Abstract

This study aims to (1) to find out how the implementation of the safety management system on board ships at shipping companies in Banjarmasin 2) to know the safety management system on board this is of course related to occupational health and safety is a thought and effort to ensure the integrity and perfection of both physical or spiritual. with efforts to prevent and treat diseases or health problems caused by work and the work environment as well as general illnesses. Occupational safety is a series of efforts to create a safe and peaceful working atmosphere for employees who work in the company concerned and a condition that is safe and safe from suffering and damage or loss in the workplace, both when using tools, materials, machines in the process processing, packing techniques, storage, as well as maintaining and securing the work place and environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability, arrogance, and Fraud Confirmation on financial statement fraud in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from annual reports & reports. annual finance. By using purposive sampling technique, this study has a sample of 19 mining sector companies for 4 years, the observation data obtained is 76. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis using SPSS 20 software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, the ability and arrogance to have no influence on fraudulent financial statements in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. Meanwhile, the variables of confirmation of fraud have an influence on fraudulent financial statements in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021.

Abstract

Fasting is a mandatory worship that must be carried out in the month of Ramadan, but this is not for children who have not reached the age of puberty. Children's worship is the responsibility of every parent, whether or not children are able to carry out worship is a big task for parents in educating children. This study aims to determine the role of parents in the habit of fasting Ramadan in children. This research is a qualitative research through interviews and analyzed descriptively. This research was conducted on 4 parents who had children aged 5-8 years in Babakan Gadog Village, Kujangjaya Village. Results. of this study indicate that, the role of parents in the process of fasting habituation in early childhood is carried out by supervising, guiding and giving examples to children, by fasting children will be more healthy, increase worship and patience in children. The game environment affects children in fasting, so that in the process of getting used to fasting, parents must supervise children while playing so they are not influenced by friends who do not observe fasting.

Abstract

Clinic X in Denpasar City, Bali Province is the first level health facility in Bali that provides primary health services and a training center for health workers, requiring effective and efficient strategic tactics for the advancement and development of clinics so they can compete in this increasingly modern era. This research was conducted with the aim of conducting an analysis of the strategic plan for Clinic X in the city of Denpasar, Bali Province in dealing with competition in health services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative on primary data and secondary data. Research results are processed by SWOT analysis. The results showed that Clinic X had greater strengths than Weaknesses when viewed from the internal side. From the external side, Clinic X has a greater threat than opportunity. After analysis, X strong clinic has the opportunity to continue to progress and develop. Therefore it can be concluded that Clinic X can focus more on expanding cooperation with BPJS by increasing promotions to compete in the BPJS market and maintaining service quality by proposing monitoring and evaluation activities to be carried out regularly in accordance with indicators determined using a market penetration strategy. This strategy is translated into a more concrete strategy to be monitored and evaluated in assessing the achievement of the strategy.

Abstract

Social media is a tool for searching and selecting information in the form of products and services. The use of social media in Indonesia continues to grow every year, therefore it is widely used by marketers as an opportunity to introduce and offer products. One of them is by creating content marketing and e-WOM. Content marketing and e-WOM are strategies that are considered quite effective in marketing and introducing products to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Instagram content marketing and e-WOM on consumer purchasing decisions through the purchase interest variable. The population in the study were consumers of the Ayucitra gallery by monochrome jombang, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling of 120 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using smartPLS.3.0 software. The findings concluded that content marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest (Z), e-WOM (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest (Z), buying interest has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y), content marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y), e-WOM (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). content marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions mediated by consumer buying interest (Z) at Ayucitra by Monochrome gallery, e-WOM (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions mediated by consumer buying interest (Z) at Ayucitra by Monochrome gallery

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the adoption and impact of digital business models on small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This study uses a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with owners and managers of SMEs that have adopted digital business models. The main objective of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the adoption of digital business models, as well as analyze the impact resulting from this adoption. The research was conducted by collecting data through structured in-depth interviews with owners and managers of SMEs representing various industrial sectors. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative analysis approach by identifying the main themes that emerged from the interviews. The results of the study show that there are factors that influence the adoption of digital business models in SMEs, such as technology awareness, availability of resources, digital skills, and the regulatory environment. The adoption of digital business models has had a significant impact on SMEs, including increasing market access, increasing operational efficiency, expanding customer reach, and increasing competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), Excess Budget Financing (SILPA) and Regional Wealth on Capital Expenditures with economic growth as a moderating variable. This research was conducted in Central Java Province as many as 35 regencies/cities consisting of 29 regencies and 6 cities. This study uses budget realization report data obtained from the DGT website. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that economic growth does not moderate the effect of regional original income on capital expenditure, but economic growth is able to moderate excess budget financing and regional wealth on capital expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the fraud diamond dimension on the fraud behavior of accounting students at the University of Semarang. Cheating is a fraudulent act committed by someone to gain profit for himself by taking advantage of other people. The data analysis technique in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using data from Semarang University accounting student respondents in the 2019 and 2020 classes. The results showed that pressure had an effect on academic cheating, while opportunity, rationalization and ability had no effect on academic cheating. The results of the model feasibility test show that pressure, opportunity, rationalization and ability simultaneously influence the academic fraud of accounting students at the University of Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the main factors that influence dysfunctional audit behavior. The method used in this study is the literature review (SLR) method. The survey was conducted on previous studies whose research objects were Auditors at Public Accounting Firms in Indonesia. The research data was obtained from journals in Google Scholar on the website https://google.scholar/ in 2018-2022. The main findings of this study found that the most influential factors (determinants) in dysfunctional audit behavior were dysfunctional audit behavior, namely time budget pressure, locus of control, task complexity and rotation intention, auditor performance, and personal character. Auditor performance, Machiavellian, moral competence (Akhlaq Al Karimah), Spiritual Intelligence, Stress at work, Furthermore, future research must also consider the need to explore, reflect and ask questions more critically, not from the foregone side. For example, ask again how Public Accounting Firm leaders conduct performance assessments to reduce dysfunctional auditor behavior.

Abstract

Tanimbar Islands Regency, as one of the archipelagic regions in Indonesia, has rich economic potential. However, this potential has not been fully explored and utilized. The study of potential sector analysis in this district is important because it can provide a more in-depth view of economic opportunities that can be developed, contribute to local economic growth, and improve community welfare. This study aims to analyze potential sectors in Tanimbar Islands Regency. The main objective is to identify economic sectors that have potential for further development. In addition, this research also aims to understand the factors that influence economic potential in this district, as well as provide a baseline of information that can be used for future economic development planning. The research method involves collecting secondary data, such as economic statistical data, agricultural data, fisheries data, and other relevant data sources. Data analysis was conducted using statistical tools and economic data analysis techniques. In addition, the research also involved field surveys and interviews with local stakeholders to gain a deeper insight into potential sectors. The results of this study identified several potential sectors in Tanimbar Islands Regency, including agriculture, fisheries, tourism and human resource development. In addition, factors such as accessibility, infrastructure and capitalization also play an important role in the development of these sectors. With the right efforts, these sectors have the potential to contribute significantly to economic growth and improved welfare of the local community. The potential sector analysis study in Tanimbar Islands Regency highlights the economic opportunities that can be optimized to support the development of this area. By understanding the factors that influence economic potential, authorities can direct resources and development efforts more efficiently. By developing these potential sectors, it is expected to create employment opportunities, increase community income, and stimulate sustainable economic growth in Tanimbar Islands Regency.
