Abstract

The phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMo) has become more prevalent with the increasing use of social media among students. FoMo can drive individuals to follow the latest trends, including purchasing viral items. This study aims to analyze the influence of FoMo lifestyle on students' purchasing decisions of viral products in Malang City. The research uses a qualitative approach with case study interviews. The results show that FoMo lifestyle has a strong influence on purchasing decisions of viral products. The main factors affecting these decisions include social pressure, exposure to social media content, and the desire for social validation. Additionally, it was found that students with a higher level of FoMo tend to make impulsive purchases and give less consideration to the functional aspects of the items they buy.

Abstract

Marketing is the process of creating value for customers and building strong relationships to capture value from customers in return, (Philip Kotler, 2023). So the culinary business is a business that is in great demand, especially in the food and beverage sector because it is really needed every day and can have a big opportunity for promising results. So that in a business there is a need for buying interest, buying interest is a stage in the consumer decision making process where consumers show the intention or willingness to buy a particular product regarding that product, (Kolter and Keller, 2023). The population of this study was 1,302 buyers at Kayu Manis Restaurant in Lamongan and calculated using the Slovin formula, the sample result was 93 people. The analytical model used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the regression test, the Y value is 1.791 + 0.377 X1 + 0.357 X2 + 0.394 X3. From this value it can be concluded that price has the highest influence on purchase interest and has the highest beta value, namely 0.394.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of consumer ethnocentrism, perceived quality, and product innovation on the purchase decision of azarine products. This type of research is quantitative with the object of the study, namely consumers who use azarine products. The data collection techniques carried out in this study are observation, questionnaire, and interview. The sampling technique used is a nonprobability sampling technique in the form of incidental sampling with a sample of 100 people. The results showed that the t-count value on consumer ethnocentrism of 3.266 was greater than the t-table of 1.985 with a significant value of 0.002 which was smaller than 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means consumer ethnocentrism has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. In addition, perceived quality with a t-count value of 2.106 is greater than the t-table of 1.985 and a significant value of 0.038 which is less than 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. As well as product innovations with a t-count value of 4.551 greater than t-table 1.985 and a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Overall, the results of this study show that consumer ethnocentrism, perceived quality, and product innovation have a positive effect on the purchase decision of azarine products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Liquidity and Leverage on Probability. This type of research uses quantitative research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. The population in this study were all financial reports published on the company's official website for the period 2016-2023. The sample of this study was taken based on purposive sampling technique. In this study, the sample of the study was 32 financial reports. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that partially Leverage and Liquidity had a positive and significant effect of 0.000 <0.05 on Probability. Simultaneously Leverage and Liquidity had a positive and significant effect with an F value of 0.000 <0.05 on Probability at PT Akasha Wira International Tbk in 2016-2023. With a simultaneous determination coefficient of 60.4%. This study implies that the Leverage and Liquidity value factors greatly influence the Probability value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of quality of work life variables and motivation on employee performance at PT. Inti Vulkatama Padang. The type in this study uses a quantitative method, data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to 51 respondents using total sampling, namely non-random sampling techniques. By using instrument test tests (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis test with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Financial Literacy and Social Media Marketing on Microfinance Customer Decision Making at PT. Pegadaian CP Sepanjang Sidoarjo, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were customers who applied for Microfinance Loans at PT. Pegadaian CP Sepanjang Sidoarjo, the research period was from January to July 2023, the sample technique was determined using Arikunto's opinion with a total of 92 people and the analysis method used was descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t-test) showed that Financial Literacy (X1) and Social Media Marketing (X2) had a positive and significant effect on Customer Decision Making, with a t-value of the Ease of Service variable of 3.384 while the t-table was 1.662 (t-count> from t-table). Meanwhile, for the social media marketing variable, the t-value was 2.924 while the t-table was 1.662 (t-count> t-table). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) show that financial literacy (X1) and social media marketing (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer decision making, with a calculated f value of 14.063 while ttable is 3.10 (Fcalculation is greater than Ftable). The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) show an Adjusted R square value of 0.223 or 22.3%, which indicates that financial literacy and social media marketing simultaneously contribute to customer decision making by 22.3%.

Abstract

Abstract This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis using SPSS. The research sample was 50 employees. The objectives of this study are 1). To test and analyze the simultaneous influence between marketing strategy, service quality, and customer satisfaction on product interest People's business credit (KUR) Pegadaian CP Dinoyotangsi Surabaya Branch. 2). To test and analyze the relationship between the influence of marketing strategies and KUR products at Pegadaian CP Dinoyotangsi Surabaya Branch. 3). To test and analyze the relationship between the effect of service quality and KUR products at the Pawnshop CP Dinoyotangsi Surabaya Branch. 4). To test and analyze the relationship between the effect of customer satisfaction on KUR products at the Pawnshop CP Dinoyotangsi Surabaya Branch. 5). To test and analyze which variables among marketing strategies, service quality, and customer satisfaction have an interest in People's Business Credit (KUR) products at Pegadaian CP Dinoyotangsi Branch Surabaya. The results showed that: 1). Simultaneously, marketing strategy, service quality, and customer satisfaction have an impact on product interest in People's Business Credit (KUR) at Pegadaian CP Dinoyotangsi Surabaya Branch. evident from the results of the calculated F value of 20,740 with a significance level known from the sig value of 0.004 (smaller than 0.05). 2). Partially, marketing strategy, service quality, and customer satisfaction have an interest in people's business credit (KUR) products at the Surabaya Dinoyotangsi Branch Pawnshop. 3). Based on the results of the t test, it is known that customer satisfaction has a dominant effect on KUR products at the CP Pawnshop Dinoyotangsi Surabaya Branch, as evidenced by the t value of 2.045 with a significance level of 0.004 (smaller than 0.05).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT BPRS Al-Wasliyah Medan. This research was conducted on customers of PT BPRS Al-Wasliyah Medan). The type of research used is quantitative research. Sampling used the Porpusive Sampling technique, because the researcher only sampled 91 customer respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The results of the research conducted show that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) is 0.713 or 71.3%. That Service Quality (Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Assurance, Tangible) influences Customer Satisfaction (Case Study of PT. BPRS Kc Alwasliyan Medan).

Abstract

This study focuses on the influence of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel, with work productivity functioning as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between these variables. Using a quantitative approach and involving 88 respondents, the analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The findings of the study indicate that although leadership style has an insignificant negative effect on personnel performance, work discipline directly and significantly affects performance. Furthermore, work productivity plays a strategic role as a link that optimizes the influence of leadership style and work discipline on overall performance. Leadership style and work discipline also have a significant effect on work productivity, which in turn improves personnel performance. With a very high average for each variable: leadership style (4.15), work discipline (4.23), work productivity (4.25), and personnel performance (4.19) this study provides a clear picture of the importance of managing leadership style and improving work discipline in increasing productivity. These results offer strategic insights for Pamekasan Police to maximize personnel performance through effective leadership management and improving work discipline.

Abstract

Generation Z is the most diverse generation and is distinctly different from previous generations. Generation Z prioritizes personal growth and development. However, this generation also has weaknesses, such as being indecisive due to a preference for speed or instant gratification, getting bored easily, and often acting impulsively without considering the surrounding situation or conditions.This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of Generation Z employees. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling, with a population of 92 individuals, consisting of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) in the Sumenep region. The results of the study show that organizational culture does not have a significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees. However, the work environment significantly influences the performance of Generation Z employees. Keywords: , , Organizational Culture, Work Discipline
