Abstract

The object of this study is the Food Beverages company whose shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009 until 2013 period, and the sample is a company that is always consistent issued financial statements in the period of observation. The purpose of this study analyzed the factors that caused the decline or fluctuations in the value of its profitability. And the research variables are Return On Asset (Y), Firm Size (X1), Growth Opportunity (X2), Total Asser Turn Over (X3). Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing then the conclusion is the Firm Size significantly influence the Return On Asset, Growth Opportunity whereas no significant effect on Return On Assets, And On variable Total Asset Turn Over significantly influence the Return On Asset. Abstract

he Covid 19 pandemic has hit the economy and business globally, one of which is the Ramayana Department Store where sales have decreased. It is necessary to have a customer relationship marketing strategy to maintain customer loyalty which leads to increased sales. The purpose of this study is to analyze the customer relationship marketing strategy implemented by the Ramaya Department Store. The method used is a qualitative method. The results of the research show that member loyalty programs are less attractive due to lack of promotion and slow customer service response.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang penerapan material flow cost accounting (MFCA) pada industri manufaktur dengan unit analisis PT. Unipres Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan material flow cost accounting pada industri manufaktur yang dititikberatkan pada PT. Unipres Indonesia. Penerapan MFCA ditinjau berdasarkan framework (Pasal 5, ISO 14051:2011) yang terdiri dari pusat kuantitas (quantity center), keseimbangan material (material balance), alokasi biaya (cost allocation) dan model aliran material (material flow model). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman dengan triangulasi sumber dan member checking sebagai uji validitas dan reliabilitas data. Hasil penelitin dapat disimpulkan bahwa  penerapan MFCA di PT. Unipres Indonesia sudah dilakukan secara optimal berdasarkan empat aspek yang diukur quantity center, material balance, cost allocation dan material flow model. Hasil penerapan MFCA menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki biaya kerugian material dari biaya energi, biaya sistem dan biaya material sebesar Rp Rp. 650.325 untuk setiap produk suku cadang yang diproduksi

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Karyawanan Di PT. PMJ Kabupaten Pasaman Barat yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen organisasi, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan Di PT. PMJ Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan bagian ADM Kantor PT. PMJ yang berjumlah 33 orang. Karena jumlah populasinya dibawah 100 orang maka seluruh populasi dijadikan responden, tidak ada penarikan sampel. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan seluruh variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. R2 menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,731, yang berarti pengaruh Komitmen organisasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT. PMJ sebesar 73,1 % dan sisanya 26,9 % dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak diikutkan dalam penelitian ini. Setiap variable berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja Karyawan, variable yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT. PMJ adalah variable motivasi yaitu sebesar 0,930. Kata kunci : Komitmen organisasi, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam riset ini ialah Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Inovasi Produk dan Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Tolak Angin. Tujuan dari riset ini untuk melihat serta mengkaji Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Inovasi Produk dan Brand image  Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Tolak Angin. Sampel riset yang digunakan sejumlah 160 responden, teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner google from. Pengujian hipotesis menerapkan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 21. Hasil riset menunjukan kualitas produk dan brand image memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Inovasi produk tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk; Inovasi Produk; Brand Image; Keputusan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Manjemen keuangan keluarga perlu dilakukan sebab orang pada dasarnya memiliki ketidak pastian yaitu ketakutan akan masa depan kehidupan finansial, karena pada hakekatnya hidup adalah ketidakpastian dan tidak ada seorangpun yang mampu untuk mencegah kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat,(2) pengaruh Kepribadian terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat. (3) pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan dan Kepribadian secara simultan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kausal asosiatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat sebanyak 73 KK.Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Pengetahuan Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat. (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kepribadian terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat. (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Pengetahuan Keuangan dan kepribadian terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari anam koto utara kecamatan kinali kabupaten pasaman Barat. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan Keuangan, Kepribadian, Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe current needs of the community in various activities such as working in offices, doing business, college, and schools require an increasingly diverse range of paper printing products, consumers are looking for quality products through various forms of promotions from these paper printing companies, giving rise to business competition with introduce products according to the needs and desires of consumers, then communicate the advantages of these products. A consumer in making a buying decision is influenced by several factors including product quality and promotion. In the city of Medan there are several paper printing places, one of which is Givethank Printing, which has been around for 10 years, a paper printing company in the Jalan Jamin Ginting area of Medan, offering several types of products from paper printing such as banners, invitations, brochures, business cards, stamps, screen printing. , and others. This research is quantitative in nature, data collection was carried out by questionnaires with partial and simultaneous testing of product quality and promotion which had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The population and sample are customers of several communities and students residing in the area. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at Givethanks Printing in Medan. The research methodology is quantitative, namely testing theories through measuring research variables with numbers and analyzing data using statistical procedures, with the help of the SPSS Software Application. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the financial performance of cosmetics companies and household goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016 using DuPont System analysis techniques including net profit margin (NPM), asset turnover (ATO), return on assets (ROA), equity multiplier (EM), return on equity (ROE). This research uses descriptive method, secondary data used is company documentation and financial report in the form of balance sheet and income statement of PT. Akasha Wira International Tbk, PT. Kino Indonesia Tbk, PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk, PT. Martina Berto Tbk, PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk and PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk in 2011 until 2016. The results showed that the performance of cosmetics companies and household goods experienced fluctuations in return on equity (ROE), PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk is a company that has good financial performance because it has net profit margin value, asset turn over, return on asset, equity multiplier and return on equity is highest compared to other similar companies in the sub sector during the period 2011-2016. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the influence of the initial capital, long effort and hours of work on the performance of the market traders alai Padang. The respondents are all traders who sell in the market of alai which has shops , a variety of types of businesses and turnover are almost the same. Sampling done by the census where all the population into the sample in this study as many as 56 people traders. To test the hypothesis, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained that the initial capital and long efforts has a significant influence on the Performance of the market traders alai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing  dan keterlibatan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada UMKM bidang kuliner di grup  facebook “Kuliner Kota Balonggandu, Jatisari, Cikalong, Jatiragas”. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer. Populasi merupakan anggota grup facebook “Kuliner Kota Balonggandu, Jatisari, Cikalong, Jatiragas” yang pernah melakukan transaksi pembelian dengan penjual didalamnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dengan memberikan pernyataan kepada responden secara online dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh variabel social media marketing (X1) dan variabel keterlibatan konsumen (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian secara online (Y).Kata Kunci: Keputusan Pembelian Secara Online, Social Media Marketing, Keterlibatan Konsumen.
