Abstract

Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) itself is a credit or financing service provided by the government through banking to the UMKMK where the business has feasibility, potential, good business prospects, and has the ability to repay loans but is constrained in terms of capital. Some people's businesses that are expected to use KUR itself are covering all forms of business, especially businesses engaged in productive business sectors such as agriculture, fisheries and maritime affairs, industry, forestry, and savings and loan financial services. The method used is a descriptive analysis method that aims to make a description, description, or painting systematically, factually and accurately about the facts in the field. In addition, the research was carried out through a system of direct interviews with interested parties in this case the related companies. Furthermore, the process carried out by using Library Research in this study, researchers searched for library materials both through literature studies and through research journals that have variables that have similarities in this study. The discussion in this final project covers Procedures for Provision of People's Business Credit Financing, the requirements for applying for KUR credit are in accordance with what has been determined by the Government and analysis of the assessment of prospective KUR financing debtors using 6 C + 1S (character, capacity (capability), capital, condition of economy, collateral, constrains) and Syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Informal Communication and Work Effectiveness of Employees in the Career Development Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. The problems studied in this study relate to the existence of low employee performance and effectiveness in the Career Development Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. The research method used is descriptive analytical method. The data analysis technique used is correlation test using Rank Spearman correlation and hypothesis testing using t-student test. The results of the study, the employee's perception of the Informal Communication Program is "medium". Meanwhile, for shows the employee's perception of the employee's work effectiveness is "high". Informal Communication with Employee Work Effectiveness in the Career Development Section of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province, in general, is good. However, the organization must further enhance cooperation so that the working relationship can be established properlySo the hypothesis "There is a Positive Relationship between Informal Communication with Employee Work Effectiveness", can be accepted. Abstract

ABSTRAKMasalah yang menjadi kajian dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai kepuasan kerja karyawan. Inti kajiannya difokuskan pada faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Salah satu faktor tersebut adalah stres kerja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pokok masalah yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket skala lima kategori Likert, terhadap 54 orang pegawai di Badan Perlindungan Instalasi Listrik Nasional Wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh hasil hipotesis alternatif yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh stres kerja (X) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) di salah satu Badan Perlindungan Instalasi Listrik Nasional Wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat.Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja pada dasarnya merupakan sikap atas pekerjaan termasuk karakteristik dan desain pekerjaan. Karakteristik pekerjaan mengacu pada isi dan kondisi dari tugas-tugas pekerjaan yang harus dilaksanakan. Kesesuaian antara minat dan kemampuan dengan desain pekerjaan dapat menjadi salah satu sumber kepuasan kerja. Kesesuaian antara kewenangan dan tanggung jawab yang harus dilaksanakan akan menjadi pemicu semangat dalam melaksanakan tugas. Sebaliknya, desain kerja yang diluar batas kemampuan pegawai akan memberikan tekanan atau menimbulkan stress kerja yang berlebihan dan menjadi sumber ketidakpuasan pegawai dalam bekerja. Dalam hal inilah, desain kerja memiliki keterkaitan dengan kepuasan kerja. Dilandasi oleh pemikiran di atas, diperlukan penelitian untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini memiliki nilai penting karena kepuasan kerja dapat melandasi aktivitas guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dengan baik. Hasil analisis terhadap faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut menjadi program peningkatan kepuasan kerja yang nantinya akan memberikan manfaat terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas Mengenai hubungan antara desain kerja dan supervisi secara bersama-sama dengan kepuasan kerja guru SMK Swasta kelompok Bisnis Manajemen Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis Batas Maksimum Pemberian Kredit (BMPK) Atas Perubahan Struktur Modal Terhadap Penurunan Non Performing Loan (Npl) Pada PT.BPR Arthaguna Mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif yaitu dengan menggambarkan dan memaparkan hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan variabel BMPK, Struktur Modal dan Non Permorfing loan (NPL). Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu dengan melakukan riset kepustakaan, observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi dokumen/ arsip untuk mendapatkan data-data tertulis Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perubahan struktur permodalan bertujuan agar perusahaan lebih leluasa untuk memberikan kredit kepada nasabah dan juga menambah Batas Maksimum Pemberian Kredit (BMPK) guna menurunkan persentase Non Performing Loan (NPL) sehingga perusahaan dapat menambah jumlah aset maupun laba

