Abstract

This paper aims to determine community empowerment in Cimanggung village according to Ecovillage Lestari program managers, community empowerment in Ecovillage Lestari group in Cimanggung village and community empowerment carried out by Ecovillage Lestari in Cimanggung village in ecovillage-based community empowerment at Cimanggung Village Cimanggung District District Ecovillage Sumedang. The method in this study uses descriptive study method. The results of the research conducted show that the existence of the Ecovillage Sustainable program can increase community participation in mutual cooperation. With the Ecovillage Lestari program, people are self-reliant and care about the environmental preservation that is around the Cimanggung village community.

Abstract

The Association of Farmers Groups (Gapoktan) is an organization consisting of farmer groups that have the same goal. The purpose of this research is to know the Gapoktan program in advancing the community's economy, to find out the Gapoktan steps in advancing the community's economy, to find out the results of Gapoktan activities in advancing the community's economy. This study uses qualitative methods and descriptive. There are five research results from the programs implemented by Gapoktan Anugerah in advancing the community's economy, namely socialization and delivery of agricultural information, holding partnership programs, providing agricultural needs, collective marketing of products, and conducting training programs. There are three steps taken by Anugerah Gapoktan, namely awareness, development and empowerment. The results obtained from these activities, Gapoktan Anugerah aims to achieve changes for the better for farmers around Pangalengan both for members and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Environmental empowerment is an effort to build communities in improving environmental resources. Koperasi Pertama Jaya with common goals and long-term goals, to get a healthy and clean environment.This research approach with descriptive study method approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview and literature study, so a conclusion can be drawn.The purpose of this study is to find out the methods, factors and results of environmental empowerment conducted by the Koperasi Pertama Jaya at Ciheulang Tonggoh, Ciheulang Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency.The theories used in this study are environmental empowerment. Empowerment is an effort to build resources by encouraging, motivating and raising awareness of their potential and striving to develop it.In conclusion the empowerment strategy of the Koperasi Pertama Jaya was focused on education training on environmental empowerment by utilizing food waste. Factors that influence empowerment, members of cooperatives carry out environmental management assisted by other elements by making results, an innovation by utilizing residual goods, thus creating liquid and solid organic fertilizers, animal feed needed by the community. Thus environmental problems can be solved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze as well as objectively determine the impact of the existence of BUMDes in Sukamaju Village in improving the economy of the community so that the existence of BUMDes can be felt by the community. Then, community participation in welcoming the program owned by BUMDes Sukamaju Village itself. In the context of the framework of thought, one of the theories used is the theory of impact according to Gorys Often which includes influence, social strata and administrative positions where all of these elements will provide social effects to the community that are able to cause changes in both positive and negative directions. The results of the study show that BUMDes has provided various impacts of economic change to the community. There is an increase in the level of the economy in rural communities, such as sewing business, provision of entrepreneurship training and community distribution to potential-based private companies as well as increasing community participation in every economic and social activity initiated by BUMDes. In general, the conclusion is that the presence of BUMDes in Sukamaju village has had a positive impact on the surrounding community.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the strengthening, protection, support and maintenance of the economic community carried out by joint business groups and the results of community economic empowerment through joint business groups. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative data types. Research subjects are managers, members, and families of members of a joint venture group. Data collection uses observation, interview, and document study techniques. Data analysis in this study is interpretation or interpretation of logic by means of reducing data, presenting data, verifying and drawing conclusions that are related to the context of the development of Islamic society. The results of the research analysis showed that the strengthening, protection, support, and maintenance carried out by the joint venture group succeeded in empowering the community's economy by achieving an improved community economy, more active social activities, and a more creative and independent community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of EIA in the Environmental Management Agency in the development of natural resource potential. Analyzed from the norms, concepts, and behavior of human resources contained in BPLHD West Java Province. The role theory proposed by Levinson was used to analyze the problems in this study. In his statement, that role covers three things including norms that become rules to guide someone in society, concepts that individuals will do in society as an organization, as well as individual behavior that is important for the social structure of society. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Analysis of data in this study uses interpretations or interpretations of logic that are related to the context of Islamic Community Development. The results showed that the Regional Environmental Management Agency of West Java Province in the development of natural resource potential through Analysis of Environmental Impacts had standard rules issued by the Ministry of Environment, namely the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 08/2013, which regulates the rules and governance, the concept formulated, and the performance of its human resources. The Environmental Management Agency in developing natural resource potential through an analysis of environmental impacts, has an effect.

Abstract

The economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the continuity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The financing programs offered by banks and the government have not been fully accessible to all business actors, so people are interested in applying for capital to loan sharks. Thus, bank bjb issued the BJB Mesra program in order to prevent people from being entrapment of loan sharks. This study aims to explain the BJB Mesra program in improving community welfare including planning, implementing and impacting the program. The research method used is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach because it produces data that can be observed empirically. Robert Chambers' Theory of Empowerment suggests that empowerment is a concept of economic development that summarizes social values. The results showed that the BJB Mesra program is a capital cost assistance to the community around the house of worship. This program is an initiation from the Governor of West Java in order to realize the West Java Champion of Inner Birth. The implementation of this program consists of submission, training and selection, administrative process, second training, analysis process, decision process, disbursement and assistance. The impact of this program can be felt directly by the community, especially in reducing poverty due to the entanglement of loan sharks.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the BUMDes Amanah program planning, describe the empowerment products that are expected by the community, analyze the outputs of the BUMDes Amanah empowerment towards the economic empowerment of the people of Cibalong Village. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Primary data obtained are the results of research in the field, while secondary data obtained from books, documents and journals. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews with relevant parties. The results showed that the BUMDes Amanah had a role in creating empowered, independent, and prosperous village communities. Villagers feel relief about the price of basic commodities, get venture capital, get entrepreneurial training, and get good services. With the provision of venture capital, then the income of rural communities increased by an average of 40% to 50%, namely from IDR 500,000 / month to IDR 1,000,000 / month. Referring to the dat,it can be concluded that the community economy through the BUMDes program is increasing.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the empowerment program carried out by the Malati Asih Farmer Women's Group, the empowerment process, and the results obtained from the Malati Asih Women's Farmer's Group in Cinanjung Tanjungsari Village, Sumedang Regency. The method used in this study used qualitative and descriptive research methods with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of research conducted at KWT Malati Asih include: There are two empowerment programs implemented, namely the KRPL program which focuses on managing agriculture in the yard of the house, and the Savings and Loans Cooperative which aims to provide capital for member businesses. The empowerment process is carried out in four stages, namely identifying and assessing regional potential, problems, and opportunities; preparing group activity plans; implementing the activity/implementation plan; and monitoring/supervision. the presence of housewives' products; add insight into the world of agriculture; have skills and can help the family economy and family welfare.

Abstract

BILC(Bumi Inspirasi Learning Center)  is an environmental-related institution. This research is to find out the problems, namely (1) How the Earth Inspiration program in educating environmental health (2) How the Earth Inspiration efforts in educating environmental health and (3) How are the results felt by the community with the Bumi Inspiration bank in educating environmental health.  This research is to find out the problems, namely (1) How is the BILC program in educating environmental health (2) How is BILC's effort in educating environmental health and (3) How are the results felt by the community with the presence of BILC in educating environmental health. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. From the results of the study found that; (1) BILC programs relating to environmental health, one of which is the waste bank. With the program carried out, namely the garbage bank, financial literacy and the Al- Qur'an Education.
