This study aims to assess the quality of services in e-commerce, focusing on online shopping platforms, particularly Shopee. High-quality service is expected to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, which in turn plays a vital role in the success of businesses in the e-commerce sector. With rising competition among online shopping platforms, superior service quality becomes a key factor in attracting and retaining customers. This research utilizes the E-SERVQUAL method to evaluate various dimensions of service quality, such as efficiency, fulfillment, and responsiveness, to pinpoint areas in need of improvement. The study's findings reveal a considerable gap between customer expectations and the actual services perceived on Shopee's platform. The dimensions of service efficiency and responsiveness were identified as the weakest, where customers noted that the transaction process was often slow, and complaints were not promptly addressed. These results highlight the need for service quality enhancements to meet customer expectations and foster greater user satisfaction and loyalty. This research is anticipated to offer valuable insights for Shopee's management in devising more targeted strategies to improve service quality. Overall, the study contributes significantly to the development of service policies in the e-commerce industry, particularly for platforms looking to strengthen their competitive edge in an increasingly competitive market.

One technology that helps in the advancement of public transportation services is the internet. In Indonesia there are already applications that offer public transportation services that dominate in terms of transportation services such as Grab, Gojek and Uber. Some of these applications offer different services ranging from motorcycle taxis, car taxis, car rental, motorcycle rental, shopping to massage services. One of the online motorcycle taxi service applications in Indonesia that is currently being used is Grab Bike. Grab Bike is a motorcycle taxi transportation company that aims to connect Grab Bike drivers with customers. Grab Bike as a transportation service company is an important company at this time, so Grab Bike is slowly developing its market share in Indonesia. The increase in Grab Bike customer satisfaction every year is thought to be due to several factors, including price and service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and service quality on Grab customer satisfaction in Medan city. This research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research types which include validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing (t test, f test, and R2 determination coefficient analysis test). The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 data processing program with 96 respondents. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The results showed that price and service quality partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the Multiple linear regression test show that the Price variable is a variable that has a greater and dominant influence on the customer satisfaction variable as evidenced by the value of 35.1% compared to the service quality variable which obtained a beta value of 26.3%. The research results from the coefficient of determination test (adjusted R Square) show that the price and service quality variables are able to explain 59.5% of the influence that occurs on the customer satisfaction variable while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

In economic life, until now economic growth is a very important thing for a country. Not only Indonesia, but countries all over the world. In determining a development achievement in countries, it can be seen from the economic growth figures of each country. The quality of good or bad government policies can be seen and measured from the speed of national output growth. Indonesia is listed as one of the developing countries that requires a lot of capital to increase economic development, the Indonesian state is by growing the investment sector using capital market instruments. The formulation of the research problem is whether there is an influence between sukuk, sharia shares, sharia mutual funds on national economic growth. This research is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, and for data processing using the IBM SPSS version 23 program. The results of this research are 1. Sukuk (X1) have a positive and significant effect on national economic growth. 2. Sharia shares (X2) have a positive and significant effect on national economic growth. 3. Sharia mutual funds (X3) have a positive and significant effect on national economic growth. And together (simultaneously) the variables sukuk, sharia shares and sharia mutual funds have a positive and significant effect on national economic growth.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, workload and human resource development on job satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan as many as 389 employees. Based on the slovin calculation, the number of samples in this study were 80 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study prove that compensation, workload and human resource development partially or simultaneously affect job satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan

The internationalisation of MSMEs in emerging markets faces complex challenges, yet understanding of the critical factors that influence their international performance is limited. This study aims to analyse the role of strategic planning and innovation as critical success factors in the international performance of MSMEs in emerging markets. Using a quantitative approach, a survey was conducted on 600 creative industry MSMEs in Indonesia, with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (AMOS). Results show that strategic planning and innovation have a significant positive influence on the international performance of MSMEs, with innovation acting as a key mediator. Management capability, market orientation and international business networks are identified as additional critical success factors. Market dynamics moderate the relationship between innovation and international performance, while the effectiveness of strategic planning varies by MSME size. The findings contribute to the development of an integrated model of MSME internationalisation and highlight the importance of a holistic approach in supporting MSME global expansion. Implications include recommendations for the development of integrated training programmes and policies that encourage innovation and facilitate access to international networks for MSMEs.

The development of digital technology and social media has changed the way beauty products are marketed, especially through influencer marketing which is increasingly popular among Generation Z. This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing on the purchase decision of beauty products among Generation Z through a comprehensive literature study. The method used is literature review by analyzing related research journals published in the period 2019-2024. The results showed that influencer marketing has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, Generation Z uses social media as the main source of beauty product information. Buying decisions seen from influencer credibility, short video content format, authenticity, and interaction with followers are key factors in Generation Z's complex decision-making process, involving research from various sources before making a purchase decision. Sustainability and ethical beauty factors also support important considerations Generation Z prefers products promoted by influencers who care about sustainability issues.

One definition of food service management is an integrated system of interconnected activities. Determining the description of Hospital X's food management services is the goal of this study. A qualitative approach is the research design that was employed. The study was conducted at Hospital X. The interview method was employed by the data provider. Purposive sampling was the method of sampling that was employed. The study of hospital food management serves as the univariate variable in this investigation. Triangulation techniques and a qualitative approach are used to explain the research's findings. According to the study's findings, the majority of Hospital X's food services meet standards. In this situation, give the food's color, taste, and portion greater consideration when distributing it.

Job analysis is a process of finding out information on each job or position that is needed to achieve company goals. Job analysis itself is carried out to identify the functions of a job through procedures that are required as requirements for a worker to do their job. Literature review is a description of theories, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to be used as a basis for research activities to develop a clear framework for formulating the problem you want to research. Job analysis at an automotive company like Honda involves an in-depth process of understanding the various roles that exist within the organization, from factories to management positions at headquarters. Honda, as one of the largest global automotive manufacturers, requires a workforce with a variety of technical and non-technical skills to support its production operations, research and development, as well as sales and service. Job analysis at Honda allows the company to determine the requirements and qualifications for each role, ultimately supporting successful, efficient business operations.

Business ethics in an academic environment, especially in universities such as Diponegoro University, plays a crucial role in shaping campus culture. However, the rampant cases of extortion and bullying among Undip PPDS students have disturbed the ethical values that should be upheld. Such actions are not only psychologically harmful, but also damage academic integrity and professionalism. This study aims to understand and analyze the root causes of ethical violations in the context of medical education, as well as their impact on individuals, the academic community, and institutional reputation. Thus, it is expected to contribute to efforts to prevent and handle similar cases in the future.

This community service program aims to support the development of Komodo Mountain View Homestay, a newly established business in Labuan Bajo, NTT, through digital marketing strategies. The program addresses key issues such as limited visibility and facilities. The implementation method involves planning, execution, and evaluation stages, focusing on digital marketing initiatives. Activities include creating a logo for brand identity, managing social media accounts on Instagram, registering the location on Google Maps, and producing attractive visual content. Results indicate that these strategies successfully enhanced the homestay's visibility, attracted tourist attention, and supported local economic growth. With continuous efforts, the homestay is expected to compete effectively in broader markets.
