Abstract

Pegadaian digital service (PDS) merupakan layanan digital pegadaian dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web atau mobile yang dapat memberikan pelayanan produk pegadaian untuk membantu nasabah melaukakan transaksi gadai dan beragam produk pegadaian lainnya melalui gadget. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kualitas layanan aplikasi pegadaian digital service dalam meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang menjelaskan secara deskriptif tentang peran layanan pegadaian digital service (PDS) dalam meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran layanan pegadaian digital service berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh review konsumen dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online di Lazada pada masyarakat millennial Desa Patumbak Kampung Kec. Patumbak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 92 responden dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa review konsumen dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online di Lazada pada masyarakat millennial Desa Patumbak Kampung Kec. Patumbak. Begitu juga dengan hasil yang diperoleh pada variabel kepercayaan konsumen (X2), yang menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online di Lazada pada masyarakat millennial Desa Patumbak Kampung Kec. Patumbak. Sedangkan untuk hasil pengujian secara simultan diperoleh hasil bahwa review konsumen (X1) dan kepercayaan konsumen (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online di Lazada pada masyarakat millennial Desa Patumbak Kampung Kec. Patumbak. Nilai koefisisen determinasi mencapai 0,530 yang berarti bahwa variabel review konsumen dan kepercayaan konsumen mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara online di Lazada pada masyarakat millennial Desa Patumbak Kampung Kec. Patumbak sebesar 53%. Sementara sisanya sebesar 47% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada pelayanan pembuatan SKCK di Polrestabes Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu jumlah masyarakat yang megurus SKCK pada bulan Mei - Oktober 2020 dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga dapat disimpulkan menjadi 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 22.0 for windows. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisi Regresi Linear Sederhana, dengan Y = 2,845 + 0.098X, artinya Kualitas Pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality (X1) and facilities (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at gas stations 14-202141 Southeast Medan. With a total sample of 96 respondents. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnaire/questionnaire. The analysis used is statistical data analysis using SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Sciences) 24.0 program for windows, namely classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that service quality and product quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction from the results of multiple linear regression Y = 4.003 + 0.328X1 + 0.262X2. To see whether the hypothesis is accepted in this study, it can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing which shows that service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at SPBU 14-202141 Southeast Medan, it can be seen from the t-count value (6.010) > t-table (1.66123) and sig (0.000) <0.05 in other words H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Likewise with the results of research from the facility variable, which says that the facility partially has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at SPBU 14-202141 Southeast Medan, it can be seen from the t-count value (2.850) > t-table (1, 66123) and sig (0.005) <0.05 in other words H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Meanwhile, the quality of service and facilities simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at SPBU 14-202141 Southeast Medan, it can be seen from the calculated F value (64.639) > F table (2.70), with a sig level (0.000 ) < 0.05 (5%), in other words H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. While the level of determination coefficient reaches 0.628, which means that the independent variable in this study has an influence of 62.8% on the dependent variable, while the remaining 37.2 % is influenced by other factors that are not examined

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Word of Mount and Product Quality on purchasing decisions on Kesu Garu Cheese II Medan. The population in this study were consumers at Kesu Garu II Cheese Medan on average as many as 38 customers per day, so that there were 266 consumers at Kesu Garu II Medan Cheese Outlet for one week. The number of samples to be taken in this study is 73 samples. The method used by the researcher is a descriptive method through a quantitative approach. The data collection used is by using a questionnaire given to respondents. The data is processed using SPSS 20.0 for windows.. The partial test results show that the tcount value of the Word Of Mouth variable (X1) is (4.097) greater than the ttable value (1.994). So in this case partially that the Word Of Mouth variable affects the Purchase Decision on Kesu Garu Cheese II Medan. The partial test results show that the tcount value of the Product Quality variable (X2) is (3.051) greater than the ttable value (1.994). So in this case partially that the Product Quality variable has an effect on the Purchase Decision on Kesu Garu II Cheese Medan. The results of the F-test that the independent variables (X1 and X2) in the form of Word Of Mouth and Product Quality simultaneously affect the dependent variable (Y) Purchase Decision on Kesu Garu Cheese II Medan and the effect is positive with a significant level (α) of 5%. With the results of the acquisition of Fcount> Ftable which is 67.574> 3.13 and by looking at the probability (sig) which is smaller than the significant level (0.000 <0.05), it can be concluded that the equation model is accepted and has a significant effect. The coefficient of determination is 0.649 ( 64.9%). So it can be said that 64.9% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely the Purchase Decision of Kesu Garu II Medan Cheese in the model can explain the Purchasing Decision variable of Medan's Kesu Garu II Cheese, while the remaining 35.1% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work environment and workload on turnover intention with job satisfaction as moderation. The object of research was conducted at PT Sumber Sawit Makmur Unit Bandar Pulau, Bandar Pulau District, Asahan Regency. This research is included in the category of causal research using a quantitative approach. Sampling using the Slovin Formula which amounted to 53 field employees from a population of 113 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and documentation studies. This research analyzes using the help of Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.0 which is applied with computer media to test the strength of the relationship between turnover intention and its independent variables, namely work environment and workload and job satisfaction as moderating variables. The results of this study prove that the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention.Workload has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention.Job satisfaction variables are not able to moderate the influence of work environment and workload on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, compensation, on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by teacher loyalty in the Amal Usaha Majelis Dikdasmen Muhammadiyah Pematangsiantar. The data used in this study were obtained directly from respondents totaling 54 permanent teachers of Perguruan Muhammadiyah Pematangsiantar which were processed with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results showed that organizational commitment, teacher loyalty, individually had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. While compensation with a negative direction has an insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment variables, compensation, individually have a significant effect on teacher loyalty. Teacher loyalty significantly mediates the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. Loyalty significantly mediates the effect of compensation on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of self-control and job stress on cyberloafing behavior moderated by organizational commitment at PT Asuransi Jasindo Medan Branch Office. The sample of this study amounted to 40 employees, which will be analyzed using SEM-PLS statistical analysis. This study proves that self-control negatively and significantly affects cyberloafing behavior. Job stress positively and significantly affects cyberloafing behavior. Organizational commitment does not moderate the effect of self control on cyberloafing behavior. Organizational commitment does not moderate the effect of job stress on cyberloafing behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of work environment and job embeddedness on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediator. All employees of PT Medan Jaya Pangan Mutu are the research subjects. The saturated sample method was used to select a sample of 36 individuals. PLS (Partial Least Square) software was used to process the data in this study. The results of this study indicate that work environment, job embeddedness, and job satisfaction directly affect turnover intention; job satisfaction indirectly affects work environment and job embeddedness on turnover intention at PT Medan Jaya Pangan Mutu.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of workload and remuneration on plaintiff performance moderated by extrinsic motivation at Sanobar Gunajaya Company. The sample in this study was a saturated sample in which the entire population was surveyed, but supervisors were not included in the sample. Although this research sample consists of 74 plaintiffs, this type of research is quantitative and uses SEM-PLS statistical analysis. This study used the SmartPLS 4 software program for data processing. The data were analyzed using a quantitative approach with statistical analysis, namely the Partial Least Squares Structural Equality Model (PLS-SEM). The results of this study prove that workload has a positive and significant influence on plaintiff performance. Compensation has a small positive impact on claimant performance. Extrinsic motivation does not reduce the impact of workload on plaintiff performance. Extrinsic motivation does not moderate the impact of rewards on claimant performance.
