Tamkin: Jurnal Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung sejak tahun 2016. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan karya ilmiah hasil penelitian dalam mengembangkan konsep dan teori berkaitan dengan kajian Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam meliputi: pengembangan masyarakat dalam aspek ekonomi dan filantropi Islam, home industry; kesejahteraan sosial, kesehatan masyarakat; advokasi; ekologi, dan amdal.

<![CDATA[The economic problems felt by the lower class of society who then run Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) independently, and this in Indonesia is a phenomenon that has indicators of rapid growth. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role and results of the implementation of small and medium enterprises in order to improve community welfare. Qualitative research methods. As for the results obtained, the Role of Small and Medium Enterprises in Prospering the Economy of Village Communities, namely as a seller of Fried Chicken or you could say fried chicken, must be familiar to the Indonesian people. <![CDATA[This paper aims to determine the community empowerment carried out by Yayasan Rumah Energi in the Padamukti Village in empowering the community to be able to process cow dung which was originally thrown into the river which resulted in pollution, then processed into biogas. The exsistence of this community empowerment helps the community to reduce the environmental pollution that results from the dumping of cow dung into the river, besides having an impact on the community economy by using biogas. This study uses qualitative research using descriptive methods. This data collection uses observation techniques, interview, and study documentation. This analysis in this study uses data reduction, presentation, and verivication. The result of this study show how the empowerment carried out bye Yayasan Rumah Energi and the community by processing cow dung through the biogas program so that the community can have a clean environment and provide economic improvement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of LMDH in improving public welfare through natural tourism to determine the norms established by LMDH, find out the forms of public participation, and the results of LMDH empowerment in improving welfare through natural tourism. This research is qualitative research using the descriptive method. The techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data and interpreting logic connected to the context of public empowerment. The results showed that public empowerment, which has been done by LMDH through natural tourism, was strengthening human resources and developing natural resources. The strengthening of human resources with the provision of administrative materials, technical materials, and motivation to have skills and natural resource development. The empowerment results include the emergence of awareness to develop existing potential, increase public income, open business opportunities, and carry out social activities well.]]>

<![CDATA[Increased AHH accompanied by an increase in the elderly population. It is feared to bring impact on socio-economic conditions of the country. The phenomenon must look for a solution, the one with the empowerment program for seniors. UNIT for The Social Rehabilitation and Elderly West Java is one of the Government agencies that become facilitators in the empowerment of the elderly. The goal in this research to know the process of empowerment and continuity in the program of empowerment. Peneltian is done based on the qualitative method through a descriptive approach. The theory in this research is the theory of Hogan that saw that the process of empowerment is a process that goes on all human life derived from individual experience, instead of a process that stops at a time only. The results in this study is granting the empowerment program in the form of skills training where in the process conducted during twice a week and training conducted by a competent instructor, it is aimed so that the creation of the elderly independent work, and quality.]]>

<![CDATA[Ecotourism is a concept of ecosystem-based community development. Therefore, a region needs to pay attention to its strategic sectors to support its region. This study aims to determine how much influence Curug Cileat tourism has on the economic income of the community in Kampung Cibago in terms of community roles, tourism management and the results achieved from tourism development. This research uses qualitative or descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out by direct observation to the Cileat waterfall tourist spot, interviews with 20 respondents. The results of the research show that: the community plays a significant rolein building and maintaining ecotourism. The management of Cileat is currently being coordinated by Perhutani, which is mandated by Mr. Amartajudin. Success in maintaining and developing ecotourism is getting better as measured by the increasing number of tourists, income and the level of the community's economy.]]>

<![CDATA[Humanity issue is the main things that need to be developed for the development of community welfare in the social, educational, economic and religious fields. This writing aims to find out the existence of the Aksi Cepat Tanggap Foundation (ACT) in the midst of the Bandung community in developing the potential and development of a strong civil society which has the potential to empower and develop the community. The research method used is a field study method by conducting surveys, interviews and documentation directly to the Foundation branch office. Data processing and analysis includes the process of collecting data, classifying data, connecting data with one another, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. So it can be concluded that with the role of social capital, trust, accountability and transparency improve the condition of community welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to find out the process, implementation and results of community empowerment through the disabled creative center (DCC) program which is specifically for people with disabilities in the city of Bandung and is managed by DT – Peduli. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the DCC program took the form of sewing skills training, screen printing training, clothing production, and marketing of products. With the implementation, this meeting is carried out on a scheduled and neatly packaged basis which is inserted with a program of guidance on physical and spiritual motivation in the form of mini seminars, workshops or thematic training guided by successful experts and practitioners and Second, the Disability Workshop is a space to facilitate the potential possessed by the participants or DCC alumni so they can display their superior products or expertise profiles offline and online. As for the results of the DCC program, people with disabilities in the city of Bandung are able to improve their standard of living and are more empowered after participating in the disabled creative center (DCC) program.]]>

<![CDATA[The problems that are still not well mapped are related to poverty. Poverty experienced by the community affects the welfare of family life. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the program launched by the Family Hope Program, the process of implementing the Family Hope Program, and the results of empowering underprivileged families through the Family Hope Program in Bongas Kulon Village. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The results of his research are the empowerment program for underprivileged families through disbursement of social assistance funds and Family Capacity Building Meetings (P2K2). The implementation of the Family Hope Program goes through several stages, namely the preparation, implementation, evaluation and termination stages. In addition, the results of empowering underprivileged families can be viewed from health aspects in early childhood, educational aspects, and social welfare aspects for the elderly in accessing education and health facilities.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out more about the Economic Empowerment program implemented by the Garuda Institute for the people of Pakualam Village, to find out about the ongoing activity processes and the results that are obtained or felt by the community after the Buricak Burinong Village program was implemented. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are: first the program implemented by the Garuda Institute in the form of Colorful Village, Processed Product Training and Culinary Tourism of Buricak Burinong Village, with the first activity process looking at environmental conditions first, second looking at the level of education and community potential, and third looking at the economic condition of Pakualam Village then tries to collaborate between the natural potential and the potential of the community with the economic conditions of the community and the results obtained.]]>

<![CDATA[Pakuhaji Village there is a lot of sawdust waste that can be used for oyster mushroom cultivation. The community sees this oyster mushroom cultivation as a potential to increase their family's economic independence. The purpose of this study was to determine how community development in utilizing sawdust in Pakuhaji Village, Subang Regency, Potential utilization of sawdust, and oyster mushroom cultivation, and how the family's independence in Pakuhaji Village after using sawdust waste. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods using observation and interviews. The analysis used uses data triangulation by confirming the data in the field and the theory used after that. a conclusion is maded that the results of this study found that increasing the family's economic independence in utilizing sawdust waste was successful. ]]>
