Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengguanaan bahasa gaul pada kalangan mahaiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa bahasa gaul digunakan secara luas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk juga di media sosial. Penggunaan bahasa gaul dipengaruhi oleh budaya dan media massa. Dalam kalangan mahasiswa penggunaan bahasa gaul tidak lagi menjadi hal yang baru. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu meneliti bagaimana bahasa gaul digunakan untuk menu ukkan solidaritas, menganalisis bahasa gaul mempermudah atau menghambat komunkasi antar mahasiswa, melihat pengaruh penggunaan bahasa gaul dan mengidentifikasi kreativitas dalam menciptakan dan penggunaan istilah baru dalam bahasa gaul. Penggunaan bahasa gaul dapat memperkuat identitas sosial dan ekspresi diri, teruatama di media sosial dan percakapan informal.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of deixis persona, time, and place, describe the meaning of deixis persona, time and place based on the folklore of Dayak Uud Danum sub-tribe in Buntut Purun Village, Ambalau District, Sintang Regency. and produce a form of implementation of Indonesian language learning. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative form. The data sources in this research are folktales entitled (1) Moruan Asuk, (2) Tomakung Koling, (3) Songumang, and (4) Mosihkin obtained from informants who are native speakers of the Dayak Uud Danum language, and the data of this study are in the form of words, phrases, sentences, and paragraphs that show the existence of events or properties of deixis persona, time, and place. Data collection techniques are observation techniques, interview techniques, and recording techniques. This research found 374 uses of persona, time, and place deixis, consisting of 322 uses of persona deixis, 18 uses of time deixis, and 34 uses of place deixis. The form of implementation based on this research is a learning text, namely narrative text (fantasy story).

Abstract

The effectiveness of using Indonesian as a means of communication and providing information. Good Indonesian is words that are suitable for communicating effectively. With language, a person can express ideas, ideas, thoughts and desires in conveying an opinion. Which aims to improve how to speak Indonesian properly and correctly. The application of Indonesian in daily life can be used as a weapon to develop an attitude of nationalism and unify all people in Indonesia. This research used qualitative methods by conducting interviews with students of the Biology Department, Medan State University. From the results of interviews with students from the Biology Department, Medan State University, it was said that students used good and correct Indonesian when together with lecturers, but outside of lectures, students from the Biology Department at Medan State University used current slang and their regional language. Therefore, we need to apply good and correct use and understanding of Indonesian every day so that Indonesian is not replaced by Modern language which is now very popular with young people.

Abstract

Wayang Orang-Orangan, a unique blend of traditional Indonesian performing arts and modern innovation, is a powerful tool for preserving cultural heritage. This traditional art form originating from Tegal, Indonesia, combines elements of wayang golek, music and dance to create a captivating performance that showcases a rich cultural heritage. Through its fusion of traditional and modern elements, Wayang Orang-Orangan has successfully captured the attention of a new generation of Indonesians, promoting a sense of identity and cultural pride. This article highlights the importance of Wayang Orang-Orangan as a means to preserve cultural heritage, especially the use of Tegal language in the face of globalization and modernization. By embracing innovation and adaptation, this traditional art form has managed to remain relevant, educating and entertaining audiences about the importance of preserving cultural identity.

Abstract

Jlamprang batik is a form of cultural heritage originating from the city of Pekalongan, Central Java. Known for its distinctive geometric motifs and use of bright colours, this batik not only displays visual beauty but also contains deep philosophical meanings. This article discusses the history, uniqueness of the motif, and values contained in Jlamprang batik. Jlamprang batik serves not only as an artistic and economic product but also as a guardian of the cultural and historical identity of Pekalongan city, as well as a reflection of the richness and diversity of Indonesian culture. This research aims to explore Jlamprang batik as a form of Pekalongan's cultural heritage using qualitative research methods. Through interviews with an employee of the Pekalongan Batik Museum and literature studies through literature searches in the form of journals related to Jlamprang batik. This research reveals the history, uses, and philosophical meanings contained in Jlamprang batik. The results show that Jlamprang batik, with its geometric motifs and bright colours, reflects not only artistic beauty but also the cultural and spiritual values of the Pekalongan people.

