Abstract

This research uses qualitative research methods, this research is also called artistic research because this research is less patterned or more varied in nature. Interpretation of data collected in the field during research is the main focus of this research. With a case study approach, this research is a type of qualitative research. This research results that the application of control management is a function to supervise every activity that has been organized, control management is the last part of the management function where the control management function of the Automatic Teller Machine becomes the material for supervising activities on the machine which is then the result of the application of control management This will be reported and used as material for evaluating a company. Abstract

This article discusses the role of entrepreneurship in building and advancing the nation's economy. This article also reviews the relationship and role of entrepreneurship in the nation's economic development. Entrepreneurship has its own role in the nation's economic growth, namely increasing productivity. Entrepreneurship also influences economic development in Indonesia. The current economic problems in Indonesia are endlessly discussed, sometimes they rise and sometimes they fall very far. However, entrepreneurship will help the economy in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to find out how much entrepreneurship plays a role in building and advancing the nation's economy. This research uses a qualitative method where the data collection process uses library research. The results of this research show that entrepreneurship also plays a role in encouraging the economic activities of families, communities, and the nation's economy . The dynamics of business activities can encourage economic growth and improve community welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence good corporate governance and profitability have on company value in plastic and packaging sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research is quantitative research. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that Good corporate governance does not significantly affect Company Value in Plastics and Packaging sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange because share ownership by management in plastics and packaging sub-sector companies is relatively low. Profitability significantly affects company value in the Plastics and Packaging sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This means that several companies in the plastics and packaging sub-sector have increased profits, followed by an increase in profits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the influence of product quality and price both simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest (Y). The analytical method used is path analysis or path analysis. Based on the results of this study, the first hypothesis proposed says that product quality (X1), price (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y). With a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0,745 (74,5%). The results for the F-count test have shown results with a value of 142,026 while the F-table is 3,089 and the probability sig is 0,000 < probability α = 0,05. The second hypothesis is that product quality (X1) has a significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y). Probability value alpha (α) (0,005 <0,05). Meanwhile, the t-count value is greater than the t-table value (2,897 > 1,984). The third hypothesis is that price (X2) has a significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y). Probability value alpha (α) (0,000 <0,05). Meanwhile, the t-count value is greater than the t-table value (4,338 > 1,984). Research has found that price dominates a significant influence on consumer buying interest, so that companies are more able to maintain prices, by increasing product quality.

Abstract

This research discusses the effectiveness of occupational skills training in improving labor competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of vocational skills training on improving the ability and competence of the workforce in facing competition in an increasingly competitive job market. The research method used is a literature study and secondary data analysis related to the vocational skills training program and the results of improving the competitiveness of the workforce. The results show that vocational skills training is effective in improving workforce competencies, including increased productivity, adaptability and innovation in a diverse work environment. With the right training in place, the workforce has a better chance of accessing quality jobs and making a positive contribution to economic development. However, factors such as relevant training curriculum, interactive teaching methods and post-training monitoring are also important in determining the success of vocational skills training. In conclusion, vocational skills training has a significant role to play in improving the competitiveness of the workforce, with the potential to have a positive impact on economic growth and social development.

Abstract

Employee performance is something that an agency needs to achieve its goals. Employee performance can also be referred to as a measure of the extent to which an employee or individual succeeds in achieving the goals and standards set by the company itself. Employee ability is a determining factor in whether an employee can carry out their duties properly. Several problems related to employee performance in an agency include ability, discipline and work facilities. This research combines the variables above with research through questionnaires and data processing using the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of this research, it was found that Ability (X1), Work Environment (X2), Work Facilities (X3) have a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y1) and Work Motivation (Y2).

Abstract

Managing and maintaining office facilities is very important for the company's operational processes because it ensures that the facilities continue to function properly and are carried out regularly. Because it is a support unit, General Affairs (GA) plays the most important role for a company's success; it cannot operate well or achieve its best results without maintenance. General Affairs carries out many complex tasks, which if not properly organized can cause many problems. This activity carried out by General Affairs (GA) can prevent functional failure of facilities. Well-maintained facilities can improve employee performance. With comfortable and well-functioning facilities, employees will find it easy to do their work. Some companies suffer from productivity problems due to negligence in maintaining facilities. One of the characteristics of GA's tasks is the wide range of tasks, each of which require .. Routine maintenance or continuous maintenance is maintenance that is carried out over a certain period of time, for example daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly or even annually. Examples of routine maintenance are cleaning glass, floors, tables, chairs and toilets, cleaning rooms from rubbish and painting buildings and equipment. Routine maintenance aims to keep facilities and infrastructure in a comfortable condition and last a long time. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, compensation and discipline on employee performance at the Padang City Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil). This type of research is quantitative research. The sample consisted of 75 employees of the Padang City Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil) using total sampling. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the motivation and compensation variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Padang City Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil). Meanwhile, the discipline variable partially has no effect on employee performance at the Padang City Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil).

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are the only important asset in an organization that can drive the work of other resources. In this organization, there is a system that has been regulated by a particular organization and human activities that work together to achieve organizational goals. An organization is also said to be a coordination of the activities of a number of people to achieve several common goals through the division of jobs (job descriptions) and functions through authority and responsibility. Abstract

Good performance is an employee who can complete work according to the specified target. Good performance is optimal performance. The employee's performance is capital for the agency to achieve its goals. This research aims to test the Locus of Control on employee performance, to test Self Efficacy on employee performance, the sampling method uses a total sampling technique of 41 samples, using normality testing and multiple regression. The research results show that Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Self Efficacy does not have a significant effect on employee performance.
