Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pelayanan manasik haji yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, evaluasi terhadap kepuasan jamaah di KBIH Al- Hikmah Metro. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif.teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Snowball Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menggambarkan bahwa manajemen pelayanan manasik haji pada KBIH Al-Hikmah Metro Pusat sudah baik, manajemen yang diterapkan sudah sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) yang diberikan Kementerian Agama. KBIH Al-Hikmah Metro Pusat juga berpedoman pada visi misi dan tujuan sehingga pengorganisasian telah dilaksanakan berdasarkan keahlian dan latarbelakang pendidikan pembimbing agar tercipta komunikasi yang baik dengan jamaah. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pelayanan, Manasik Haji, KBIH.

Abstract

This study focuses on two issues, namely government policies regarding air travel for Indonesian pilgrims and the implementation of air travel services for pilgrims. Researchers used qualitative methods and descriptive analysis techniques in their research. The results of the study show that the government has implemented all regulations related to air transportation services for Indonesian pilgrims, both for departure and return services, although there are still some obstacles that are actually beyond the government's control. FDI Regulation No. 25 of 2015 also discusses the possibility of providing air transportation for pilgrims, including allowing airlines to take part in haj flight tenders with various administrative requirements to ensure that the aircraft is fit for haj pilgrimage flight operations from departure to return from Indonesia.

Abstract

This study uses the theory put forward by Kotler and Keller regarding the marketing mix, which is divided into the 7 Ps (product, promotion, price, place, people, process, and physical evidence), to discuss the marketing strategy for Umrah products at Travel Smart Umrah Lampung. This study aims to reveal the marketing strategy used by Travel Smarts Umrah to increase the number of pilgrims. This research is qualitative descriptive research, or field research, which uses primary and secondary data sources. The methods used to collect data are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research conducted, Travel Smarts Umrah Lampung's marketing strategy to increase the number of pilgrims uses two methods: placing advertisements on all social media, going directly to prospective pilgrims, and distributing flyers through official Travel Smarts Umrah partners. In addition, through the ta'lim assembly, partnering with agencies, offering a bailout payment system, and prioritizing services for pilgrims.

Abstract

As one of the KBIH in Kediri, which has been established for more than 20 years and has served many pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims, KBIH Nasrul Ummah is not without problems in management that must be faced. Departing from these facts, researchers are interested in conducting research that aims to determine the management of Hajj and Umrah services at KBIH Nasrul Ummah. Then from the existing problems the researcher will formulate a solution that is expected to help overcome these problems. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that KBIH Nasrul Ummah was one of the KBIHs in Kediri with complete facilities and prioritizing the comfort of the congregation. In addition, the KBIH management is neatly organized and always tries to provide maximum service to the congregation. However, the congregation's training before leaving for the holy land was not equipped with qualified Arabic language training. So the researchers designed Arabic language training for the congregation with the aim of helping the congregation to be more independent and able to add positive value to KBIH Nasrul Ummah.

Abstract

Hajj documents are data consisting of the identity of pilgrims used to complement or fulfill the requirements of the pilgrimage. Hajj documents consist of a passport that includes a visa. In addition to passports accompanied by visas used in Saudi Arabia, it is required for regular pilgrims to wear the identity or identity of the pilgrims in the form of an identity bracelet. The type of method in this research is descriptive qualitative research, using management theory. Researchers collected data using interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained in this study stated that Travel An Nahl Hajj and Umrah used a professional management system according to procedures according to the Decree of the Minister of Religion that had been stipulated. From the results of research using qualitative methods, the results obtained were that the management of Umrah documents was carried out in accordance with the implementation of a management information system with a structured database system, so that data on pilgrims who would, are currently or have already carried out Umrah using the services of PT. An Nahl Malang will be well recorded.

