Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the influence of profitabilty, Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO), and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on the valuation of companies within the banking sector. The primary focus of this investigation centers on conventional bank entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) throughout the 2018-2022 timeframe. Employing a quantitative approach, this research utilizes secondary data. The study's population encompasses 41 companies, with purposive sampling employed to select 32 companies meeting the predetermined criteria. Consequently, 160 observational data points were gathered through classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing utilizing multiple linear analysis. The research findings indicate that the variables Return on Assets (ROA), BOPO, and NPL collectively exert an influence on company valuation. Specifically, ROA exhibits a significantly positive effect on company value, whereas BOPO and NPL exhibit a significantly negative impact on company value Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengevaluasi dampak profitabilitas, Biaya Operasional pada Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) pada nilai perusahaan di sektor perbankan. Fokus utama penelitian ini ialah pada perusahaan Bank konvensional yang terverifikasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama 2018 hingga 2022. Metode penelitian yang dipakai ialah kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder. Populasi pengkajian ini melibatkan 41 perusahaan, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui purposive sampling, di mana 32 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria. Oleh karena itu, pengkajian ini mengumpulkan data observasi sebanyak 160 data dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return on Assets (ROA), BOPO, dan NPL berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial, ROA berdampak positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara BOPO dan NPL mempunyai dampak negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

In the context of a country's economy, one of the things that stands out is economic growth. To grow a country's economy, that is by carrying out international trade for a country, such as exports and imports, and making investments. In the context of Indonesia, international trade has become an instrument to encourage economic growth. Meanwhile, investment can increase people's real income, provide greater economic resources for investment (investible surplus), and encourage the rate of economic growth. The type of research carried out is qualitative descriptive research. The data sources used are secondary data originating from journals, books and websites and the data collection technique used is literature study. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), economic growth was below 5% or 4.94% on an annual basis in the third quarter of 2023, this figure is lower than the previous quarter of 5.17% (yoy). This weakness was caused by the decline in export value and imports in the third quarter of 2023. Meanwhile, the role of investment greatly influences economic growth. This result is in accordance with existing theory, where higher investment in a country will increase the country's economic growth. If a country's investment is high, it will contribute to increasing a country's income.

Abstract

Service quality, known as service quality, is an important factor in the banking business as an effort to increase customer satisfaction. The higher the perceived level of service quality, the greater the increase in consumer satisfaction. This research aims to explain the implementation of service quality implemented by Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Binjai in an effort to maintain its image to customers. This research method uses literature study by collecting and reviewing sources related to the title such as journals, books and others. A bank's image can be good in the eyes of the public if the services provided by the bank can satisfy its customers

Abstract

This abstract investigates the effectiveness of socialization through social media, especially Instagram, regarding the policy of changing Population Identification Numbers (NIK) to Taxpayer Identification Numbers (NPWP) on student understanding. The use of social media as a tool for disseminating public policy has become the main focus of the government's efforts to convey information to the public. This research examines the level of students' understanding of these changes after being exposed to content on Instagram provided by the government. The research method used was an online survey involving students from various universities. The research results show the extent to which socialization via Instagram is effective in increasing students' understanding regarding changing NIK to NPWP. Data analysis involves evaluating the content, level of participation, and students' understanding of the policy after interaction with the socialization content. The findings highlight the successes and weaknesses of the social media outreach approach. This research provides important insights into the role of social media, especially Instagram, in communicating public policy to younger audiences such as students. The implications of this research can help the government develop more effective strategies in using social media for the dissemination of complex policies, as well as adapting content to increase public understanding.

Abstract

This research focuses on the impact of Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality on Consumer Loyalty at Rena Fashion & Beauty, Tuban. This research identifies the following problems: 1) The influence of Customer Relationship Management on consumer loyalty at Rena Fashion & Beauty, Tuban; 2) The impact of service quality on consumer loyalty at Rena Fashion & Beauty, Tuban; 3) The joint influence of Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality on consumer loyalty at Rena Fashion & Beauty, Tuban. The aim of this research is to assess: 1) The influence of customer relationship management on consumer loyalty at Rena Fashion & Beauty, Tuban; 2) The impact of service quality on consumer loyalty at Rena Fashion & Beauty, Tuban; 3) The joint influence of Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality on consumer loyalty at Rena Fashion & Beauty, Tuban. This research used a survey method with a quantitative approach and involved 95 respondents. Quantitative data analysis was obtained through questionnaires. The research results show that Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence of 49% on consumer loyalty at Rena Fashion & Beauty, Tuban, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, it is important for Rena Fashion & Beauty to continue to pay attention to Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality in order to increase their customer loyalty.

Abstract

Village development has the aim of improving human welfare and overcoming poverty through efforts to provide and fulfill basic needs, build village infrastructure, develop local economic potential and utilize natural resources and friendships on an ongoing basis. One of the efforts that will be implemented is as a means to develop villages, namely the existence of BUMDes. BUMDes was formed to manage village potential where the capital comes from the village's wealth. This paper uses qualitative methods with the aim of analyzing strategies that can be implemented in managing human resources for the development of BUMDes. This paper concludes that HR management strategies not only contribute to village economic growth but also to maintaining the environment which is the basis of community life in rural areas. The strategy that can be used to manage human resources in order to create development of village-owned enterprises is to increase HR competency through training, through knowledge, through innovation, through experience and through the education process.

Abstract

There is much debate about the existence of job satisfaction caused by gender differences. It is argued that women feel higher job satisfaction than men even in jobs that are objectively bad. This difference in job satisfaction between women and men is very relevant, this is because women feel more satisfied because they are more focused on their role as housewives than their role as workers. One factor that affects women's dual role conflict is family support. The higher the family support, the dual role conflict will decrease and vice versa if the family support is low, the dual role conflict will be high. When there is a change in perspective on the roles of women and men, there is likely to be a shift in job satisfaction in women and men.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of training transfer, self-efficacy and the non-physical work environment on employee performance at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 213 and the sample used was 139 using the Slovin formula. The results of this research show that the training transfer variable (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province with a t-count value greater than the t-table (2.456 > 1.97756), with a significance value of moresmaller than the alpha value (0.015 < 0.05), then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The self-efficacy variable (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province with a t-count value greater than the t-table (5.229 > 1.97756), with a significance value smaller than the alpha value (0.000 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. The self-efficacy variable (X3) has a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province with a t-count value greater than the t-table (2.303 > 1.97756), with a significance value smaller than the alpha value (0.023 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the layout at the Excelso outlet in Gress Mall, Gresik Regency. Through the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) approach, this research evaluates the relationship between facilities and infrastructure, focusing on blank-spot areas identified from the pre-survey results. Literature studies on layout, its purpose, benefits, types of layout, and factors that make an effective layout are the basis for analyzing the research results. The research method includes research design with ARC analysis, primary and secondary data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that there is a blank-spot in the outdoor area that can be overcome by strategically placing waiters. The ARC diagram illustrates the relationship of activities and interrelationships between products at Excelso Gress Mall. Understanding the effective layout is expected to provide recommendations for improvement to increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
