Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the use of digital banking as an online transaction service on customer satisfaction of Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Hm Joni with a focus on the variables Accurancy (X1), Speed (X2), Security (X3). This study uses a quantitative approach with sampling using the non-probability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is Primary Data obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents directly. And Secondary data derived from books, journals, research results, practical work reports and related to the author's research object. In this study, the population to be taken is all North Sumatra Syariah KCP HM Joni customers in 2022 as many as 21,500 people. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables Accurancy (X1), Speed (X2), Security (X3) simultaneously affect the satisfaction of customers using digital banking Sumut Syariah KCP HM Joni. The coefficient of determination is 0.741. This means that 74.1% of bank existence is influenced by Accurancy (X1), Speed (X2), and Security (X3), while the remaining 25.9% of customer satisfaction is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

In the era of progress in the field of knowledge and technology, industries in the world are experiencing developments. One of them is in the beauty industry. Currently skincare is so popular that it makes the beauty industry grow very rapidly. Skincare is one of the treatments carried out by teenagers to adults to maintain their appearance. With this phenomenon, there is industrial competition that spurs companies to mutually improve product quality, as well as the quality of their companies. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of lifestyle, product quality, brand ambassadors on purchase decisions simultaneously or partially, then identify the dominant variables in influencing purchase decisions. The sample in this study amounted to 200 respondents with a minimum sample 150 respondents. Data collection technique using purposive sampling. Then the data is processed using multiple linear regression method using SPSS. Based on the test results, it is known that lifestyle, brand ambassador, product quality variables simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on purchase decisions. The product quality variable has a positive but not dominant effect on purchase decisions. Furthermore, the results show that the Lifestyle variable is the most dominant variable in influencing purchase decisions.

Abstract

Human resources are important in the organization. The importance of human resources in an organization demands that the organization gets quality and productive employees in the organization, Annisa.N.(2015) In addition, the organization or company must also provide a special section related to employees, this section is called resource management human (MSDM). Human resource management is what makes an organization able to carry out daily activities. Many employees in organizations have different personalities, values, needs, expectations, thoughts and behaviors. The differences that arise from each of these individuals require that each leader or manager be able to integrate, communicate, direct, and align any differences that exist so that they can become a source of strength in achieving organizational goals. Besides that, to support the performance of an employee requires motivation in working either from the work environment or from the level of morale possessed by human resources.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of utilitarian value, hedonic value, brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. And knowing which variable is the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The criteria for selecting the sample in this study were those aged 17 and over who had bought and used a Charles & Keith bag for more than 1 year and were in the Greater Jakarta area. Questionnaires were collected as many as 165 respondents, the data was then processed using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the variables utilitarian value, hedonic value, brand image simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Partially the utilitarian value, hedonic value, brand image variables have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the results show that the brand image variable is the most dominant variable influencing purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of accounting conservatism and leverage on earnings management. The population of this study are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2022 period. The sample of this research is 84 samples selected based on purposive sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative method with secondary data sources in the form of a complete annual financial report of the company. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the leverage variable has a negative and significant effect on earnings management. Meanwhile, the accounting conservatism variable has no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Competence and Work Discipline have on Teacher Performance at SD Al Muttaqin "Fullday School" Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 44 people as respondents to SD Al Muttaqin "Fullday School" Tasikmalaya City based on 44 known population data. The data used is using primary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version.25 support application, multiple correlation, F test, T test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially competence and work discipline had a significant effect on the performance of SD Al-Muttaqin "Fullday School" teachers. Simultaneously the effect of competence and work discipline on teacher performance is 87.6%. The influence of a strong variable is competence with a coefficient of 45.83%. While the coefficient of work discipline is 32.83%

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the DPRD Office in Enrekang Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method and constitutes a population study. The sample for this research comprises the entire workforce of 38 individuals at the DPRD Office in Enrekang Regency. Hypothesis testing in this study employs multiple linear regression analysis, yielding the following outcomes: Based on the results of the hypothesis testing using the multiple linear regression analysis, it is demonstrated that both the work environment and work discipline variables concurrently affect employee performance at the DPRD Office in Enrekang Regency. The results of the hypothesis testing also indicate that the work environment has a partial influence on employee performance at the DPRD Office in Enrekang Regency, and work discipline also partially influences employee performance at the DPRD Oficce in Enrekang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the leadership role of the Village Head in improving the work effectiveness of employees at the Ba`ba Tapua Village Office, Matangnga District, Polewali Mandar Regency. With this type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. By determining the key informant, namely the Village Secretary, the main informant, namely the Section Head, and the supporting informant, namely one of the Hamlet Heads. The research results show that the village head's leadership in improving employee work effectiveness in its implementation is quite good as seen from the aspects of his open leadership, good communication with his employees, happy to accept suggestions from employees, providing motivation, direction and providing training to employees, as well as decision making which is held through deliberation. However, employee work effectiveness is still lacking because it is also influenced by other things such as the work environment.

Abstract

Document governance is an effort to organize documents well, neatly and systematically in accordance with applicable regulations and the needs of each organization. Good document governance can be seen from several perspectives, and this research uses digitalization, document security and work efficiency to measure it. This research uses an explanatory approach, which explores data by distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this research were alumni of the Department of Business Administration, Politeknik Negeri Malang, who had careers in government agencies, higher education institutions, state-owned enterprises and private companies who were members of the alumni group of the Department of Business Administration. Respondents were 86 people and were analyzed statistically using SEM PLS. The research results show that all the hypotheses developed were declared accepted, both for the direct relationship between digitalization, document security and work efficiency on document governance, as well as for the indirect relationship between digitalization on document governance and document security and work efficiency as the intervening.

Abstract

The poupose of this study is to determine the service quality effects consisting of responsiveness, empathy, tangible, assurance, and reliability on tourist satisfaction in the Mandeh tourism area, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province. A total of 100 visitors were assigned as respondents (samples) of the study. The data was collected accidentally on randomly selected people as respondents. In conducting data analysis, SPSS software is used to test hypotheses. A total of five hypotheses were formulated in this study. In conclusion, this study proves that responsiveness, tangible, assurance, and reliability have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction at Mandeh tourism area. While empathy does not have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction at Mandeh tourism area.
