Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the role of fertile Cibeusi Subur farmer groups in community through agricultural training programs, the discussion was directed an answering problems relatad to the program, implementation and results achieved. The research use dercriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation studies.Qualitative data analysis that is precisely and profoundly trough the interpretation of logic that is linked to the context of Islamic community empeworment. The results of the study showed that the program of the farmers group was fertile in empowering the community through agricultural training programs is individual and group training, individual training includes processing of crops and management of fish cultivation while group training is in the form of fertilizer and management, the process of implementing agricultural training consists several stages namely the planning phase, the implementation phase and evaluation phase and the results of empowerment are among others the emergence of public awareness in managing agricultural potential; Increased income of people from the agricultural sector. In general, it can be concluded that community empowerment by the Cibeusi Subur farmer group through the agricultural training program was quite successful despite many obstacles. These activities are able to change the mindset of the community and increase the lifestyle of the people to be better and more empowered.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Floating Market Lembang program and the impact on the economic welfare of the community. This research is a qualitative research that used descriptive method. This method is used to describe, analyze, and express the phenomenon that occur in the field. The results of this study showed that Floating Market Lembang did not have a special program to improve the economic welfare of surrounding community, but rather to provide the opportunities such as employment opportunities, entrepreneurial opportunities and PAD income from Lembang Village. Moreover, Floating Market Lembang gave the positive and negative impact to the economic welfare of the community. Positive impact is increasing the opportunities of employment, community income, and developing better infrastructure. In contrast, negative impact is the traffic jam and air pollution occured. In conclusion, Floating Market Lembang has an impact on the economic welfare of the people of Lembang Village.

Abstract

The problem of poverty is a complex problem in Indonesia and is correlated with economic inequality so that there will be a gap between the rich and the poor. This gap is felt in the vulnerable group of micro business actors so that it is difficult to borrow capital from banks and will lead to moneylenders. This research was conducted to reveal the process, program and results of the Bojongrangkas Village Microfinance Baznas (BMD) program in empowering the mustahiq economy. The use of descriptive research used in this study is expected to be able to produce maximum or adequate data through data collection by observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions through a qualitative approach. The results showed that the Bojongrangkas Village Microfinance Baznas (BMD) program in empowering the mustahiq economy in the form of providing capital financing, coaching in the form of training, mentoring to develop businesses and social spiritual aspects through donations. The implementation process goes through several stages starting from the BMFi implementation stage, namely need assessment, HR recruitment and training, program funds, mentoring and monev. That way the perceived output can grow, develop and have business blessings through a culture of giving towards the welfare of the community.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the benefist obtained by the company, the level of PT Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia concern of the people of Cihanjuang Village, and the benefits of CSR program to the environment around the company. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicative that the benefist of the company are short—term benefist to get to know people, the medium term is increasingly married to the community, and the long tern can establish a long lasting relationship. Than the concern of the company is that campanies rarely wait for the ball but pick up the ball. And this benefist for companies to increase product sales and get a positive image from the community. And the benefits for the community can feel the results of CSR programs and can improve the welfare of the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan mengenai upaya, proses dan hasil pemberdayaan kelompok tani yang dilakukan oleh forum komunikasi di lahan hutan Gunung Geulis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisa suatu keadaan atau kondisi pada objek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi.Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil dari upaya yang dilakukan forum komunikasi dalam memberdayakan kelompok tani dan lahan gunung geulis melalui upaya mencontohkan terlebih dahulu dan melakukan terjun langsung untuk menarik keikutsertaan petani dalam memberdayakan lahan hutan gunung geulis, dengan proses penyadaran, pelatihan, pembinaan, dan pendampingan. Serta hasil dari adanya pemberdayaan kelompok tani yang dilakukan oleh forum komunikasi ini berdampak bagi potensi lingkungan gunung geulis menjadi produktif dan subur maupun potensi ekonomi para petani tercukupi bagi kehidupan keluarga mereka.

