mobile Group, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and effect of learning readiness on the motivation to do homework for class X IPS in economic subjects at SMAN 3 Jambi City. (4) The effect of emotional intelligence and learning readiness on the motivation to do homework for class X IPS on economic subjects at SMAN 3 Jambi City. The results showed that (1) the description of emotional intelligence was in a fairly good category. Meanwhile, learning readiness is in the fairly good category at SMAN 3 Jambi City, (2) There is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on the motivation to do homework for class X IPS on economic subjects at SMAN 3 Jambi City. This is indicated by the value of tcount> ttable, which is 3.322> 1.659, (3) There is a significant influence between learning readiness on the motivation to do homework for students of class X IPS in economic subjects at SMAN 3 Jambi City. This is indicated by the value of tcount> ttable, namely 9.189> 1.659, and (4) There is a significant influence between emotional intelligence and learning readiness on the motivation to do homework for class X IPS in economic subjects at SMAN 3 Jambi City. This is indicated by the value of Fcount > Ftable, which is 42.274> 3.04.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh gaya belajar dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IX di SMP Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Sementara, populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 244 siswa, dimana setelah penarikan sampel secara proportional random sampling maka diperoleh sampel yang akan menjadi objek penelitian berjumlah 144 siswa. Adapun teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya dan minat belajar secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai F hitung> F tabel, yaitu 7,348 > 0,000. Kata Kunci : Gaya, Minat, Hasil Belajar.  Abstract This study aims to determine the description and influence of learning styles and learning interests on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class IX in Jambi City Public Middle School 9. The design of this study uses descriptive and quantitative research methods. Meanwhile, the population in this study amounted to 244 students, where after sampling by proportional random sampling the samples that would become the object of research were 144 students. The data processing technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between the style and interest in learning simultaneously on the learning outcomes of class IX students of social studies subjects in SMP Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. This is indicated by the value of F count> F table, which is 7,348 > 0,000. Keyword : Style, Interest, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of learning facilities and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of students of class X economic subjects in SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. Based on the data analysis on the results of research that there is a significant influence between learning facilities and learning motivation in the learning outcomes of students of class X economic subjects in SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. With result of model summary R = 0, 138 and R Square = 0,119. In ANOVA, the value of F = 11.035 with α (sig) = 0.003. Because α (Sig) <0.05, then regression can be used to predict learning facilities and learning motivation at 95% confidence level. Based on the value of B constant for X, we can make a regression equation that is Y = a + X1 + X2 = 82,440 + 0,177 + 0,280. And, for t arithmetic X1 = 4.002, and t arithmetic X2 = 11.378 then t arithmetic> t table. That is, t test results indicate that learning facilities and motivation to learn have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes (Y) students class X economic subjects in SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi.Keyword : Learning Facilities, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes.
