Abstract

This study aimed to examine the Al Multazam Group's marketing strategy and efforts to boost the number of potential pilgrims during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study method is qualitative descriptive research based on field research (field research). According to the findings of this study, Al Multazam Group's marketing approach for raising the number of prospective pilgrims during the Covid-19 pandemic utilized a marketing mix strategy (Product Strategy, Price Strategy, Place Strategy, and Promotion Strategy). In addition, Al Multazam Group undertakes internal and external environmental analysis, establishes short- and long-term goals, socializes products with partners and branches, and communicates with the congregation.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to determine the effectiveness of the Integrated Hajj Information and Computerized System (SISKOHAT) in organizing hajj at the Ministry of Religion, East Lampung Regency, especially in the registration and cancellation of hajj. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis carried out by the researcher was carried out in several stages, namely: data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of the research show that the Integrated Hajj Information and Computerization System (SISKOHAT) used by the PHU section at the Ministry of Religion Office of East Lampung Regency is very effective in improving the performance of Hajj implementation, especially Hajj registration and cancellation. This was tested with SISKOHAT components at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Lampung Regency in the form of software and hardware that had good quality. The achievement of SISKOHAT effectiveness can also be tested with indicators that have been met, namely the quality of systems and information, usage, user satisfaction, individual impact and perceived organizational impact.

Abstract

Religious tourism travel shows an increasing trend from year to year, not to mention the Umrah trip which is also known as the “minor pilgrimage”. This increase makes travel agents vying to approach prospective pilgrims. Thus, this study intends to determine the management strategies used by travel agents, including human resource management (HR) and the marketing mix in recruiting prospective pilgrims. This research method is a case study on Alhijaz Tour Travel Bandar Lampung. The primary data sources (key informants) in this study were the head of the foundation, managers, staff, pilgrims and prospective Umrah pilgrims. Methods of data collection is done by interview, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique used is pattern matching and explanation building. The results show that Alhijaz Tour Travel has implemented a HR development strategy through recruitment patterns, needs analysis, job analysis, salaries and bonuses, career advancement, and working according to job descriptions. Strategic planning is developed through long term and short term patterns. In addition, Alhijaz Tour Travel also implements a marketing mix consisting of products, prices, places and promotions designed in such a way as to attract the interest of prospective pilgrims.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the specifications of services for female pilgrims. This type of research is library research with descriptive-analytic nature, where the authors try to explain the situation or existing hypotheses. Sources of data needed in this study are data obtained from official documents, books related to the object of research, research results in the form of reports, theses, theses, dissertations, and laws and regulations regarding Hajj. The results of this study are services for female pilgrims are the same as male pilgrims, namely administrative services, pilgrimage guidance, accommodation, transportation, health services, security and other things needed by pilgrims. So that the pilgrims can perform the pilgrimage safely, comfortably and smoothly in accordance with the teachings of Islam, then the organization of Hajj and Umrah is obliged to provide guidance, service and protection as well as possible to the pilgrims.

Abstract

Hajj financing product held in Indonesia due to the quota of hajj limited and the cost of going hajj is more expensive than before. But, there are some sharia issues which pertain to the implementation of the qard wal ijarah contract in the reality which is different with what the sharia committee decides. The purpose of this study is to criticize the implementation of the contract in reality and describe its implications both positive and negative. This research uses qualitative research method by using documentation such as hajj report, books, and articles. The results of this study describes that Hajj financing on the one hand give the positive impact (maslahah), while on the other hand has the negative impact (mafsadah). This research contributes to the government and the sharia committees in order to regulate back Hajj management system and also its contract since there are several issues regard the implementation of the contract of hajj financing which is indicated non sharia compliant.

Abstract

Service is a series of activities needed by others in order to benefit from the service and provide satisfaction to the people served. One of the services offered by PT. Al Hijaz is the Tour Leader. The success of a trip depends on the services provided to pilgrims by the Tour Leader. The purpose of this study was to determine the services provided by the Tour Leader PT. Al Hijaz, to evaluate the service of Tour Leader PT. Al Hijaz towards Umrah pilgrims. The findings of this study indicate that PT. Al Hijaz's Tour Leader service can effectively serve pilgrims from departure to return to Indonesia. In terms of service, Tour Leader PT. Al Hijaz provides satisfying services for Umrah pilgrims, because it makes pilgrims feel safe, comfortable, and happy.

Abstract

Garislurus Lintas Semesta Travel Umrah dan Haji Plus sebagai biro perjalanan umrah dan haji plus sejak tahun 2019 dan telah memberangkatkan sebanyak 53 jemaah sampai tahun 2020. PT. Garislurus Lintas Semesta Travel Umrah dan Haji Plus selalu berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya, mengingat semakin banyaknya pesaing yang bermunculan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan sifat penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik data kualitatif dengan berpikir induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Garislurus Lintas Semesta Travel Umrah dan Haji Plus telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam kepada jemaah dalam pelayanan ibadah umrah dengan menerapkan nilai kejujuran, nilai kerendahan hati, nilai menepati janji dan nilai tanggung jawab. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how well Daqu Travel is in building a positive image of the company through the provision of Hajj and Umrah services. A descriptive qualitative research method was used for this research. According to research findings, the Daqu Travel company implements a service performance method to produce high-quality services by offering the greatest possible level of service to pilgrims. Services that will enhance the reputation of the company's products, as well as services that will build emotional relationships between the company and its employees and staff, as well as alumni and prospective pilgrims. In addition to that, Daqu Travel's service performance is a positive image of the company that looks good with testimonials from pilgrims or alumni of the congregation, and the response or stimulus given is positive. The satisfaction communicated by these testimonies has contributed to the continued increase in the number of pilgrims attending this event year after year.

Abstract

This study is a library research method used in this research is descriptive analysis, this type of research is qualitative with the use of samples. The reason for the waiting list in the juridical aspect is that there is no solid juridical basis; philosophical and sociological aspects. The absence of legal protection arrangements for prospective Hajj pilgrims who are on the waiting list shows the norm of vacancy. The solution in the juridical aspect of the formulation is that there should be no additional principles for organizing Hajj, philosophical aspects, good Hajj implementation and prospective religious awareness of Hajj pilgrims must be straightened out, and sociological aspects can be done by: adding Indonesian Hajj quotas, that there is no misuse of fatwas on Hajj bailout, asked to perform Hajj only for those who want to repeat the pilgrimage, Muslims are able to be directed to alms, straighten Hajj intentions, increase the example of scholars and leaders, and separate the organizers of Hajj between regulators, operators, and evaluators.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effectiveness of the Integrated Hajj Information and Computerization System (SISKOHAT) in the hajj registration service at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Metro City because of the increasing number of prospective pilgrims registering for Hajj at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Metro City, phu section staff feel that the services provided to prospective pilgrims are less than the maximum this is due to the limited number of staff. Therefore, the registration and implementation of hajj is assisted by using various applications, with the core application, namely the Integrated Hajj Information and Computerization System (SISKOHAT) which can facilitate the data collection of prospective hajj pilgrims. This research is a type of field research or field research. The nature of this research is qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used are observation, mandalam interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through several stages, namely: data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results showed that the SISKOHAT in the hajj registration service at the Metro City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office has been effective. SISKOHAT is the spearhead of hajj services, because all service processes in Hajj, especially in registration and cancellation, the execution is at SISKOHAT. It cannot be done if there is no SISKOHAT, so SISKOHAT is the key to the services in the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Section.
