Abstract

This study examines the direct effect of healthy lifestyle and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as a mediating variable. Primary data was collected using the survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who know NCT Dream as a brand ambassador and have bought and consumed Lemonilo instant noodles. Questionnaires were collected as many as 160 respondents using purposive sampling method. Furthermore, the data is then processed by the method of path analysis, it shows that a healthy lifestyle has an effect on purchase intentions, but brand ambassadors have no effect on purchase intentions. Meanwhile, healthy lifestyle and brand ambassadors influence purchasing decisions. The results also show that a healthy lifestyle influences purchase decisions through purchase intention, but purchase intention does not become a mediating variable between brand ambassadors and purchase decisions. The results of this study are expected to provide input to Lemonilo companies to utilize marketing strategies to increase consumer purchase intentions, as well as offer various promotions that can increase purchasing decisions for Lemonilo instant noodles.

Abstract

Working from home in response to the global pandemic has brought major changes to the world of work. This research aims to see how working from home is implemented and how it affects employee performance. This study shows that employee performance is significantly affected when working from home. One of the perceived benefits is the flexibility of working from home schedules, which allows employees to adjust work schedules to their individual needs. Additionally, there is a positive relationship between employee productivity and a more comfortable work environment with fewer distractions. However, this research also reveals several problems that workers face when working from home. Feelings of social isolation, lack of group collaboration and communication difficulties are some of these problems. Companies must provide adequate technological infrastructure and appropriate training to ensure employees can easily adapt to working from home when faced with these issues. Therefore, the implementation of working from home has a significant impact on employee performance. Benefits such as time flexibility and increased productivity can be achieved, although there are some obstacles that need to be overcome. Therefore, it is important for businesses to continue to monitor and improve work from home practices to optimize employee performance in an ever-changing work environment.

Abstract

Distribution of zakat funds to develop the mustahiq economy is an act of charity in Islam where zakat funds are distributed to people who qualify as mustahiq (zakat recipients) with the aim of improving their welfare and economy. This process can be explained as, Mustahiq Identification The first step is to identify the person or family who qualifies as mustahiq. Mustahiq are individuals or families who meet the criteria of Islamic sharia and need financial assistance to meet their basic needs. Zakat Calculation Zakat is one of the religious obligations in Islam which orders Muslims to give a portion of their eligible assets to mustahiq. The distribution of zakat is based on calculating a certain percentage of assets subject to zakat. Distribution of Funds. After the zakat funds have been identified and calculated, the next step is to distribute the funds to the mustahiq. This can be done in various ways, including providing direct assistance, providing business capital, providing skills training, or providing interest-free loans.

Abstract

In a company or organization, archives are a very important source of information. However, not all companies can manage archives digitally well. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of employee performance in archiving files at the industry, trade, energy and mineral resources services of North Sumatra province based on qualitative research methods. The benefit of this research is to determine the level of employee performance when experiencing file archiving obstacles. If the archives owned by an organization are not well managed, the consequences will affect the level of reputation of an organization, so that the organization concerned will experience obstacles in achieving its goals.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the process management system in planning and implementing budgets at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, North Sumatra Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, or a comprehensive problem solving procedure, which presents information obtained from interviews, literature reviews and field observations, which is then analyzed and interpreted through conclusions. Research Results In general, the management control system process is said to be successful if management is able to ensure that the company receives the necessary resources and is able to use them effectively and efficiently. In other words, the process can be said to be successful if the plans prepared by management can actually be implemented and the existing monitoring system can correct deviations that arise in time. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the characteristics and stages of the system itself. In this case, it can be said that the development of the entire management control system process is expected to occur when responsibility is concentrated in easily monitored organizational units (e.g. departments, subdivisions, etc.) and with an effective and functional reporting system. can run well.

Abstract

It is hoped that the results of this research can provide a better understanding which aims to analyze the factors that influence employee resignation at PT. MIDI Utama Tbk. Medan Branch. By understanding the factors that influence attrition, companies can take better action in retaining potential employees. Employee resignation is an important issue in human resource management, because it can have a negative impact on company productivity and recruitment costs. The research results show that there are several main factors that contribute to employee resignation at PT. MIDI Utama Tbk Branch Medan. These factors include dissatisfaction with working environment conditions, excessive workload, lack of career development opportunities, as well as communication and management problems. In addition, personal factors such as changes in family status also influence the decision to resign. By understanding these factors, companies can take more effective action in retaining potential employees and promoting a more positive work atmosphere. Efforts to improve communication, reduce excessive workload, and provide further career development opportunities can be effective strategies in reducing employee resignation rates.

Abstract

This internship journal aims to analyze the relationship between procurement and supply chain management at PT. Sustainable Vegetable Industry in Kek Sei Mangke. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that procurement has an important role in increasing the efficiency of supply chain management in companies. procurement can help in aligning strategy and goals, building good relationships with suppliers, integrating sustainability in the supply chain, diversifying suppliers, and increasing added value in company operations. By doing these things, procurement can help increase efficiency in the company's supply chain management. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to the role of procurement in supply chain management to improve overall company performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze leadership styles in school management at Makale Catholic High School. This research uses qualitative descriptive. Results: The results of the analysis show that Makale Catholic High School still needs facilities/infrastructure in the teaching and learning process. The leadership style applied by the principal at Catholic High School is the Democratic leadership style. In the results of the analysis, it was found that in school management it was found that school facilities/infrastructure in supporting the learning and extracurricular processes were generally inadequate. The results of the research are to determine the management of Makale Catholic High School in organizing various academic activities such as Try Outs, National Examinations and other extracurricular activities so that Makale Catholic High School's achievements increase. Suggest to Makale Catholic High School to plan and provide adequate facilities/infrastructure to be able to answer needs in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes in Rantepao sub-district. To achieve this goal, qualitative descriptive research methods were used. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. Based on the results of data analysis, a discussion of the factors that influence taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes in Rantepao sub-district has been carried out using five predetermined indicators, namely the condition of the tax administration system, service to taxpayers, tax law enforcement, tax rates, knowledge. taxation. The results of the research findings show that the condition of the tax system being implemented is running well and effectively, services to taxpayers have been carried out well, law enforcement has been carried out, tax rates are appropriate, knowledge is still very low.
