Occupational fatigue is a common occupational health problem that may reduce productivity and increase the risk of workplace accidents, particularly among motorcycle workshop workers who are exposed to physically demanding tasks and unfavorable working conditions. This study aimed to analyze factors associated with occupational fatigue among motorcycle workshop workers in Jambi City. A quantitative cross-sectional study was conducted involving 46 workers selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, anthropometric measurements, and the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) Subjective Self-Rating Test. Data were analyzed using univariate and Chi-square analyses at a 95% confidence level. The results showed that 58.7% of respondents experienced occupational fatigue. Age, length of service, smoking habits, and work environment were significantly associated with occupational fatigue, with age demonstrating the strongest association. These findings indicate that both individual and workplace factors contribute to occupational fatigue. Improving workplace conditions and strengthening occupational health promotion programs are recommended to reduce fatigue and enhance workers' health, safety, and productivity.

The rapid development of digital technology has increased the need for secure document storage and transmission, especially for confidential information. This study aims to develop a web-based document security application using the RSA (Rivest–Shamir–Adleman) algorithm to protect document contents from unauthorized access. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, consisting of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The application was developed using PHP and implemented to secure DOCX, PDF, and XLSX document formats with a maximum file size of 2 MB. The RSA algorithm was applied through encryption using a public key and decryption using a private key. System testing was performed using Black-box Testing and Avalanche Effect analysis to evaluate application performance. The results show that the application successfully encrypts and decrypts document files while maintaining the original document contents after the decryption process. The Avalanche Effect testing obtained an average value of 49.99%, indicating that the RSA algorithm provides adequate security in protecting document contents. Therefore, the developed application can be used as an alternative solution for securing confidential digital documents.

Indonesia's mining downstream (hilirisasi) policy, grounded in Law Number 3 of 2020 on Mineral and Coal Mining and Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation, faces serious challenges stemming from regulatory disharmony that threatens investment certainty and weakens environmental protection. This study aims to analyze three main dimensions of such disharmony: first, the normative conflict between centralization of mining authority and regional government authority under Law No. 23 of 2014; second, the "green economy" paradox between promoting nickel downstream for the global electric vehicle supply chain and tangible ecological damage on the ground; third, the fragmentation of environmental responsibility following the establishment of Danantara as a Sovereign Wealth Fund. This research employs a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. The findings indicate that regulatory disharmony creates normative vacuums in local-level environmental oversight, generates risks of greenwashing in Indonesia's green economic diplomacy, and obscures the locus of responsibility between parent companies and operating subsidiaries for environmental compliance. This study recommends the establishment of an integrative legal instrument mandating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) internalization as a precondition for business certainty, supported by multi-level oversight mechanisms that preserve meaningful regional roles.

Apraxia is a higher-order motor disorder commonly observed after stroke, characterized by impaired motor planning despite preserved motor strength. Conventional rehabilitation often fails to adequately address this deficit. Action observation therapy (AOT), based on the mirror neuron system, has emerged as a potential intervention targeting motor planning mechanisms. To evaluate the effectiveness of action observation therapy in improving apraxia severity and functional performance in post-stroke patients. A systematic review was conducted following PRISMA guidelines. Literature searches were performed in PubMed, Cochrane Library, and ScienceDirect. Randomized controlled trials evaluating AOT in stroke patients were included. Due to heterogeneity in outcome measures, a qualitative synthesis was performed. Five studies were included. Two studies directly assessed apraxia and demonstrated significant improvements in praxis-related outcomes following AOT. All studies reported improved motor function and functional performance, with greater gains observed in AOT groups compared to conventional rehabilitation. However, findings related to manual dexterity were inconsistent across studies. AOT may enhance motor recovery by facilitating motor planning through activation of shared neural pathways involved in action observation and execution. While evidence supports its benefit in both apraxia-specific and general stroke populations, variability in study design and outcomes limits definitive conclusions.Action observation therapy shows potential in improving apraxia and functional outcomes after stroke, but further high-quality studies are needed to confirm its effectiveness.

Low Birth Weight (LBW) is a health problem that contributes to high neonatal mortality rates. Factors thought to influence the incidence of LBW include maternal age, parity, and hemoglobin levels. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal age, parity, and hemoglobin levels with the incidence of LBW at the Jimbaran 1 Sub-Health Center in 2025. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach, with a sample of 205 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. The data used were secondary data from a maternal cohort and analyzed using the Spearman Rank test. The results showed that most respondents were at a non-risk age (83.4%), had a non-risk parity (63.4%), and did not experience anemia (64.4%). The incidence of LBW was 13.7%. The analysis showed a significant relationship between maternal age and the incidence of LBW (p=0.017) and hemoglobin levels with the incidence of LBW (p=0.003). Meanwhile, parity did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of LBW (p=0.682). The conclusion of this study is that maternal age and hemoglobin levels are associated with the incidence of low birth weight (LBW). It is recommended that healthcare professionals increase efforts to prevent anemia and educate about healthy reproductive ages to reduce the incidence of low birth weight (LBW).