Abstract

IKRAM adalah organisasi yang bertanggung jawab untuk pemberdayaan pemuda yang menekankan beberapa aspek seperti moralitas, keterampilan dan kemandirian. Sangat penting bagi Pertumbuhan IKRAM Sibu dalam memberdayakan pemuda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) bagaimana Konsep yang digunakan oleh Organisasi IKRAM dalam meningkatkan potensi sumber daya remaja (2) proses IKRAM dalam meningkatkan sumber daya remaja dan (3) problematika IKRAM dalam meningkatkan potensi sumber daya remaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa IKRAM menggunakan empat konsep dalam meningakatkan sumber daya remaja. Pertama melalui wujudnya IKRAMteens.  IKRAMteens merupakan wadah utama untuk remaja berpartipasi kepada organisasi IKRAM maupun masyarakat. Kedua adalah melalui Remaja Raikan Ramadhan atau 3R. Ketiga adalah majlis tilawah Al-Quran atau MTQ. Terakhir adalah melalui IKRAM Sehat.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui usaha LMDH, juga untuk mengetahui proses, dan hasil LMDH dalam meningkatkan ekonomi kelompok tani kopi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan penelitian secara deskriptif. Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dan teknik analisi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa petani kopi di Desa Mekarmanik Kec. Cimenyan Kab. Bandung telah mencapai ketiga tahap yaitu enabling, empowering dan protecting dan model pemberdayaan yang diterapkan pada petani kopi yaitu berpola kemitraan. Sedangkan pola kemitraan yang dikembangkan pada petani kopi di Desa Mekarmanik yaitu model kemitraan PHBM antar Perum Perhutani dengan LMDH Tani Mukti Giri Jaya.Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Masyarakat; Ekonomi; LMDH. The purpose of this research is to find out the business of LMDH, also to discover the process and the result of LMDH in order to improves the coffee farmers economy. The method that we used is the qualitative method with a descriptive research. Researcher collected the data by observation, interviews, and the documentary study. Data analysis technique used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and taking the conclusion. The results of this research proves that the coffee farmers of Mekarmanik Village, Cimenyan sub district, Bandung district has reached the three stages. This are enabling, empowering and protecting and the empowerment model which was applied by the farmers is the partnership. And the partnership pattern that was developed by the farmers is the partner PHBM, between Perum Perhutani and LMDH Tani Mukti Giri Jaya.Keywords : Community Empowerment; Economy; LMDH.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the work program, the constraints, the role, the success rate, and the implementation of the program conducted by Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal in empowering orphaned resources by building the community's caring participation for abandoned orphans. Place research conducted by the author that is in Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal Village Rancapanggung Kec. Cililin Kab. West Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Based on the results of research conducted on this Pesantren Yatim Al-Hilal, the authors found out that empowerment of orphans conducted by Al-Hilal pesantren by providing human resource development by improving both social and religious knowledge, by meeting the needs of life for orphans as the realization of the success of orphans in achieving their goals and can be useful for the nation, and the country.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the model of community economic empowerment through home industry, how the process carried out by the Cilampeni Village community related to economic empowerment through the cakwe and odading home industry, how the form of community empowerment in Cilampeni Village related to the cakwe and odading home industry, how the results of economic empowerment carried out by the community Cilampeni village through cakwe and odading home industries. This research is a qualitative research. The results showed that the process of community economic empowerment through the home industry of cakwe and odading, namely by raising awareness, training, coaching and mentoring in the manufacture to marketing of cakwe and odading, the form of empowerment was carried out not only for people who joined the home industry but also for people who did not join but have a relationship with the home industry and the results of community economic empowerment are indicated by an increase in income.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Tjimahi Heritage community effort in empowering the community through preservation of cultural heritage, how the Tjimahi Heritage community program in empowering the community through preservation of cultural heritage, and the results of community empowerment through preservation of cultural heritage. This research method use qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the Tjimahi Heritage community seeks to educate and make people aware through the preservation of cultural heritage. Various programs carried out by the Tjimahi Heritage community to empower people through the preservation of cultural heritage by discussion, exploring, and becoming partners of activities related to history and preservation of cultural heritage. The results obtained are that the community understands the history of their area and creates a senses of concern and love for their region. From the side of the Government of the City of Cimahi began developing military historical tourism which is an asset owned by the City of Cimahi.