Abstract

State-Owned Enterprises are companies whose capital and ownership are owned by the State aimed at fulfilling the welfare of the community in various business fields, BUMN operations are supervised, controlled, and controlled by the State to serve the public interest and public services, so that they can be used as sources of state income with the risk of business activities. borne by the government, as for the products needed by the community, currently SOEs are made into clusters including tourism and support services, telecommunications and media clusters, energy, oil and gas clusters, health clusters, manufacturing clusters, mineral and coal clusters, food clusters and fertilizers, and plantation and forestry clusters. Pos Indonesia is a limited liability company in the service of dividing into six regions or regional divisions with divisions covering all provinces divided into 6 regions. PT Pos Indonesia itself is headquartered on Jl. Banda No. 20 Bandung City, West Java, with a total of 23,825 employees in 2019, at PT. Pos Indonesia there are several PT Pos Indonesia unions including the Indonesian Postal Workers Cooperative (KOPPIN). KOPPIN has a business in the field of financial institutions in the form of employee/worker cooperatives. In order to transform digital services, KOPPIN implements a savings and loan cooperative management information system. For this reason, the analysis starts from Information Technology infrastructure, analysis of the Savings and Loans Management Information System and analysis of the Cooperative Accounting Information System, so that the application application is in accordance with the needs. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  pengaruh Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) pada Salah satu PD.BPR Di Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data dari laporan keuangan diantaranya Catatan Laporan Keuangan dan Laporan Laba Rugi periode Januari sampai Desember tahun 2018. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas data, analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment, koefisien determinasi, dananalisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, mengetahui  pengaruh Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) menyatakan data terdistribusi normal, keeratan hubungan 0,724 kategori kuat, arah pengaruh positif. Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) mempengaruhi Return On Assets (ROA) sebesar 52,41%dan sisanya 47,59% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PD. BPR adalahproduk di PD.BPR kurang diperhatikan perkembangannya oleh perusahaan. Kurangnya sikap tegas dalam menghadapi nasabah yang sering terlambat dalam membayar kredit. Adapun saran yang disampaikan untuk meningkatkan penghasilan di PD. BPR adalah pihak bank harus bisa mengembangkan produk-produk dalam hal penghimpunan dana dan penyaluran dana, dan pihak bank harus mempertegas prosedur yang telah ada ketika terdapat nasabah yang mengalami kemacetan dalam pembayaran. Kata Kunci: Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return On Assets (ROA)

Abstract

This study analyzes students' perception of the brand image of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). Using quantitative methods, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 75 students of the Bandung Pajajaran Polytechnic. The results showed that the majority of students had a positive perception of BRI, especially in terms of reputation and product suitability. However, students want improvements in digital services and customer service responsiveness. This research suggests that BRI should focus more on digital innovation and improving customer service to strengthen its brand image among students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze credit applications in an effort to prevent bad debts in manufacturing companies and identify effective strategies to overcome these credit risks. Qualitative research is the methodology employed. Qualitative research is descriptive analysis that collects data in-depth with the goal of describing phenomena as deeply as possible. Because this research focuses on the real issue, it does not necessitate the formation of several hypotheses. Literature, records, journals, and reports are the sources of this data collection.The results of this study show that careful analysis of credit applications is instrumental in minimizing the risk of bad debts. Factors such as the use of artificial intelligence-based technology, improved human resource competencies, and the implementation of a risk assessment system have been proven to reduce the potential for default. In addition, a thorough evaluation of the prospective borrower's profile and regular supervision contribute significantly to the effectiveness of credit management in manufacturing companies.
