Abstract

This research aims to analyze marketing communication strategies used by PT. Property Group Partners to increase property sales in Sentul City Bogor residential complex. The research uses a qualitative approach, by collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations of PT marketing team. Property Group Partners. Data analysis shows that PT. Property Group partners implement a wide range of effective marketing communication strategies, including social media use, property exhibitions and promotional activities. Social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube have become very popular and effective communication channels in reaching a broad target audience. Using social media, companies can generate interesting content, inform the advantages of properties offered, and interact directly with potential buyers. In addition, advertising media platforms such as Rumah123, Rumah.com, Lamudi, and Olx also have an important role in property promotion. PT. Property Group partners actively participate in property exhibitions at Sentul City Bogor and property events outside the region to expand their marketing reach. In addition, promotional activities such as price discounts, installment payment programs, and attractive incentives are also applied to attract potential buyers. Effective communication between marketing teams and prospective buyers is also an important factor in increasing property sales. Marketing Communication Strategy used by PT. Property Group partners have successfully increased property sales in Sentul City Bogor.

Abstract

All companies want to demonstrate the best company performance. Company performance can be seen from the company's financial statements, especially on information about income. One of the efforts in trying to minimize errors in inputting income is using an Accounting Information System. The Accounting Information System is the most prominent part that is generated by the company. Researchers propose that income is net income which represents the amount of money from the company's revenue that has been adjusted for costs and additional income in the period. Researchers scrutinize the Accounting Information System as an important factor in calculating company income. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a change in the effect of the effectiveness of the Accurate Accounting Software on the accuracy of the company income perspective (case study at PT Nusapala Group). Respondents in this research amounted to 33 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study uses simple linear regression analysis using SPSS statistical software version 25. The results of the research obtained on the effect of the effectiveness of the Accurate Accounting Software on the accuracy of the company income perspective (case study at PT Nusapala Group) that there is an R Square value of 0.504 which basically means that the contribution of accurate (X) influences income (Y) by 50.4% While the remaining 49.6% is influenced by other factors not known to researchers, from these results reveal that there is a significant positive effect between the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems and Company Income.

Abstract

Border area management has always been an interesting topic of discussion, this was proven when the issue of border area development became one of the agendas in the national development plan. National borders have strategic significance for Indonesia, especially in terms of defense-security, economy-trade and socio-culture. This article is an attempt to describe the management of land border areas in East Nusa Tenggara. The land border area for the province of East Nusa Tenggara, which is directly adjacent to the neighboring country of Timor Leste. The adjacent position allows for cross-border interactions and activities between communities in the land border area. With all the potential it has, the border area in East Nusa Tenggara has enormous potential to be developed, so that appropriate policies and management are needed so that the expectations of the government and society to make the border area a center of new economic growth can be realized.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kerry Nex Express. The independent variables used are leadership style, compensation and motivation, while the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The method of collecting data is carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees of PT. Kerry Nex Express. The use of quantitative methods which are associations as research methods that use primary data. The results showed that the t-count value was -1.431 <2.00 and the significance was 0.158> 0.05 so the leadership style did not affect employee job satisfaction, the t-count value was 1.768> 2.00 and the significance was 0.000 <0.05 so compensation affect employee job satisfaction, from the calculated t value of 5.329 > 2.00 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05 so motivation affects employee job satisfaction. While simultaneously leadership style, compensation and motivation affect employee job satisfaction as seen from the calculated F value of 44.218 > 2.76 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Manajemen laba terjadi ketika eksekutif memalsukan laporan keuangan perusahaan untuk keuntungan pribadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan mengumpulkan data mengenai pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap praktik manajemen laba. Antara tahun 2019 dan 2021, perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur digunakan sebagai populasi penelitian. Terdapat total 264 perusahaan manufaktur yang diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada rentang tahun kajian 2019-2021. Sampling bertujuan digunakan untuk memilih sampel penelitian. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Temuan dari studi menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan pendapatannya tidak berpengaruh pada kesulitan mengelola profitabilitas. Manajemen laba mendapat manfaat dari peningkatan profitabilitas. Hal ini memberikan kepercayaan pada hipotesis utama studi tersebut, teori agensi, yang menyatakan bahwa profitabilitas dapat meningkatkan pendapatan yang ditunjukkan dalam laporan keuangan.

