Abstract

Abstrak Dalam dunia investasi baik dalam bisnis apapun pasti terdapat risiko, salah satunya yaitu risiko spekulatif,orang yang berinvestasi akan mendapat 2 kemungkinan, kemungkian pertama yaitu investasinya untung dan yang kedua yaitu rugi. Risiko investasi dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salahsatunya yaitu  pertistiwa politik seperti pemilu, meskipun pemilu tidak langsung menorobos BEI tetapi ini akan menjadi suatu pertimbangan bagi para investor dalam berinvestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah peristiwa politik pemilu dapat mempengaruhi pasar modal indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian event study yang menguji ada atau tidaknya suatu reaksi pasar akibat adanya suatu peristiwa, serta data sekunder dari berbagai referensi. Data yang di ambil berasal dari perusahaan yang tergabung dalam saham  indexs LQ45 pada periode pemilu 2009,2014 dan 2019 yang telah di olah oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Dari hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis data,terdapat dampak pilpres pada 3 pemilu masa capres terhadap volatilitas IHSG dan perbedaan abnormal return, baik sebelum maupun sesudah pemilu tahun 2009, 2014, dan 2019 tetapi tidak terlihat secara signifikan. Abstract In the world of investment, whether in any business, there must be risks, one of which is speculative risk, people who invest will get 2 possibilities, the first possibility is that the investment is profitable and the second is loss. Investment risk can be caused by several factors, one of which is political events such as elections, although elections do not directly breach the IDX but this will be a consideration for investors in investing. This study aims to determine whether election political events can affect the Indonesian capital market. In this study, the author uses a descriptive method and is an event study that examines the presence or absence of a market reaction due to an event, as well as secondary data from various references. The data taken comes from companies that are members of the LQ45 index stock in the 2009 2014 and 2019 election periods which have been processed by previous researchers. From the results of research based on data analysis, there is an impact of the presidential election in the 3 presidential elections on the volatility of the JCI and differences in abnormal returns, both before and after the 2009 2014 and 2019 elections, but it is not seen significantly.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the correlation between the independent variables namely internalization (X1) and the design of actualization (X2), with the dependent variable (Y) which is the achievement of civil servants values, namely: Accountability, Nationalism, Public Etiquette, Commitment of quality, and Anti-Corruption (ANEKA), located in respondent’s training workplace. This study is based on quantitative data, which is obtained through questionnaires and documentation study, as the data collection techniques; involving 118 participants from Pra-jabatan training mentors, in class, 3, 4, and 13 in 2019; participant of the training as many as 118 participants from various institutions in Kemendikbud -as the subject and the respondents to the study. The results showed that the actualization of understanding and level of achievement does not have a significant correlation, while the correlation between design actualization, and the level of achievement actualization has high significance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel bebas yaitu internalisasi (X1) dan desain aktualisasi (X2), dengan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu pencapaian nilai-nilai PNS yaitu: Akuntabilitas, Nasionalisme, Etika Publik, Komitmen Mutu, dan Anti Korupsi (ANEKA), bertempat di tempat pelatihan responden. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada data kuantitatif, yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi, sebagai teknik pengumpulan data; melibatkan 118 peserta dari Pra-jabatan pembimbing pelatihan, di kelas, 3, 4, dan 13 tahun 2019; peserta pelatihan sebanyak 118 peserta dari berbagai instansi di Kemendikbud -sebagai subyek dan responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktualisasi pemahaman dan tingkat pencapaian tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, sedangkan hubungan antara aktualisasi desain dengan tingkat aktualisasi pencapaian memiliki signifikansi yang tinggi.

Abstract

The focus of the research is to determine the effect of competence on the performance of hospital employees in the city of Bandung. The research methods used in the study are descriptive surveys and explanatory surveys. The type of investigation is causality, as well as time horizon, research is cross-sectional. The analytical techniques used consist of two types, namely, (1) descriptive analysis, especially for qualitative variables, and (2) quantitative analysis. Hypothesis testing using statistical tests. Quantitative analysis is emphasized to reveal the behavior of research variables, while descriptive qualitative analysis is used to explore the behavior of causative factors. The performance of nurses in Bandung City hospitals is considered good. Competence simultaneously affects the Performance of Nurses at Bandung City Hospital. But partially the dominant competence affects the performance of the Nurse, because competence more predominantly affects the performance, being the priority in improving the performance of the Nurse. They were enhancing the competence of nurses at Bandung City Hospital by including training and education, so that they are able to work more professionally.

Abstract

State-Owned Enterprises are companies whose capital and ownership are owned by the State aimed at fulfilling the welfare of the community in various business fields, BUMN operations are supervised, controlled, and controlled by the State to serve the public interest and public services, so that they can be used as sources of state income with the risk of business activities. borne by the government, as for the products needed by the community, currently SOEs are made into clusters including tourism and support services, telecommunications and media clusters, energy, oil and gas clusters, health clusters, manufacturing clusters, mineral and coal clusters, food clusters and fertilizers, and plantation and forestry clusters. Pos Indonesia is a limited liability company in the service of dividing into six regions or regional divisions with divisions covering all provinces divided into 6 regions. PT Pos Indonesia itself is headquartered on Jl. Banda No. 20 Bandung City, West Java, with a total of 23,825 employees in 2019, at PT. Pos Indonesia there are several PT Pos Indonesia unions including the Indonesian Postal Workers Cooperative (KOPPIN). KOPPIN has a business in the field of financial institutions in the form of employee/worker cooperatives. In order to transform digital services, KOPPIN implements a savings and loan cooperative management information system. For this reason, the analysis starts from Information Technology infrastructure, analysis of the Savings and Loans Management Information System and analysis of the Cooperative Accounting Information System, so that the application application is in accordance with the needs. Abstract

