Abstract

Krisis ekonomi tahun 1997 yang diawali dengan melemahnya nilai tukar rupiah dan krisis moneter menyebabkan resesi yang melanda berbagai sektor. Namun, UMKM terbukti mampu bertahan dan menjadi tulang punggung ekonomi, termasuk sektor kuliner seperti usaha Nasi Goreng Ibu Linda. Usaha ini bermula dari keterbatasan modal, namun berkat komitmen dan inovasi, mampu berkembang signifikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan Ibu Linda selaku pemilik usaha untuk memperoleh informasi langsung terkait strategi pemasaran, pengelolaan keuangan, tantangan, dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam menghadapi krisis. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, faktor utama kesuksesan usaha ini adalah lokasi yang strategis, kualitas produk yang konsisten, serta promosi dari mulut ke mulut. Meskipun belum memanfaatkan platform digital dan belum memiliki sertifikasi halal, usaha ini tetap menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang positif. Tantangan yang dihadapi sejak awal, termasuk dampak krisis moneter, mampu diatasi dengan ketekunan dan strategi sederhana namun efektif. Kisah Nasi Goreng Ibu Linda mencerminkan potensi besar UMKM dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal serta pentingnya dukungan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan bagi pelaku usaha kecil. Dukungan dari pemerintah dan akses permodalan akan sangat membantu mendorong skala usaha ke tahap yang lebih tinggi, serta meningkatkan daya saing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif dan dinamis dalam era globalisasi ekonomi saat ini.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a crucial part of a modern organization, as a company's success depends heavily on the quality and management of its human resources. Therefore, improving employee performance through planned, directed, and sustainable HRM management is crucial for a company to survive and thrive amidst increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of three aspects: communication, incentives, and career development on employee performance at PT Bersama Era Sentosa Tama. The approach used in this study is quantitative, with a survey method using questionnaires administered to all 200 employees. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results show that communication has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, while incentives and career development have a positive and significant effect. The adjusted R Square value of 27.8% indicates that the three independent variables together are able to explain variations in employee performance, while the remainder is influenced by other factors not included in this research model. These findings confirm that improving internal communication, adjusting performance-based incentive systems, and strengthening career development programs are important strategies in improving employee performance sustainably.

Abstract

This study discusses the profitability and leverage ratios using the Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) indicators for measuring profitability and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) for measuring leverage on the stock price of Food & Beverage (F&B) compainies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2020-2023), the stock price used the closing price. The population used F&B compainies listed on the IDX 2020-2023. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The samples used were 8 F&B compainies listed on the DX. The data analysis technique useds multiple linear analysis with the SPSS 21 tool. The results obtained from the t test (partial) show that Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on Stock Price, Return On Equity (ROE) has a siginificant effect on Stock Price, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has no siginificant effect on Stock Price. Through the F test (simultaneous) the results show that Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have an influence on Stock Prices.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah mengubah lanskap operasional sektor perbankan dengan menghadirkan proses yang lebih efisien dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan AI dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional pada lembaga perbankan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai penelitian nasional dan internasional terkait penerapan AI dalam kegiatan operasional perbankan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa teknologi seperti chatbot, machine learning, dan Robotic Process Automation (RPA) mampu meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan, memperkuat fungsi audit internal, dan menurunkan rasio BOPO. AI juga berperan dalam efisiensi biaya serta pengendalian risiko secara real-time. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti tingginya biaya investasi awal, kesiapan SDM, dan keamanan data. Integrasi AI berpotensi besar meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing perbankan Indonesia. Strategi implementasi yang tepat serta dukungan regulasi sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai hasil optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak inovasi teknologi terhadap daya saing usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kota Medan. Tujuan utama penelitian meliputi: (1) memahami peran inovasi teknologi dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar lokal dan internasional, (2) menganalisis jenis inovasi teknologi yang signifikan, dan (3) mengevaluasi pengaruh inovasi terhadap efisiensi operasional, kualitas produk, serta pelayanan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan wawancara dengan lima pemilik UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi teknologi, seperti aplikasi digital (misalnya si KEdan) dan media sosial, berpengaruh positif pada daya saing UMKM, terutama di sektor ekonomi kreatif berbasis budaya. Pemanfaatan metode percetakan dalam produksi busana juga turut berkontribusi. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti masalah legalitas dan standar operasional yang belum memadai perlu diatasi. Dukungan dari pemerintah, termasuk pelatihan dan bantuan teknis, sangat penting untuk memfasilitasi penerapan teknologi digital agar UMKM di Kota Medan dapat berkembang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara UMKM dan pemerintah untuk memperkuat inovasi dan daya saing di era digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong pelaku usaha untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi yang efektif, termasuk melalui penggunaan konten video. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi promosi digital melalui editing video menggunakan aplikasi CapCut pada CV. Affection Group. mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaannya, serta melihat sejauh mana pengaruh hasil editing video terhadap peningkatan efektivitas promosi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Cap Cut sangat membantu proses pembuatan konten video untuk keperluan promosi di Instagram dan TikTok, terutama karena fitur yang lengkap dan mudah digunakan. Data insight dokumentasi menunjukkan bahwa salah satu konten Reels memperoleh 370.000 views dan 3.200 likes, sementara video Tik Tok mencapai 11,6 ribu views dan 1.002 likes, yang menandakan bahwa kualitas video berpengaruh besar terhadap engagement dan jangkauan promosi. Faktor pendukung penerapan strategi ini yaitu fitur editing yang memadai dan tingginya kebutuhan konten visual, sementara hambatannya terletak pada kolaborasi editing dan keterbatasan akses CapCut Pro. Secara keseluruhan, strategi promosi digital berbasis video terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan kepercayaan calon klien terhadap CV. Affection Group.

