The purpose of this research is to examine the role of communication and teamwork on employee work loyalty at PT. Boo Young Indonesia. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, the population in this study was 150 people. Sampling used the Slovin formula with an unsaturated technique with a sample size of 60 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and is distributed directly to PT employees. Boo Young Indonesia. Data analysis using smartPLS 3.0. The results of the research show that communication has an effect on employee loyalty because the t-statistic value is 11,957 > t-table 1.96 and the p-value significance value is 0.000 > 0.05, so communication can be used as a measure of whether an employee has high or low work loyalty. Teamwork has a positive effect on employee loyalty because the t-statistic value is 44,577 > t-table 1.96 and the p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, the better the teamwork, the more it will influence employee loyalty, and vice versa. Communication and teamwork simultaneously have a positive effect on employee loyalty because the variability of the communication construct (X1) and teamwork (X2) is 94.0%, which means they simultaneously have a strong effect due to values above 0.75, so that if communication and teamwork are improved simultaneously the same, then this will affect the loyalty of an employee.

The population in this study were all fish traders totaling 30 people while the sample taken was 30 respondents. The testing method used SPSS 26 management. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity, reliability, classical assumptions in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear analysis, determination coefficients and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed significant partial hypothesis test results. This means that capital has a significant effect on the income of fish traders, this is known from the sig. value of the capital variable (X1) on the income of traders (Y) of 0.336 <0.05 and the T count value of 2.209> T table value of 2.042. The labor force has a significant effect on traders' income, as can be seen from the sig value of the labor variable (X2) on traders' income (Y) of 0.048 < 0.05 and the calculated T value is 2.078 > calculated T value 2.078 > table T value 2.042. Working hours have a significant effect on fish traders' income from the sig. value of the working hours variable (X3) on income (Y) of 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated T value of 4.960> T table value of 2.042. The simultaneous influence between capital (X1), labor (X2) and working hours (X3) has a significant effect on fish traders' income (Y) F count 17.801> F table value 3.32.

This study aims to analyze the impact of zakat digitalization on public trust and zakat fund collection, as well as the role of public trust as an intervening variable in this relationship. Conducted at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat (WIZ) Bone, a zakat institution that has implemented a digital system, this research employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with data from 100 purposively selected muzakki, collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The findings indicate that zakat digitalization positively and significantly influences public trust but does not directly affect zakat fund collection. However, public trust has a positive and significant impact on zakat fund collection and serves as an intervening variable, highlighting its key role in enhancing the effectiveness of zakat digitalization. Therefore, zakat institutions should improve transparency, accountability, and security in digital systems while increasing outreach and education to encourage more muzakki to utilize digital zakat services.

Intelligence in dealing with life is obtained through education, parenting, and experience. Students need to understandfinancial manajement which is influenced byfinancial literacy "FL ", financial knowledge "FK ", self-control "KD" (locus of control), and (financial behavior "FB ''). This study examines the relationship of thesefactors in student financial manajement, especially at Esa Unggul University. Further research is needed to understand their impact in order to increase financial awareness among students. This study uses a quantitative approach with the variables FL, FK, and KD as independent, and FB as dependent. Data was collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM (partial least squares structural equation modeling). Validityand reliability tests were conducted with a pre-test to ensure the research model was valid and reliable. From the total 167 respondents, 20 leaving, others 147students participating to .fill quesioer. Model evaluation shows that all constructs meet validity and reliability.KD has the greatest influence on FB with a value of 0.4 74, followed by FK with 0. 24 7, while FL is not significant with a value of 0. 056. Hypothesis testing shows that only FK and KD have a significant effect on FB, while FL does not make a significant contribution. The practical implication is that focusing on financial knowledge and self-control improves students' financial behavior. Further research needs to explorefactors and methodologies.

Marketing activities carried out by the company must be able to provide satisfaction to consumers, thus it can be said that marketing plays an important role in supporting the company's activities in increasing sales volume. Nowadays, increasingly tight competition conditions seem to close the opportunity for companies to make decisions to determine strategies to increase their selling prices, because if the selling price is increased, it does not close the opportunity for customers to move to other sellers (competitors). Meanwhile, to reduce the cost of production is also impossible if the company has carried out the production process effectively and efficiently in accordance with the established concept. So the only alternative that is still and always possible is to explore and explore the right strategy in the marketing concept. In marketing, promotional media as an alternative are considered as a savior if every company wants to increase sales turnover, because other aspects are considered to have been managed with tolerance limits that are beyond the limits of assumptions, especially if the company must be operated in Indonesia. Good promotion is a promotion that must be able to create a good and positive image in the eyes of prospective buyers (consumers), because with the image that can be formed it will have a positive impact on consumers to find out more deeply to what extent the values are highlighted in the products offered.