Regional financial capacity is used as a baseline in the calculation of the amount of allowances for DPRD officers and members, especially in Subang Regency. Determination of the amount of regional financial capacity is influenced by the amount of regional general revenue and expenditure for state civil servants. In addition to receiving welfare benefits, the leadership and members of the Subang Regency DPRD based on PP No. 18 of 2017 also received housing and transportation allowances that did not exceed the allowances for the leadership and members of the West Java Provincial DPRD. The results of this study are used to identify the general picture, problems in implementing existing policies, and knowing the amount of housing and transportation allowances for the Leaders and Members of the Subang Regency DPRD.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Distributive Justice, Organizational Culture and Affective Commitment either partially or simultaneously on the Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT Kyokuyo Industrial Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative research. Sampling using the Non-Probability Sampling method with saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test and f test, coefficient of determination test using SPSS 16 program. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% showed that: 1) distributive justice had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by the t count of 3.588 with a significance of 0.001. 2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by the t count of 2.430 with a significance of 0.017. 3) affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by the t count of 2,940 with a significance of 0.006. 4) distributive justice, organizational culture and affective commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by the f count of 5.696 with a significance of 0.001. The coefficient of determination value is 0.636, which means that distributive justice, organizational culture and affective commitment affect job satisfaction 63.6% and the remaining 30.4% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

The performance index of active employees who worked at GH Universal Hotel Bandung from 2016 to 2019 showed a decline, one of the factors suspected to be the cause of the decline in employee performance, namely Achievement Motivation because the achievement of absentee targets did not increase. or considered static for 4 years from 2015. 2016 to 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of achievement motivation on employee performance at GH Universal Hotel Bandung. The object of research is permanent and contract employees who work at GH Universal Hotel Bandung in 2020, from a population of 138 employees 103 samples were taken, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents with the method used in this study is a quantitative method and the type of descriptive verification method using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between achievement motivation and employee performance at GH Universal Hotel Bandung.

Abstract

In the midst of unstable economic conditions in various countries around the world, it requires every country to innovate and improvise in maintaining all aspects in order to survive. For this problem, one form of innovation carried out by the Indonesian government, especially in stock trading, is by merging syariah state-owned banks. The merger process of the three Islamic banks (BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, and Mandiri Syariah) into an Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) with the BRIS code on the Indonesia Stock Exchange was carried out to expand BSI's market share. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the development profitability of BSM, BBRI, and BNIS before and after the merger into BSI. To support the research, the authors used a qualitative descriptive method with data obtained through secondary data from annual financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that there was a development in profitability in each period at Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS) and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS), while at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) the analysis ROA and ROE values decreased from before and after the merger into Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).

Abstract

Tanaman singkong mempunyai kandungan mineral kalsium, fosfor, mangan, zat besi, dan kalium, Indonesia sebagai penghasil singkong terbesar keempat di dunia, dan di Jawa Barat adalah Kabupaten Garut merupakan penghasil terbesar, dengan luas panen harvest area budidaya tanaman singkong adalah 25.635 Hektar dan mempunyai kapasitas produksi 629.404 ton/ tahun, sebanyak 12,759 kelompok tani budidaya di Kabupaten Garut mendapat Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dari Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Sampai akhir tahun 2022 BRI telah menyalurkan KUR sebesar Rp 252,38 triliun, dengan menggunakan strategi binis proses digital maka ada nasabah menggunakan aplikasi BRIMO dan marketplace, Tokopedia. Salah satu hasil makanan turunan berbahan baku singkong yang saat ini sedang banyak diburu oleh anak muda adalah kripik kaca, ada beberapa rasa dan varian kripik kaca yang laris manis dijual di media online ataupun pasar dan toko oleh-oleh di Indonesia. Untuk lebih meningkatkan pelayanan dan pemasaran kripik kaca maka kelompok tani juga memproduksi kripik kaca dan dipasarkan melalui online agar pembukuan secara otomatis digital agar memudahkan pelanggan, bank pemberi kredit dan bagian produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi analisis diskriptif yang menggambarkan proses pengumpulan data langsung kelapangan dan Forum Grup Diskusi data primer dan skunder diolah dan disajikan agar penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh semua pengrajin kripik singkong dalam memasarkan produk menggunakan marketplace tokopedia dalam digitalisasi arsip penjualan, produksi, dan keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education and training (training) on ​​the work motivation of National Eye Center Employees at Cicendo Eye Hospital. This study used a quantitative descriptive method, and used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The measuring instrument or tool used is a training questionnaire which also serves as an interview guide, and a work motivation scale. The population of this study were health workers at Cicendo Eye Hospital with a sample of 36 (thirty six) people. From the results of processing, observation and interviews, it was found that there is a strong and significant relationship between education and training (training) and employee motivation. One of the factors related to individual employee performance and productivity is work motivation, so it is very important to continuously increase employee motivation through increased education and training activities.