Abstract

In a rapidly changing global economy, businesses are planning and implementing creative and innovative businesses that satisfy consumers. The increasing demand for printing, photocopying, merchandise, and other products and services has forced companies to adjust prices, processes, and locations to meet customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the independent variables (X) on price, process, and location, and the dependent variable (Y) on customer satisfaction. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the multiple correlation (R) test indicate that each increase in the independent variable will increase the dependent variable. The results of the multiple coefficient of determination test indicate that the independent variables collectively influence the dependent variable, while the remaining variables are influenced by other variables. The partial coefficient test reveals the most dominant independent variable. The quantitative research method tests the theory of variable measurement using numbers and statistical data analysis using SPSS software. The target output is published in the Journal Online System. Based on this, the researcher chose the research title "The Influence of Price, Process, and Location on Customer Satisfaction at CV. Karya Sehati Jaya Printing, Medan.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed traditional marketing patterns into digital-based strategies that are more interactive, efficient, and broad-reaching. For Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Timor Leste, the implementation of digital marketing presents a strategic opportunity to increase competitiveness, particularly in building awareness, driving purchase intention, and strengthening consumer retention. This article aims to examine the role of digital marketing optimization in influencing MSME consumer behavior through a review of current literature, relevant theoretical approaches, and primary data collection from MSMEs in Timor Leste. Through in-depth interviews with 15 MSME owners and a survey of 120 MSMEs across Dili, Baucau, and Maliana, this research highlights both the opportunities and challenges in digital marketing adoption. The study reveals the integration of various digital marketing elements, such as social media, content marketing, and e-commerce platforms, which are considered capable of expanding brand exposure, increasing consumer trust, and creating long-term relationships with customers. The primary data findings indicate that while 88% of MSMEs recognize the importance of digital marketing, only 35% actively implement comprehensive digital strategies due to challenges in digital literacy, infrastructure limitations, and resource constraints. Academically, this study contributes to enriching the digital marketing literature in the context of developing countries. Practically, the results of this study are expected to serve as a strategic reference for MSMEs in Timor Leste in optimizing the use of digital technology to expand markets and improve business sustainability.

Abstract

MSMEs in Timor-Leste play a crucial role in driving national economic growth, yet they still face significant challenges in enhancing their competitiveness in the digital era. This conceptual study aims to outline the role of information technology adoption, government support, and digital training in driving MSME digital transformation. This study employs a literature review approach combined with primary data collection, reviewing various academic sources, policy reports, relevant previous research findings, and conducting field research with local MSMEs. Through descriptive-analytical analysis, the study identifies that technology adoption can accelerate business efficiency and innovation, government support serves as a catalyst through regulations, incentives, and infrastructure, while digital training contributes to increasing human resource capacity. These three factors complement each other and have the potential to strengthen MSME competitiveness both locally and globally. This study emphasizes that digital transformation is not only a requirement but also a crucial strategy for the sustainability of MSMEs in Timor-Leste. Therefore, the results of this study can serve as a basis for policy formulation, business strategies, and further research related to strengthening MSMEs in facing the challenges of digitalization.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, incentives, and work discipline on employe work performance at PT. Nubika Jaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 60 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS version 27 program. The analysis methods used include validity and reliability tests to assess the quality of the research instrument, classical assumption tests as a prerequisite for analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. Additionally, a t-test was conducted to determine the partial influence of the independent variables, an F-test to determine the simultaneous influence, and the coefficient of determination to measure the extent of the independent variables' contribution to the dependent variable. The research results indicate that motivation, incentives, and work discipline, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on employe work performance, as evidenced by a t-statistic value greater than the t-table value and a significance level less than 0.05.
