Abstract

This study aims to provide socialization about the importance of health data security and information in the implementation of electronic medical records at Puskesmas Botania. Community Service activities were carried out by involving officers through Focus Group Discussions at Puskesmas Botania. The results show that e-Puskesmas has not fulfilled the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and data availability, so it can be accessed by unauthorized parties. In addition, the recording of electronic medical records in e-Puskesmas needs to be improved to facilitate data changes and the availability of health data related to BPJS patient claims. The PkM team recommends the use of individual usernames and passwords, automatic log off feature, network access blocking, data encryption, and integration with the BPJS Health application and data back up process to maintain patient data security.

Abstract

The term "difable" for people with disabilities is nowadays preferred because it is seen as more appropriate. People with disabilities in Denpasar City have the desire to be independent and achieve equality with other communities. The difables are also actively pioneering businesses in the creative industry sector, and they are called "difabelpreneurs." There are three main problems faced by difabelpreneurs, namely low business and management knowledge, limited access to capital, and restricted marketing reach. The Community Service activity in the form of mentoring and business meetings for Difabelpreneurs in Denpasar City aims to improve business and management knowledge and expand access to capital and marketing sources. The results of the activity showed an increase in business and management knowledge, as well as the establishment of capital and marketing cooperation.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to assist business owners in gaining knowledge about emotional intelligence in entrepreneurship, as it plays a crucial role in enhancing entrepreneurial success. The selected partner for the PKM activity is a recycling business that utilizes large and small used plastic bottles, transforming them into handicraft products such as lampshades, aquariums, flower pots, and more. The business is located in Tangerang, South. This activity is a continuation of a previous PKM initiative and was inspired by the partner's marketing challenges in promoting their recycled products effectively. Initial observations directly with the business owner revealed that the main problem lies in emotional intelligence due to the partners' lack of knowledge in this area, preventing them from achieving business success. The proposed method in this activity involves training and socialization on emotional intelligence, specifically addressing its relevance to offline business success. The aim is to resolve the challenges faced by the recycling business, enabling partners to expand their market reach and marketing areas, with the ultimate goal of achieving greater success in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The relationship between a business and its sales force is referred to as relationship management, which has a role in focusing on increasing sales for the long term. The relationship between sales management and labor relations management must be maintained properly, because the task of a sales management is to cultivate, train and select salespeople and become the key to successful sales of the products produced. Supporting a relationship-based sales management strategy will encourage the creation of a comfortable working atmosphere for salespeople, which will increase motivation in making sales. Activity partners are engaged in the damar handicraft business located in Serang Banten. In its activities, it faces problems, especially in terms of sales management strategies. PKM aims to assist partners in an effort to improve their ability to improve sales management strategies based on relationships with salespeople. The activity method is carried out by training related to sales management science. The training was conducted online. The results of the activity show that the provision of knowledge about relationship-based sales management is delivered in the form of PPT, the implementation of activities involving two students has been realized and is running smoothly. Partners gain knowledge in improving the role of salespeople to generate more sales.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the educational model in the development of zero waste skills at the Change Archipelago stall in Jati Sampurna Village, South Bekasi. The research approach is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that the profile of the changes in the archipelago stalls in the Jati Sampurna Village were stalls that sold various types of used goods and had implemented the zero waste principle well. However, the zero waste skills possessed by lapak members still need to be improved. Implementing an educational model for developing zero waste skills at the Simpan Nusantara lapak has proven to be effective in increasing the zero waste skills of lapak members. Obstacles in implementing the educational model include the lack of support and awareness from lapak members. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the implemented educational model can be improved by involving experts and zero-waste practitioners. The Archipelago's Change Static is expected to continue applying the zero waste principle and strengthen customer communication. Future research can explore a more appropriate educational model to improve zero waste skills in lapak members and involve a more comprehensive sample.
