Abstract

Dendy Aprilianto Handika Pratama (2025). The Influence of Work Ability on the Performance of SATSAMAPTA Personnel at the Pamekasan Police Department. Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya. Based on its approach, this research falls under the category of explanatory research. The research sample consisted of 80 respondents. The objectives of this research are as follows: To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the performance of SATSAMAPTA personnel at the Pamekasan Police Department. To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the career development of SATSAMAPTA personnel. To test and analyze the significant influence of career development on the performance of SATSAMAPTA personnel. To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the performance of SATSAMAPTA personnel as mediated by career development. The results of the study indicate that: Work ability has a significantly positive effect on the performance of SATSAMAPTA personnel at the Pamekasan Police Department, with an original sample value of 0.236. Work ability has a significantly positive effect on career development, with an original sample value of 0.483. Career development has a significantly positive effect on performance, with an original sample value of 0.432. Work ability has a significantly positive effect on performance mediated by career development, with an original sample value of 0.209.

Abstract

This study, conducted by Fara Ariyanti Risma Ayu (2025), analyzes the influence of supervision and work ability on employee performance through the mediating role of public service quality at Bank Jatim Sumenep Branch. Employing an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach, the study involved a sample of 86 respondents and used SmartPLS for data analysis. The objectives were to: (1) describe supervision, work ability, public service quality, and employee performance; (2) examine the direct and indirect effects of supervision and work ability on performance, with public service quality as a mediator. Findings show that supervision has a positive but insignificant direct effect on employee performance (original sample = 0.024; p = 0.749), while it has a positive and significant impact on public service quality (0.293; p = 0.000). Work ability significantly influences both public service quality (0.586; p = 0.000) and employee performance (0.316; p = 0.000). Public service quality itself significantly affects employee performance (0.624; p = 0.000). Indirectly, supervision positively and significantly influences employee performance through public service quality (0.183; p = 0.000), as does work ability (0.365; p = 0.000). In conclusion, although direct supervision does not significantly impact employee performance, it contributes through its strong influence on service quality. Work ability is shown to be a crucial factor, both directly and indirectly, in enhancing performance. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality as a strategic mediating factor in boosting employee outcomes within the banking sector

The objectives of this research are 1) To test and analyze the significant impact of sanctions discipline work towards promotion position Kangayan District Regency Sumenep. 2) To test and analyze the significant influence of sanctions discipline work on performance Kangayan District employee Regency Sumenep. 3) To test and analyze the significant influence of performance employee towards promotion position Kangayan District Regency Sumenep. 4) To test and analyze the significant influence of work disciplinary sanctions on promotions. Analysis of the Influence of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance Through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study on Pamekasan Regency Health Service Employees.)  Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya. Based on its approach, this research is included in the type of explanatory research. The research sample was 51 respondents. The objectives of this study were 1) To test and analyze transformational leadership has an influence on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees. 2) To test and analyze transformational leadership has an influence on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pamekasan District Health Office employees. 3) To test and analyze organizational citizenship behavior has an influence on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees. 4) To test and analyze transformational leadership has an indirect influence on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees through organizational citizenship behavior. The research results show that: 1) transformational leadership has no significant effect on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees with an original sample value of 0.126. 2) transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Pamekasan District Health Office employees with an original sample value of 0.506. 3) organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees with an original sample value of 0.516. 4) transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the performance of Pamekasan District Health Office employees mediated by organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of 0.261.

Abstract

The Influence of Information Technology on Improving the Quality of Public Services Through the Performance of Health Care Workers (A Study of Health Care Workers at the Pegantenan Community Health Center in Pamekasan Regency, Wijaya Putra University Graduate Program). The type of research is cross-sectional because within a specific time frame/simultaneously, the researcher conducted observations and recorded the responses provided by the respondents using a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 54 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS. The objectives of the research include: 1) To test and analyze whether information technology has an impact on the quality of public services. 2) To test and analyze the influence of information technology on the performance of healthcare workers. 3) To test and analyze the influence of healthcare workers' performance on public service quality. 4) To test and analyze the indirect influence of information technology on public service quality through healthcare workers' performance. The research results indicate that: 1) Information technology significantly influences the improvement of public service quality. 2) Information technology has a significant impact on the performance of healthcare workers. 3) The performance of healthcare workers has a significant impact on improving service quality. 4) Information technology has an indirect and significant impact on improving service quality, mediated by the performance of healthcare workers.

