Abstract

This results are aimed at determining (1) the implementation of Region Finance Information System (SIKD), (2) the information quality (3) the influence degree of the implementation of the Region Finance Information System (SIKD) on the information quality for Regional Work Unit of Bandung. Results method used is a descriptive method. The data collection technique conveyed is a survey method. Data of the application region finance information system in increasing the information quality is a data primer which derives from questionnaires distributed to 23 respondents by involving the Agency and the Department of Bandung.The results data showed that the implementation of Region Finance Information System (SIKD) in Regional Work Unit of Bandung has been running well, included in the high rate category. Meanwhile, the information quality on Regional Work Unit of Bandung, included in the middle rate category. The implementation of Region Finance Information System (SIKD) has a positive impact for the information quality in Regional Work Unit of Bandung by 38,81% and the balance of 61,19% influenced by other factors not examined in this results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Pariaman. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh intrinsik reward dan pendidikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Populasinya adalah semua pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Pariaman sebanyak 35 orang. Karena populasinya jumlahnya dibawah 100 orang maka seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Model analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda. Dengan nilai konstanta  (α) adalah 1,938  sedangkan nilai koefisien intrinsik reward 0,131 dan pendidikan0,655. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa nilai R-squre sebesar 0,711. Uji f menunjukan ketiga variabel indenpenden berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

This research aims to show: (1) the Influence of Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Work Discipline toward Employees’ Performance simultaneously (2) the Influence of Organizational commitment, Work Motivation and Work Discipline toward Employees’ Performance partially. The population was all employees In STIE Pasaman about 36 people. Samples were taken from all of the population were 36 people. The dissemination of questionnaires to 36 respondents, it was only returned 35 pieces of questionnaires from 36 respondents. Methods of analysis were using multiple regression analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Health benefit, Brand Quality, Brand Trust, dan Price dengan memediasi Perceived Value terhadap Buying Intention. sesuai dengan persyaratan diketahui populasi yang berkunjung sebanyak 1,1 juta orang, maka berdasarkan tabel Krejcie dan Morgan, jumlah sampel yang harus dibutuhkan adalah 384 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk analisis data dikatakan bahwa variabel Health Benefit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived value, begitu juga dengan variabel Brand Quality, Brand Trust, Price yang juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived value . dan selanjutnya juga berpengaruh signifikan pada variabel nilai persepsi terhadap niat beli, serta variabel manfaat kesehatan dengan harga yang juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli.

Abstract

This research have been found that profitability and firm age affect leverage. The selected objects is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during period 2013-2017. We select the samples use the data panel regression model. There are 96 companies have been selected as samples whit technique purposive sampling. The result by partial test profitability and firm age, has a negative significant influence to the leverage, shows that the r-square value of 91,76% which means the profitability and age of the company have the ability to explain leverage of 91,76% and while remaining 8,24% is explained by other variables which are not studied. This is relevant to the capital structure theory. Capital structure is something that is very important for the company which involves funding that carries out the company's operations so that it produces profits. Another factor is the firm age, a long-standing and reputable company will be able to overcome creditworthiness issues when it decides to use debt funding sources.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy and firm size on leverage. In companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population is all financial reports listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The sample  was selected using the the purposive sampling method with sample criteria being companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Companies that have complaate financial statements for the 2016-2020 period and obtained a sample of 6 companies. The data source is the company’s annual financial statementstaken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) testing using panel data regression analysis with the SPSS program. Dividend policy is measured by the dividend payout ratio (DPR), while company size is measured by (SIZE). The results showed that the dividend policy variable hed a negative and insingnificant effect on leverage, while firm size had a negative and insingnificant effect on leverage.Keywords: Leverage; Dividend Policy; Company Size.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the extent to which the financial performance owned by manafaktur companies listed on the Stock Exchange, in an effort to acquire and merger is done to provide sustainability or going concern. This performance appraisal is measured by using financial ratios including Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). form of normality test and paired sample T-Test. The research shows that (1) Net Profit Margin (NPM) there is a difference between before and after mergers and acquisitions in manufacturing companies listed BEI period 2011-2015, (2) Return On Assets (ROA) there is difference between before and after merger and (3) Return On Equity (ROE) there is a difference between before and after mergers and acquisitions in BEI listed manufacturing companies for the period 2011-2015, (4) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER ) there is a difference between before and after mergers and acquisitions on manufacturing companies listed BEI period 2011-2015. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Compensation and Job Satisfaction toward Employee Performance at the Department of Agriculture Horticulture and Animal Husbandry in West Pasaman. The population in this study were all contract employees in that place with sample size about 31 people, where sampling techniques using saturated sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Thus, the data collection processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. From the result of this study found variable Compensation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) on the Performance (Y) about 0,481 (R2 = 48.1). Keywords : Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kinerja karyawan dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan pada PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 303 responden, menggunakan kuesioner dan FGD. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang diolah dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel pelatihan, budaya organisasi, dan kapabilitas teknologi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel pelatihan tidak mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Sedangkan budaya organisasi dan kapabilitas teknologi mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Demikian pula kinerja karyawan mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dalam memoderasi variabel pelatihan dengan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian analisis strategi melalui tahapan input stage dengan matriks IFE dan EFE, tahapan pencocokan dengan TOWS, dan tahapan pengambilan keputusan dengan QSPM, strategi yang dipilih untuk hasil QSPM merupakan alternatif strategi pendidikan dan pelatihan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Kedaung Tabletop Plaza Pekanbaru Jl. Arengka no 38 Tangkerang Barat Kec. Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kedaung Tabletop Plaza pekanbaru. Berdasarkan pembahasan dengan regresi linear sederhana, maka diperoleh persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 14,162 + 0,538 X. Hasil t hitung (5,160) > t tabel (2,016) dan signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Kedaung Tabletop Plaza Pekanbaru. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,382. Pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kedaung Tabletop Plaza Pekanbaru adalah sebesar 38,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,8% dipengaruhhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model ini. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Situasional, Kinerja Karyawan.