Abstract

This research analyzes the process of isbat of nikah sirri divorce and its effect on children's rights at the Mojokerto Religious Court. To investigate the isbat of nikah sirri divorce and its effect on children's rights by analyzing court decisions. Through field data collection through in-depth interviews and observation, as well as analysis of legal documents and appropriate literature. The results of this study show that the process of isbat of nikah sirri divorce involves several stages, including the submission of an isbat application, examination of witness testimony, and the judge's consideration in deciding divorce isbat. The effect of isbat of nikah sirri divorce on children's rights can include aspects such as child custody arrangements, child maintenance, and child inheritance rights. In Mojokerto Religious Court, the case of itsbat nikah before divorce is the same as in other religious courts.  In fact, according to the judge of the Mojokerto Religious Court within a period of six months running in 2023. It can be concluded that the process of isbat nikah sirri divorce begins with the submission of an isbat application and ends with a judge's decision. Isbat divorce of nikah sirri affects the rights of children in the Mojokerto Religious Court.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, assess, and analyze the financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia PERSERO Tbk as measured using the CAR, ROA, LDR, and BOPO ratios using financial statements from 2019 to 2021. The data collection technique used is secondary data observation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. And the data validity technique used is source triangulation. The theoretical implications in this study are seen from the calculation of CAR, ROA, and LDR: bank management needs to pay attention to the balance of high returns with the level of risk faced. Meanwhile, when viewed from the calculation of the BOPO ratio, banks need monetary policy and credit stimulus to continue to grow, maintain fiscal sustainability in the short and long term so that the costs incurred for operations are more effective and efficient, and prevent and handle COVID-19 from human aspects, especially health aspects. Practical implications of the results of this study can be used as a consideration for future researchers to expand the range of research by adding samples and using a longer observation period so that the results obtained are more concrete and volatile.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru terhadap pendidikan karakter peserta didik di SD Negeri 2 Karangwangkal. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji proses pelaksanaan karakter disiplin. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Uji keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tenik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dari Sugiyono yang di mulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa di SD Negeri 2 Karangwangkal telah menjalankan empat peran guru terhadap pendidikan karakter yaitu keteladanan, inspirator, motivator, dan evaluator. Peran guru sebagai pewaris keberhasilan peserta didik dari proses pendidikan karakter harus memahami perannya sangat penting dalam pembentukan karakter. Otoritas yang dimiliki guru bukan semata-mata untuk memperlakukan peserta didik dengan seenaknya, namun untuk menciptakan peraturan agar peserta didik terbiasa patuh pada aturan yang menjadi nilai di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Technological developments will have an impact on government agencies. Therefore, the ability to compete is needed in order to minimize and neutralize the occurrence of an obstacle. This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems on employee performance with organizational culture and top management support as a moderator. The population in this study amounted to 188 people. The method used is nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique so that a total sample of 51 respondents is obtained. The data analysis technique uses the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) Test. The results of testing the first hypothesis indicate that the variable effectiveness of accounting information systems has a positive effect on employee performance. The results of testing the second hypothesis indicate that organizational culture as a moderator weakens the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems on employee performance. The results of testing the third hypothesis indicate that top management support as a moderator weakens the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems on employee performance.

Abstract

Green Open Space (RTH) according to Law No. 26 of 2007 concerning Spatial Planning is an elongated area/lane and/or clustered, whose use is more open, where plants grow, both those that grow naturally or those that are intentionally planted. The Preference Selection Index (PSI) method is a method used to solve multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). In the proposed method that it is not necessary to establish the relative importance of the attributes. There is no need for attribute weighting computations involved in the decision-making in this method. This method is useful when there is a conflict in determining the relative importance of attributes. The result of this study is to build an application that can help the Makassar Spatial Planning Office in managing the environment of green open spaces for the benefit of the general public, every year the Spatial Planning Office conducts a review of the amount of public interest in every open green open space (RTH). The determination of the high value of interest is based on the benchmarks that have been set as eligibility standards, That the alternative to get the highest rating is Karebosi Field 1 with a total score of 1, while the lowest rating is Hasunuddin Field 1 with a total score of 0.75..