Abstract

Orientasi pada artikel kali ini menjelaskan sejarah, tokoh dan periodisasi perkembangan hadis. Sehingga penulisan hadis sudah ada mulai zaman Nabi. Para sahabat pada saat itu mencatat apa yang dijelaskan oleh Nabi, tetapi zaman dulu masih sedikit para sahabat yang bisa menulis hadis. Penilitaan bertujuan menjelaskan periodisasi hadis dari masa ke masa sehingga tersusun secara sistematis. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantatif yang bersifat deskriptif-analisis dan juga pelihat perkembangan hadis. Hasil penelitian bahwa hadis adalah sumber kedua setelah al-Qur’an dengan membawa ajaran-ajaran dari Rasulullah yang ditulis baik tingkah laku, perbuatan maupun perkataan dari beliau yang nantinya bisa di bukukan menjadi hadis dan bisa menjadi pedoman bagi umat islam, yang melawati banyak tahapan-tahapan hingga sekarang ini, dan juga membahas siapa saja tokoh yang berperan dalam meriwayatkan hadis serta bagaimana periodesasi atau perkembangan yang dilaakukan hingga terbentuknya hadis yang telah dibukukan atau sempurna.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui eksistensi kesenian balo-balo sebagai ciri khas kebudayaan di kota tegal.kesenian ini di kenalkan oleh bapak Hj.suryat dan bapak Ponaji Darso pada tahun 1970an tepatnya di kelurahan slrok kecamatan tegal timur kota tegal.balo-balo merupakan seni tradisional Seni rakyat ini memadukan musik, tari, dan lakon dalam pementasan. Istilah balo-balo berasal dari kata “bala-bala”, yang berarti kawan-kawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam kasus ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang dijadikan fokus penulis adalah ketua paguyuban balo-balo di slerok kecamatan tegal timur kota tegal dan sumber dari dinas kebudayaan kota tegal. yang kemudian data-data tersebut dianalisa dengan menggunakan teknik analisis sesuai kerangka dasar yang telah disusun.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi kesenian balo-balo masih terus ada memang tidak seramai dahulu akan tetapi kesenian balo-balo terus dimodifikasi agar pencinta musik balo-balo yang ciri khusus musiknya tetap ada walaupun di modifikasi dengan band akan tetati alat-alat pokok pada musik balo-balo masih tetap ada.

Abstract

Tegal is a coastal region on the north coast of Java. This small region on the west side of Central Java Province has unique characteristics. Like other regions in Java, Tegal has its own distinctive batik-making centers. Almost every region in Indonesia has batik with its own characteristics, such as Solo batik, Pekalongan batik, Banyumas batik, Cirebon batik, Ponorogo batik, Tulungagung batik, Gresik batik, Surabaya batik, Madura batik, and many more with different names. In addition to the batik that has been mentioned, there is also batik that is the pride of the Tegal people, namely Tegalan batik. Batik Tegalan is actually a great potential that Tegal regency has, apart from its tourism sector. Because Tegal batik has a strong competitiveness with other batik. Bright motifs and patterns characterize this batik, which is called coastal batik. But despite its enormous potential, moor batik has not been well known by the people of Tegal in particular, and the people of Indonesia in general. This is due to the lack of promotion, as well as the lack of capital for batik craftsmen who are mostly home industry businesses. In Bengle village, which is known as the batik town of Tegal, almost all of its residents earn a living as batik craftsmen, almost all of them are in the category of SME entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the model of Islamic da'wah based on local wisdom contained in wayang santri performances. The Islamic da'wah model is a pattern or approach used to broadcast Islamic values. Wayang santri is a concept for wayang performances that are specifically used for preaching purposes. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach that describes a model of Islamic da'wah with sources from the wayang santri artistic apparatus including puppeteers, sinden and wayang santri music players. This research produces several important points regarding the Islamic preaching model based on local wisdom in the art of wayang santri, namely regarding the origins and history of the development of wayang santri, the beauty contained in wayang santri performances, and the Islamic values ​​contained in wayang santri performances.

Abstract

The tradition of moci, which is drinking teapot tea, has a deep meaning for the Tegal community and has been passed down from generation to generation. This study examines students' views on the moci tradition and its role in maintaining ancestral heritage. Through interviews and observations, it was found that for Tegal students, moci is not only a daily habit, but also a symbol of cultural identity that needs to be preserved. This tradition teaches the values of togetherness, openness, and simplicity that are important in their social life. In addition, moci also serves as a means of strengthening social relations in schools and communities. The students play an active role as agents of cultural preservation, by teaching and introducing the moci tradition to other young people through various cultural activities and social media. This research shows that students' efforts in maintaining the moci tradition not only strengthen their cultural identity, but also ensure that the values continue to evolve and are relevant in the modern context.
