Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of discounts and store atmosphere on impulsive buying at Ruby Supermarket Terara, East Lombok. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population used is all consumers who have made impulsive purchases at Ruby Supermarket Terara, East Lombok. The number of samples used in this research was 72 people using non-probability sampling as a research sampling technique. The results of this research show that; (1) Discounts have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying5, (2) Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying with a significance of 0.043, because tcount > ttable (2.058>1.944) with a significance value below 0.05. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that Ruby Supermarket Terara pay more attention to promotional strategies in the form of discounts applied, both in terms of the size of the discount given and the type of products or goods that receive discounts. Apart from that, the store atmosphere at Ruby Terara is further developed by adding various Unique and attractive ornaments that can attract consumers to visit.

Abstract

Organizations or offices need an operation that can do this to manage aspects of work. Financial and administrative aspects are one example, because every organization or office requires reliable capacity to handle various problems within a particular office or agency. This research examines the administrative and financial capacity management system at the Medan Mayor's Office. The aim of this research is a) to understand the system of understanding financial activities in the Medan Mayor's Office, b) to understand the system of understanding the effective management of administrative activities in the Medan Mayor's Office, c). correlation between finance and management in the Medan Mayor's Office. To determine the research methodology, a qualitative descriptive research method was used using three methods, namely observation and documentary interviews. Known to have high performance in management systems. It is important to pay attention to the improvement of the government he leads. because the performance required is accuracy, clarity and punctuality in mastering various aspects as well as in correcting writings related to work in a particular office.

Abstract

Analysis of Consumer Service Perceptions of Services of Tori Coffe Service Quality In North Toraja District. This study aims to determine Customer Service Perceptions of Services at Tori Coffe North Toraja. This study The object of this study was Tori Coffe using a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. The population in this study were 150 respondents and a sample of 69 respondents Tori Coffe North Toraja Regency. This study shows that the perception of customer service at Tori Coffe North Toraja is in the sufficient category where as many as 24 consumers (34.78%) are respondents. This means that the quality of service provided by Tori Coffe has fulfilled the wishes of the consumer.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership and independent commissioners on the integrity of financial reports with audit quality as a moderator. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the basic industry and chemical sub-sectors listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period. The sampling method uses sampling with a total sample of 46 companies. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS version 25 program. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, moderated regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test and coefficient of determination test. The test results show that institutional ownership has no effect on the integrity of financial reports, while independent commissioners have a negative and significant effect on the integrity of financial reports. Then audit quality as a moderator is unable to moderate the influence of institutional ownership on the integrity of financial reports. Meanwhile, audit quality is able to moderate the influence of independent commissioners on the integrity of financial reports

Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to analyze employee recruitment and employee performance. This research uses the systematic literature review method. The data source obtained from Scopus was 313 for the 2019–2023 period, and we continued with the exclusion and inclusion criteria to obtain 46 journals that were reviewed. The results of this research state that digitalization technology makes the employee recruitment process easier, one of which is distributing advertisements on the company's official website. The recruitment system needs to have a good framework to attract quality employees. Employee performance is also influenced by individual and organizational factors; therefore, companies need to consider the age and experience factors of a prospective employee. The company's strategy for its employees is also very important to increase employee productivity.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a necessity in today's modern era, including for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector. With increasing internet access and technology penetration at all levels of society, the use of digital technology in business operations has now become standard. For culinary MSMEs, digital transformation does not only mean having an online presence through a website or social media but also involves digitizing business processes, marketing, financial management, and customer service. The benefits offered through this transformation include increasing efficiency, achieving wider markets, and increasing competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. In addition, with the existence of e-commerce platforms and application-based food delivery services, culinary MSMEs have gained access to consumers who were previously difficult to reach. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy, initial investment, and adapting to business culture remain obstacles. However, with the support of training, education, and collaboration between stakeholders, the potential for utilizing digital transformation by culinary MSMEs can be optimized to encourage economic growth and innovation in this sector.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the relationship between the influence of product quality and competitive price on the purchasing decisions of Telkomsel prepaid cards. In this study, the number of samples was 87 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on the criteria set by the researcher. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and to test the hypothesis using statistical t test. The results showed that: 1) Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Telkomsel prepaid cards in Ulak Karang Selatan Village, Padang. Product quality has a significance value of 0.000, the significant value is smaller than alpha 0.05. 2) Competitive prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Telkomsel prepaid cards in Ulak Karang Selatan Village, Padang. Competitive prices have a significance value of 0.000, the significant value is smaller than an alpha of 0.05.

Abstract

The development of technology and information continues to grow to meet human needs, with the rapid development of technology and information on social media making it easier for people to improve their self quality, namely personal branding. Evy merdika carries out personal branding by using instagram as a medium to build good public perception. Instagram is used to facilitate communication with the public with the character they have, as well as forming a personal branding about themselves. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques use primary data and secondary data, primary data is carried out through direct interviews with evy merdika as the informant, secondary data through documentation, documents in research using photos, articles in instagram account uploads. The results of personal branding research conducted by evy merdika on her instagram account, @evymerdika, show that evy merdika builds a good public perception and provides inspiration for the younger generation to continue creating, working and getting a good education. The results of this research show that evy merdika focuses on one area of professionalism, public speaking skills, and the ability to organize events. Based on public perception, evy merdika is described as a woman who is passionate about achieving a better life through work, hobbies and the business she has built. Personal branding on instagram shows how evy merdika carries out daily activities to show her value to other people, so that people can trust her more.

Abstract

Conflict in the educational context is a phenomenon that needs special attention, because it can have an impact on the learning process and the school environment as a whole. In this literature, we review various conflict management models that have been identified and applied in educational contexts. This research aims to understand the role of these models in increasing educational effectiveness, minimizing learning disruptions, and creating an environment conducive to student growth. we consider conflict management models at the administrative and policy levels. In an educational context, conflict can arise in policy determination, resource allocation, or curriculum issues. These models include the involvement of all stakeholders, careful monitoring and evaluation, and a dialogic approach to the decision-making process. Research shows that conflict management at the administrative and policy levels can produce more inclusive and sustainable policies and improve the overall quality of education. In this literature, we highlight how important it is to understand and apply conflict management models in educational contexts. Effective conflict management can create an educational environment that is more conducive to learning, improve the quality of teaching, and help students develop constructive conflict resolution skills. These models can become the basis for more inclusive, equitable and effective education.

Abstract

Every student at the university must complete an internship, especially at the Islamic State University of North Sumatra. Every student must have practical work experience to be able to start working after college. Internships are a good way to align theoretical knowledge with the real world of work because basically the theoretic knowledge learned in the classroom is not necessarily the same as what is done in the field. Working practices provide a great opportunity for students to interact directly with the world of business or work. Problems can arise from the failure to strike a balance between something intended and a situation that corresponds to the facts, which leads to the question "why" or "what's the reason for this". In addition, problems can emerge as a result of doubts or invalid information about an object in depth. That's the purpose of this research. This research is carried out through a qualitative approach. The research will be conducted from January 16th to February 16th at the People's Representative Council of the North Sumatra Provincial Region (Dprd Provsu), located at Imam Bonjol No.5, Petisah Central, Medan Petisha District, Medan City, North Sumatera. The research found that the DPRD C Commission of North Sumatra Province is responsible for overseeing the budget, development programmes, public policies, local financial management, and organizational performance. Therefore, the evaluation of the implementation of core tasks and functions of the Commission C should cover several important aspects, such as transparency and accountability, the effectiveness of oversight and budget management, impact on economic growth, and so on.
