Abstract

Eye disorders in children need early detection to prevent serious health problems. However, eye examinations at healthcare centers are currently limited. OpenCV is an image processing library that can detect eye disorders such as strabismus and crossed eyes. Research shows that OpenCV aids in the early detection of eye disorders in children at healthcare centers. Haar Cascade Classifier is an image processing technique used to detect specific objects. It can accurately detect faces under various lighting and background conditions. It serves as an effective alternative for object detection in digital images.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepse konsumen dan pelayanan terhadap retensi pelanggan Toko Jaya Elektronik Bireuen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 pelanggan took jaya elektronik. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Diketahui bahwa variabel persepsi konsumen sebesar 3,292 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,0201. Nilai tabel yang digunakan sebagai nilai kritis pada uji parsial (uji t) sebesar 1.98525 yang diperoleh dari tabel t pada = 0.05 dan derajat bebas 95 untuk pengujian dua pihak. Karena nilai thitung(3,292) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,98525) maka pada tingkat kekeliruan 5% diputuskan untuk menolak Ho1 sehingga Ha1 diterima. Artinya dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi konsumen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap retensi konsumen

Abstract

The 1945 Constitution, article 33 paragraph 3, mandates that the land, water and natural resources contained therein are controlled by the State and used as much as possible for the prosperity of the people. Soil is a natural resource gifted by God Almighty that cannot be separated from the order of human life, according to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (1991), soil is the surface of the earth or the layers of the earth above it; the state of the earth somewhere; circumscribed earth conditions. Land in the juridical sense is the surface of the earth (UUPA paragraph 1). While land rights are the rights of certain parts of the earth's surface which are limited, have two dimensions in length and width. The transfer of land rights causes the land rights to be transferred from one person to another. Legal acts of transferring land rights can be carried out by buying and selling, exchanging, grants or grants by testament. All the realities that give rise to social conflict and that occur a lot are suspected to be the result of imbalances in land administration processes, land law enforcement, weak government spatial planning policies, and so on. The distribution of settlements in the Oesapa Village is divided into 3 (three) areas, namely the coast, land and hills. The rate of arrival (urbanization) for students, especially tertiary institutions, causes an increase in the need for housing. This situation has resulted in an increase in the use of space in the city of Kupang to support the activities and movements of the increasing population, causing the need for land as a place to construct buildings to become very difficult to obtain, this affects the availability of settlements that can be said to be healthy. The research method used is descriptive, normative, and quantitative. This is intended so that in the preparation, data collection, and data processing stages, quality data is obtained that supports the objectives of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the village financial system on the prevention of fraud in the management of village funds using an audit system. In addition, this study also examines whether individual morality can moderate the relationship between the village financial system and the prevention of village fund fraud. Building public trust in the government in managing village funds at this time is quite difficult. Given the current situation, the public must know what performance the government is doing. The lack of transparency in every activity raises various kinds of suspicion. The village APB can also be said to be one of the budgets held within one period by the village. The village fund budget management system can be stated as an activity that gives rise to fraud. In Indonesia, acts of accounting fraud can be classified into several parts, including the private sector and the public sector. Fraud often occurs among government agencies, because government agencies have a complex organizational structure, a complicated bureaucratic system, a low control system, and high pressure, so this issue is a topic that is continuously discussed.

Abstract

Lusi Island is a river island that was formed from a natural disaster, where this river island was formed from silt deposited as a result of being dumped into the Porong river. Lusi Island has an area of 83.4 hectares where this island is located at the mouth of the Porong River, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. Many of these mud deposits were then planted with mangrove plants. The Lapindo Mud was the first cause that caused rapid deposition and also affected the development of the area of Lusi Island. In 2017 Lusi Island was managed by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries where previously Lusi Island was managed by the Sidoarjo Lapindo Mud Management Executing Agency (BPLS). The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries has plans to utilize Lusi Island as a place for restoration and learning about mangrove plants, where the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is also building various facilities to support and support Lusi Island as a place of learning and also a tourist spot after the Sidoarjo Lapindo mudflow disaster. In this study, the researcher wanted to conduct a direct review of the field and also wanted to find out how big the impact of this Lusi Island tourist attraction was on the economy of the surrounding community. Researchers conducted research with a quantitative descriptive system where researchers in collecting data used analysis SWOT.

