Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social support on career decisions among Pamulang University students. The social support in question includes support from family, friends and the academic environment. The method used in this research is a quantitative survey involving 200 student respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using linear regression techniques. The research results show that social support has a significant positive influence on students' career decisions. These results imply that the higher the social support students receive, the better the career decisions they make. This research provides recommendations for educational institutions to strengthen social support networks in helping students plan and make the right career decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing strategies on the product performance of Gaga Mie 100 at PT Jakarana Tama. The method used is a literature review, which involves reviewing various relevant secondary sources, such as scientific journals, articles, and research reports. The focus of the research includes elements of marketing strategy, namely product, price, promotion, and distribution. The results show that product innovation and digital promotion play a significant role in increasing brand awareness and consumer purchasing interest. Competitive prices attract the attention of lower-middle consumer segments, while extensive distribution ensures the availability of products in the market. However, some challenges still need to be addressed, such as improving the effectiveness of distribution in rural areas and continuing to present product innovations in line with market trends. The conclusion of this study confirms that a holistic and adaptive marketing strategy is key to the success of Gaga Mie 100 in a competitive market. PT Jakarana Tama is advised to strengthen digital promotions, expand distribution networks, and conduct ongoing evaluations of marketing strategies to maintain product competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product design and positioning on purchasing decisions at the Peraduan Tegal coffee shop. With the increasing competition in the coffee industry, it is important for business actors to understand the factors that influence consumer decisions. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires distributed to customers. The results of the study indicate that product design has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a t-test value showing positive results. In addition, positioning has also been shown to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. This study concludes that the combination of attractive product design and the right positioning strategy can increase consumer purchasing decisions at the Peraduan Tegal Coffee Shop.

Abstract

This research is designed to assess how brand perception influences consumers' willingness to buy Somethinc items. The study employs a quantitative approach by conducting a survey among individuals who have prior knowledge of Somethinc products. A total of 105 participants were selected for the research sample through purposive sampling, which is a non-probability sampling technique. The information gathered was examined using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this analysis reveal that the brand image significantly affects consumer interest in Somethinc products, and the overall perception of the brand contributes to the intention to purchase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Generation Z perceptions on career choices among students of the Management Study Program at Pamulang University. With the background that Generation Z has unique characteristics in choosing a career, this study explores how their perceptions of various factors—such as company values, career development, and life balance—influence their career decisions. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to active students in the study program. Data analysis was carried out using linear regression to identify the relationship between perception variables and career choices. The results of the study indicate that positive perceptions of career development and company values ​​contribute significantly to determining students' career choices. These findings indicate the importance of understanding Generation Z's perspectives in the context of the ever-changing dynamics of the world of work, as well as implications for educational institutions and companies in designing relevant programs to attract and retain young talent.

Abstract

In this study, attention is focused on exploring the relationship between the competitiveness of MSMEs in Pandeglang Regency and digital leadership and human resources. The quantitative method is used to collect survey data and distribute it to MSME actors who meet certain requirements. Pearson correlation test is used to assess the relationship between variables in data analysis. This study proves that there is a strong relationship between digital leadership and the competitiveness of MSMEs based on a correlation value of 0.606. Furthermore, a correlation value of 0.748 indicates a significant relationship between human resources and the competitiveness of MSMEs. The simultaneous relationship between digital leadership and human resources and the competitiveness of MSMEs shows a correlation value of 0.751 which indicates a significant contribution.

Abstract

This type of research uses cross-sectional research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 50 respondents. The aim of this research is 1) To test and analyze whether community participation has a significant influence on improving the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal, Sampang Regency. 2) To test and analyze whether community participation has a significant influence on the professionalism of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal, Sampang Regency. 3) To test and analyze whether teacher professionalism has a significant influence on the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal, Sampang Regency. 4) To test and analyze whether community participation has a significant indirect influence on the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal Sampang Regency through teacher professionalism. The research results show that: 1) Community participation has a significant positive effect on the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.252. 2) Community participation has a significant positive effect on the professionalism of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.619.3) Teacher professionalism has a significant positive effect on the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.603. 4) Indirectly, community participation has a significant effect on the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Robatal, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by teacher professionalism, so that the seventh hypothesis is accepted with an original sample value of 0.373.

Abstract

The aim of this research is 1) To examine and analyze the significant influence of school culture on the work performance of teachers at SDN Tamberu Laok 1 Sokobanah, Sampang Regency. 2) To test and analyze the significant influence of school culture on the work spirit of teachers at SDN Tamberu Laok 1 Sokobanah, Sampang Regency. 3) To test and analyze the significant influence of work enthusiasm on the work performance of teachers at SDN Tamberu Laok 1 Sokobanah, Sampang Regency 4) To test and analyze the significant indirect influence of school culture on the work performance of teachers at SDN Tamberu Laok 1 Sokobanah, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by work enthusiasm. The research results show that: 1) School culture has a positive and insignificant effect on the work performance of teachers at SDN Tamberu Laok 1 Sokobanah, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.192. 2) School culture has a significant positive effect on work morale at SDN Tamberu Laok 1 Sokobanah, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.623.3) Work enthusiasm has a significant positive effect on the work performance of teachers at SDN Tamberu Laok 1 Sokobanah, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.682. 4) Indirectly, school culture has a significant effect on the work performance of teachers at SDN Tamberu Laok 1 Sokobanah, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by work enthusiasm with an original sample value of 0.425.

Abstract

The type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS and PLS analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze the direct influence of principal leadership on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency; 2) To test and analyze the direct influence of principal leadership on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency; 3) To test and analyze the direct influence of teacher performance on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency; 4) To test and analyze the indirect influence of principal leadership on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency mediated by teacher performance. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Principal leadership has a significant effect on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.212; 2) Principal leadership has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.411; 3) Teacher performance has a significant effect on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.528; 4) Principal leadership has a significant effect on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency mediated by teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.217 and a p-value of 0.030.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly changed many aspects of life, including the way Generation Z consumes and transacts. With the number of Generation Z members living in Sidoarjo Regency as many as 748,390 people, according to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2020, they are a fairly large demographic for e-commerce trends. This generation is known as an active user of digital technology, especially e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. Shopee as the platform with the most visitors in Indonesia in 2023 recorded 2.35 billion visits, making it an interesting subject to study. This study aims to examine how the quality of electronic services and ease of use influence Shopee user decisions, with trust as a mediating variable. Data were obtained from literature observations and analysis of current e-commerce trends. Previous research findings show mixed results regarding the relationship between these factors, creating opportunities for further exploration. Through a quantitative approach, this study is expected to provide in-depth insight into the consumption behavior of Generation Z in the digital era. The results are not only useful for e-commerce platforms in developing marketing strategies, but can also be an important reference in developing literature related to e-commerce and consumer behavior.