Abstract

Hajj management aims to provide the best possible guidance, service and protection through a good management system and management so that the pilgrimage can run safely, orderly, smoothly and comfortably in accordance with Islamic teachings. Pilgrims to be able to carry out their worship independently until they get a mabrur hajj. The system for organizing the pilgrimage is continuously undergoing changes and improvements. The increasing number of citizens to perform the pilgrimage needs to improve the quality of organizing the pilgrimage that is comfortable, orderly and in accordance with sharia provisions, so that sharia goals can be achieved. The paradigm in this paper is critical spiritualist with the perspective of maqashid sharia. Paradigma is the basic assumption regarding the subject matter, purpose and nature of the study material being studied. The applied research paradigm is a literature study with a qualitative approach. At the managerial level, the implementation of the pilgrimage is included in maqashid daruriyah (primary). Because its existence is sufficient to determine the continuity of the implementation of the pilgrimage. Because if it is not implemented and organized properly it will result in chaos and even result in the non-implementation of the pilgrimage.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to see whether the Professional Hajj Manasik Guide Certification program is just a ceremonial activity (certificate orientation) or it is really a program that qualitatively produces prospective professional Hajj Manasik Guides. To obtain results regarding the level of knowledge, this research used a quantitative research method of the type of field research originating from pre-test and post-test documents of 81 participants in the batch IV 2019 certification program. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics t-test using the SPSS program assistance 23.0 for windows. There are two findings that can be put forward as a result of this research. First, the level of understanding of the certification participants after attending the program was in the high criteria, namely between a score of 74-81 with a percentage of 45.5% for 37 participants. This confirms that the certification activity succeeded in increasing the participants' knowledge. Second, the hypothesis which states the level of knowledge of the certification training participants is empirically proven to be accepted, positive, and significant with the t-test.

Abstract

The background of this research is the number of Umrah Travel Organizers (PPIU) in various regions areas, especially umrah travel agents in the city of Bukittinggi and its surroundings. So, in this case, PT. Babul Umroh Mandiri Wisata Bukittinggi Branch can try to optimize and implement several marketing strategies through SWOT analysis to improve the quality of competitiveness. The research method used by the author is a qualitative descriptive method, starting from observation, interviews and documentation. The SWOT diagram shows that this travel is in quadrant 1 (positive, positive) supports the Aggressive Strategy. This position signifies that PT. Babul Umroh Mandiri Wisata Bukittinggi Branch is a condition that can use that power owned to take advantage of existing opportunities, so it is possible to continue to expand by implementing a maximum marketing strategy in an effort to improve the quality of competitiveness.

Abstract

Recruitment, selection, training, skills development, and human resource performance appraisal activities are the pillars that form human resource management, which aims to obtain human resources who are experts and competent in their fields. Based on this, the authors conducted research on how human resource management is applied. The research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews and KBIH Cahaya Multazam documentation. The results of the study stated that the recruitment process was carried out by selection. Training and development is carried out by gathering employees and inviting employees to make changes by developing creativity so that employees and KBIH Cahaya Multazam are better and become the congregation's choice. The performance evaluation itself is carried out on the basis and principles of honesty and employee loyalty to KBIH Cahaya Multazam.

Abstract

Problems often color the implementation of Hajj and Umrah in Indonesia, one of the actual issues that hit the Hajj and Umrah activities today is the phenomenon of the Indonesian people who like to selfie in front of the Kaaba or during the process of other worship activities. This study aims to look at the Hajj and Umrah guidance management strategies in Indonesia in implementing the Hajj and Umrah guidance functions. The method used as a blade in this study is a qualitative type with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that in order to improve the quality of the congregation, a strategy is needed in the form of pre-departure guidance, during activities, and after worship activities. This strategy can provide awareness to prospective pilgrims in understanding the meaning of each process of Hajj and Umrah activities which are carried out with full faith, piety, and humility in order to arrive at the mabrur goals of Hajj and Umrah. One of them is to become hajj and umrah pilgrims who are mabrur and avoid hedonism, materialism, and consumerism.