Abstract

The rise of the school Literacy Movement (GLS) which is being promoted by the government is currently attracting interest in conducting research on the implementation of literacy programs at SDN 03 Gunung Malintang, SDN 001 Kasikan, SDN 007 Mukti Jaya in the 2022/2023 academic year. This study aims to determine the process of developing literac programms carried out by schools and the obstacles they face. The research methodology employed in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The process of assessing the credibility of the data involves employing triangulation, wherein the gathered data is subjected to analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and the formulation of conclusions. The findings indicated that the literacy program, which was executed at SDN 03 Gunung Malintang, yielded certain outcomes, SDN 001 Kasikan, SDN 007 Mukti Jaya, based on the implementation time, there are two types, namely daily and weekly. Daily literacy activities are saving, reading and writing corners, fast counting, while literacy activities weekly are library visits, collecting cash memorizing multiplication, short stories, digital-based learning media, getting to know the local culture. The obstacles to implementing the literacy program at SDN 03 Gunung Malintang, SDN 001 Kasikan, SDN 007 Mukti Jaya is connected to the provision of resources and structures that facilitate literacy initiatives, as well as addressing challenges related to teacher engagement and class dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of single interest and compound interest in savings and loan cooperatives. Interest is an important aspect of savings and loan cooperative operations that can affect cooperative finances and member satisfaction. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the differences between the application of single interest and compound interest and their impact on savings and loan cooperatives. The research method used is literature study and comparative analysis. Data were obtained from primary and secondary sources which included cooperative documents, related literature, and interviews with cooperative management. The results of the study show that the application of single interest and compound interest has different implications for cooperative finance and member satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is the importance of savings and loan cooperatives considering factors such as the characteristics of the members, the goals of the cooperative, and the clarity of calculations in choosing the type of interest to be applied. Education to members about the difference between single interest and compound interest and their implications is also an important factor in the successful application of interest in savings and loan cooperatives.

Abstract

Training is an important way to advance the quality of human resources. One of the goals of education is to produce human beings with character. Character building requires a long-term process, especially during the education period from elementary school (Putri & Romadhona, 2023). The purpose of this article is to (1) describe the concept of elementary school literacy, (2) describe the implementation of the elementary school literacy movement, (3) describe the problems of the elementary school literacy movement. This study uses research research methods. The sample was used by elementary school students from grades one to grade 6. The results obtained after the literacy program had a very positive impact on increasing children's learning and of course training children's literacy through fun and interesting activities. Therefore, it is very important for us to acquire literacy and learn reading skills as early as possible.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari pra- penelitian melalui pengamatan dan dengan staf dapur di Hotel Savali Padang, penulis menemukan ada masalah kurang terjaga personal hygiene staff kitchen seperti kuku yang panjang, tidak memakai apron saat bekerja dan pakaian yang terkena noda saat melayani tamu saat menyajikan makanan, makanan yang terkontaminasi. Sehingga hal ini mempengaruhi kepuasan tamu di Hotel Savaili Padang. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif bentuk hubungan kausal dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan populasi sebanyak 588,08 orang dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 72 responden, teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear ganda dengan bantuan SPSS 17. Kemudian diperoleh hasil penelitian kebersihan pribadi termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat terjaga dengan persentase 94,7% yang berarti SOP Personal hygiene berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan standar Hotel Savali nilai sig 0.014 < 0,05, presentasi makanan termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persen 36,2% dengan nilai seg 0.000 < 0.05. diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 85% dan 15% dipengaruhi faktor lain.