Abstract

Based on research conducted by Bambang Sutanto (2025) at the Bojonegoro Regional Inspection Office at PT Pegadaian, it was found that human resource (HR) competence and availability have a significant influence on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through work motivation as an intervening variable. This research is explanatory with a quantitative approach and involved 65 respondents, and used Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) as an analysis tool. The objectives of the study include testing the influence of HR competence on employee performance, the influence of HR competence on work motivation, the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and the indirect influence of HR competence on performance mediated by work motivation. The results of the analysis show that HR competence has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, as well as directly increasing work motivation. Work motivation is also proven to have a significant positive effect on employee performance, emphasizing the importance of the role of motivation as a mediator. In addition, HR competence has a significant indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation, which emphasizes that increasing HR competence not only has a direct impact on productivity, but also through increasing employee intrinsic drive. These findings emphasize the importance of effective HR development strategies and empowerment programs to maximize employee performance by increasing work motivation. This approach serves as an important reference for management in designing HR policies that focus on developing employee capacity while simultaneously motivating them to achieve optimal performance.

This study is explanatory in nature, utilizing a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 65 participants. The analysis tool used was Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze the direct effect of mutation on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Regional Office XII Surabaya. 2) To test and analyze the direct effect of mutation on employee job satisfaction at PT Pegadaian Regional Office XII Surabaya. 3) To test and analyze the direct effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Regional Office XII Surabaya. 4) To test and analyze the indirect effect of mutation on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Regional Office XII Surabaya through job satisfaction. The results of the study show that: 1) Mutation has a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Mutation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 3) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) Mutation has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study provides valuable insights into how the employee mutation process can enhance performance through job satisfaction, which can serve as a basis for decision-making by the company's management.

Bayu Ariyadi, 2025. The Influence of Compensation on Employee Performance through Work Discipline as a Mediating Variable: A Study on Employees at PT CPS Batu Pawnshop Blue Bangkalan. This explanatory study employs a quantitative research approach with a sample of respondents from PT CPS Batu Pawnshop in Blue Bangkalan. Data analysis is conducted using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) method. The objectives of the study are: 1) To examine and analyze the direct effect of compensation on employee performance at PT CPS Batu Pawnshop Blue Bangkalan; 2) To examine and analyze the direct effect of compensation on work discipline at PT CPS Batu Pawnshop Blue Bangkalan; 3) To examine and analyze the direct effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT CPS Batu Pawnshop Blue Bangkalan; 4) To examine and analyze the indirect effect of compensation on employee performance at PT CPS Batu Pawnshop Blue Bangkalan, mediated by work discipline. The results of the study show that: 1) The p-value for the compensation-performance relationship is 0.159, indicating that compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, as the significance value (0.159) is greater than 0.05; 2) The p-value for the compensation-discipline relationship is 0.005, indicating that compensation has a significant positive effect on work discipline, as the significance value (0.005) is less than 0.05; 3) The p-value for the discipline-performance relationship is 0.000, indicating that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance; 4) The p-value for the compensation-discipline-performance relationship is 0.021, indicating that compensation has a significant positive effect on both work discipline and employee performance.

Graduate Program, University Wijaya Putra Surabaya. This explanatory study adopts a quantitative approach, with a sample of 84 participants. The analysis was conducted using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). The study aimed to achieve the following objectives: 1) To test and analyze the direct influence of mutations on employee job satisfaction at the Pamekasan Area Islamic Pawnshop Office; 2) To test and analyze the direct influence of mutations on productivity at the Pamekasan Area Islamic Pawnshop Office; 3) To test and analyze the direct influence of job satisfaction on employee productivity at the Pamekasan Area Islamic Pawnshop Office; 4) To test and analyze the indirect influence of mutations on employee productivity through job satisfaction at the Pamekasan Area Islamic Pawnshop Office. The findings of the study indicated that: 1) Mutations have a significant and direct influence on job satisfaction; 2) Mutations have a significant and direct influence on productivity; 3) Job satisfaction has a significant and direct influence on productivity; 4) Mutations have a significant indirect influence on productivity, mediated by job satisfaction. These findings underscore the importance of mutations as a key factor in improving employee productivity, both directly and through its impact on job satisfaction. The results provide valuable insights for improving human resource management practices at PT. Islamic Pawnshop in the Pamekasan Area.
