Tamkin: Jurnal Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung sejak tahun 2016. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Mina Sejahtera Cooperative in improving the welfare of fishers in Muara Village, specifically the discussion is directed at discussing the program, implementation and results of the program. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach to describe the conditions and situations or various social reality phenomena in society, which is the object of research. The data collection technique was done using observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the Mina Sejahtera Cooperative program was based on problems that were often experienced; the program was business capital loans, fishermen savings, social funds, and famine funds. The programs that have been implemented have given good results, namely that the community can have a place and business capital through the programs provided. During times of famine, there is no longer confusion.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: First, to describe the strategy of a prosperous farmer group in improving the economy of the community in the Cikadut Village. Second, to identify the process of empowering prosperous farmer groups in improving the economy of the community in Cikadut Village; Third is to measure the success rate of prosperous farmer groups in the economic field in the Cikadut Village. This study uses descriptive methods, the type of data used is negative, the data sources used are primary and also secondary data while the data collection techniques used in the study are observation, interview, and documentation study. From the results of this study indicate that: First, with the existence of farmer groups make the economic well-being of the community which the majority of the income from agricultural produce is more prosperous. Second, In the process economic empowerment through prosperous farmer groups has stages including: Engagement, Assessment, Action and Facilitation. Third, at least every month the people who are members of the Prosperous Farmers group have income, which is generated from the sale of the harvest or processed products from the harvest.

Abstract

In improving the quality of human resources. Human Resources quality must be enhanced through non-formal education by Ambu Seba with Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM). The existence of Taman Baca Masyarakat as one of the informal educations is expected to help the locals becoming good-quality human resources. The purpose of this study is to identify the role of TBM in improving the quality of human resources, the implementation of the program activities, and the result is improving the quality of Human Resources. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Type of case study data was collected through interviews, observation, and documents. The result of this study are showing that Taman Baca Masyarakat of Ambu Seba has four roles in improving the quality of Human Resources, which is the facilitator, motivator, local study source, and self-improvement source.

Abstract

This Paper aims to find out the Shafira Foundation LKMK mentoring process to carry out economic empeworment in helping people to have business capabilities according to their potential and have the capital to run their business. The form of empowerment is carried out in the form of assistance through coaching, providing capital, and business development. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, the data collected is obtained from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the LKMK mentoring process is good, because in the mentoring process not only providing capital, but the community will be given guidance by using the andragogical approach so that the spirit of the community in entrepreneurship can increase, and have the ability according to their potential. Providing business capital is carried out using the sharia economic business concept with a takaful system (mutual guarantee), after being given business capital the fostered partners will be assisted and directed by providing motivation, and business relations to be feasible, sustainable, and banknable.

Abstract

The presence of Bumdes plays a role in developing the community's business and economy. In the last 6 years the number of Bumdes in Indonesia has continued to increase every year but its development is still diverse. This study aims to find out how the implementation, obstacles and success of the Munggaran Bumdes program in an effort to develop the business and economy of the community in Panumbangan Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the research in the field show that the Munggaran Bumdes has helped the community through capital assistance and business equipment, as well as providing training for both administrators and the community. In its implementation there are several obstacles such as lack of capital, limited knowledge of Bumdes management, lack of community participation. However, the benefits of the Bumdes Program can also be felt, marked by an increase in community income although it is not significant, the growth of group independence, and increasing public awareness related to efforts to improve the welfare of poor families around them.

Abstract

Empowerment of top to down role models is an empowerment carried out by the government to the community, carried out through social services in the form of ratifying policies, giving attention, helping community needs in accordance with the duties and functions of the institution, but currently there are problems with public health in the form of the Covid-19 pandemic which disrupting activities, by looking at this problem, social services at the Bandung City Spatial PlanningOffice need to think about efforts for the community. This paper aims to describe the social service program, the service process carried out by the Spatial Planning Office, and the benefits of the program carried out. The method used is qualitative method. Based on the results of the study, the Bandung City Spatial Planning Service carried out social service programs according to their functions, namely planning, utilization, monitoring and control, as well as carrying out funeral services for victims of COVID-19 exposure. The social service process is channeled through E-Government, generating benefits for the community to be involved in spatial planning to meet community needs related to environmental space in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out and analyze the reality of the role of the Village Community Empowerment Agency (LPMD) in improving the development of environmental sanitation in the West Cisomang Village. This study uses descriptive research method LPMD. The results of the study show: First, the efforts made by the Village Community Empowerment Institute (LPMD) to improve the development of sanitation in the West environment include: problem solving, participation in the development of environmental sanitation and the realization of partnerships with the Cisomang Barat village government. Second, a number of supporting factors and barriers to the efforts of the Regional Government Empowerment Empowerment Agency to improve the development of environmental sanitation with a participatory community empowerment process. Third, the achievement of the Village Community Empowerment Institute in improving the development of environmental sanitation is the achievement of environmental sanitation development in the Village of West Cisomang.

Abstract

A tourist village is a rural area that offers authenticity both in terms of socio-culture, customs, everyday life, traditional architecture and village spatial structure. The purpose of this study is to find out government policies, changes in people's attitudes and the impact felt on community empowerment. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The results of the study show that first, the village government's policy towards community empowerment is carried out in the form of empowerment programs such as halal tourism villages, sheep manure management, bamboo management, plastic waste management. Second, the change in attitude that occurred in the community after the existence of the Cibuntu halal tourism village program, the community learned to maintain local culture and wisdom so that it became an attraction for tourists, so that changes in community behavior appeared in a more positive direction such as mutual cooperation, courtesy, hospitality, extra care cleanliness and become more religious than before. Third, the impact felt by the community is very positive, especially towards improving the economy and the community taking part in the empowerment process and management

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out more about the role of students in environmental preservation especially students in the Qira’atussab’ah Islamic Boarding School of the Kudang to know the processes of activities that take place in preserving the environment and the results obtained by the students of the cottage Qira’atussab’ah Islamic Boarding School of the Kudang. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study revealed that the pondok pesantren environmental preservation program’s main objective is to realize students who have awareness in behaving environmentally friendly so that ecosystem sustainability is maintained. Concrete steps taken by students in preserving the environment with activities that have become students habits include cleaning kobong, cleaning kyai houses environment of boarding school. The results obtained are increased awareness of students in preserving the environment.

Abstract

Cooperatives exist as a solution for the welfare of the community. KSPP BMT Barrah is a concrete form of institution that helps in improving the community's economy. The purpose of this study is to determine the program, implementation and impact felt by members or customers who have collaborated with KSPP BMT Barrah, Cimahi City Branch. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, and uses an interpretive paradigm. The research results show that: first, the program provided by KSPP BMT Barrah is specifically for members or customers with the aim of improving the economy. Second, the implementation of cooperation programs carried out by members or customers can be carried out because they use simple procedures. Third, the impact felt by members or customers is different, this happens because in the process of managing business capital it depends on the members or customers themselves in managing, but there are similarities, namely members or customers are greatly helped by collaborating with KSPP BMT Barrah.
