Abstract

Tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia terus mengalami kenaikan, lulusan perguruan tinggi menjadi salah satu penyumbang terbesar dalam angka pengangguran. Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis, Unesa berdasarkan hasil tracer study menyatakan mahasiswa yang memilih berwirausaha masih rendah. Hal ini menandakan mahasiswa cenderung mencari pekerjaan dari pada menciptakan lapangan kerja, padahal sudah dibekali secara pengetahuan maupun praktik untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mata kuliah praktik kewirausahaan, motivasi berwirausaha, dan ekspektasi pendapatan terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika Dan Bisnis Unesa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior yang menjelaskan bahwa niat dipengaruhi oleh tiga aspek yaitu sikap, norma, dan perilaku yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kausal kuantitatif dan korelasional, populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis angkatan 2021 dan 2022, dan kriterianya ditentukan oleh peneliti. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh hasil dari 222 mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan teknologi analisis data SPSS versi 25, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mata kuliah praktik kewirausahaan, motivasi berwirausaha, dan ekspektasi pendapatan mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika Dan Bisnis Unesa angkatan 2021 dan 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Wordwall Quiz learning media and learning styles to the learning outcomes of grade XI BD students at SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. This type of research is an experimental research. The research design used is a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample in the study was 72 students using the purposive sampling technique. Class XI BD 2 is used as a learning control class using conventional media. Meanwhile, class XI BD 3 is used as an experimental class for learning using Wordwall Quiz media. Data collection uses questionnaires and learning outcome tests. The results showed that there were differences in the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class before and after using the wordwall quiz based on auditory and visual learning styles, there were differences in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the auditory learning style control, and there were differences in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the visual learning style control class. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class based on their learning style.

Abstract

The development of technology today has experienced rapid progress in various sectors of life. Social media is a strategic platform to introduce a product to reach consumers. The implementation of this strategy is carried out by several electric motorcycle companies to gain brand awareness of electric motorcycle products. This study aims to determine the influence of social media and brand awareness on the purchase decision of electric motorcycles in the city of Surabaya. This type of research uses quantitative research with the population of Surabaya people who have made a decision to purchase an electric motorcycle. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS (Statisstical Package for the Socio-Sciences) application. The results of this study indicate that social media and brand awareness have a simultaneous influence on the purchase decisions of electric motorcycles in Surabaya. Partially, social media has a significant effect on purchase decisions, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.036 and a t-value of 2.123, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.65. Likewise, brand awareness also shows a significant partial influence, with a significance value of 0.023 and a t-value of 2.298. These results confirm that both variables significantly affect purchase decisions, both collectively and individually. Keywords: Social Media; Brand awareness; Purchase Decision; Electric Motorcycle

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh program Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berprofesi sebagai guru, dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel perantara. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan di Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Surabaya (FEB UNESA), dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan mencakup regresi linier sederhana dan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PLP tidak berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru,  PLP memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, efikasi diri juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru. Secara tidak langsung, PLP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru melalui efikasi diri sebagai variabel intervening. Keywords: PLP; Efikasi Diri; Minat Menjadi Guru.

Abstract

In an effort to achieve the Visi Indonesia Emas 2045, various policies have been issued, one of it is the development of entrepreneurship education in higher education where FEB UNESA is one of the institutions that implements it. However, data from the tracer study shows that the entrepreneurial intention of FEB UNESA alumni is low. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial interest as a moderating variable in FEB UNESA students. The data in this study were obtained from the process of distributing questionnaires to 380 students which were then analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study are that entrepreneurship education has no effect on entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial interest has an effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and entrepreneurial interest can moderate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keingintahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha kecil dan menengah (SMEs performance) pada tingkat pemilik usaha, serta menguji kemampuan inovasi peran dan resistensi terhadap perubahan sebagai variabel moderasi. Studi dilakukan pada 71 pemilik UKM pengrajin tas di Tanggulangin dengan menggunakan metode survei dan analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasa ingin tahu kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM. Namun, kemampuan inovasi dan resistensi terhadap perubahan dapat memperlemah hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan inovasi dan kesiapan terhadap perubahan untuk memaksimalkan manfaat kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UKM.

Abstract

Education is a crucial factor in creating quality human resources and determining the progress of a country. In today's era, teachers are required to design learning by creating learning media that aligns with technology. This research and development aims to determine the stages of development, feasibility, and student responses to web-based learning media using Google Sites in the subject of Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) following the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of the trial were students from class XI Digital Business 1 and 2 at SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. The research instruments included review sheets, expert validation sheets, and student response sheets. Data analysis techniques were conducted by analyzing the results of expert reviews, expert validation, and student responses. The results of the research using the ADDIE development model showed that the feasibility of the web-based learning media according to the material expert was 91.11%, the language expert was 84%, and the media expert was 86%. Student responses to the web-based learning media using Google Sites were rated as very good, with a score of 90.32%, indicating that the learning media is suitable for use and received positive feedback from students.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention is the beginning of the creation of entrepreneurial activities, and in the process of creating entrepreneurial activities, external assistance is needed to support the creation of a business. This assistance can be in the form of entrepreneurial learning. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial learning on the entrepreneurial intention of grade 11 digital business students of SMKN 1 Sooko. This study uses a quantitative method. The location of the study was at SMKN 1 Sooko, with grade 11 digital business students as the research population. Samples were taken from grade 11 students majoring in digital business 1 and 2. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using SPSS version 25. The results showed that entrepreneurial learning influenced the entrepreneurial intention of grade 11 digital business students.

Abstract

The low level of interest among education students in pursuing a teaching career persists, even after gaining field experience through the Kampus Mengajar program. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Kampus Mengajar program and social influence on the interest in becoming a teacher, with internal locus of control as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative in nature and uses path analysis with SPSS version 25 software, involving 135 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Negeri Surabaya who participated in the 7th batch of the Kampus Mengajar program. The results show that both the Kampus Mengajar program and social influence have a positive and significant effect on internal locus of control. Additionally, both variables also directly influence students’ interest in becoming teachers. However, internal locus of control does not have a significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher, nor does it mediate the influence of the Kampus Mengajar program and social influence on that interest. These findings suggest that direct teaching experience and social influence play an important role in fostering interest in the teaching profession, whereas internal self-control alone is not a sufficiently strong mediating factor. This research is expected to contribute to educational policy development, particularly in shaping the character and readiness of prospective educators.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an educational game-based learning medium using Quizizz for the Product Display subject in Grade XI Marketing at SMK Negeri 1 Sooko Mojokerto. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) utilizing the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages: needs analysis, media design, product development, field implementation, and effectiveness evaluation. The study focuses on the development process, product validity, and student responses to the use of the media. Validation of the media was conducted through assessments by two experts—namely, a media expert and an evaluation expert. The results indicated that the media was highly feasible, with a feasibility percentage of 95% from the material expert and 91% from the media expert. Additionally, student response questionnaires showed a 99% approval rating, indicating that the developed media was considered "very engaging." It can thus be concluded that the developed media is both feasible and engaging for use in the learning process of Grade XI Marketing students.
