Abstract

A family is a group of two people or more who are related by blood, marriage road option. It is a place for children to grow and to progress. To be a kind self- need process. Family- education process can influence children's growth. It is done by parents to their children as their responsibility and hope. The education process must be true. The wrong process makes bad children. To educate well, we can learn an example of Ibrahim's as way, his success in educating and guiding his family. His way to educate did not only talk, advice, give an example but also to recite the aim in his prayer.

Abstract

Some focus of the research are (1) Implementation of Integrated Quality Management in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Islamic Elementary School Roushon Fikr Pulo, Jombang (2) factors of supporting and inhibiting Integrated Quality Management Implementation in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Islamic Elementary School Roushon Fikr Pulo, Jombang. The purpose of discussing the main issues in writing the operational design of this paper is to escribe (1) Implementation of Integrated Quality Management in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Islamic Elementary School Roushon Fikr Pulo,Jombang (2) factors of supporting and inhibiting Integrated Quality Management Implementation in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Islamic Elementary School Roushon Fikr Pulo, Jombang. School as educational institutions is a place for educational processes that can be carried out by having a complex and dynamic system. The core activity of the school is HR (Human Resource) management. Preparation of quality human resources can be achieved only with quality education as well. All components of the education system (input, output process, outcome) must require some certain quality standards. An organization can improve and maintain its quality by building a quality improvement system, one of the quality improvement system models is TQM, Total Quality Management / Integrated Quality Management (MMT). TQM is based on customer satisfaction as the main target. Customers can be divided into internal customers and external customers. In education, internal customer is a system or doer of the educational institution itself, for example, the principal, teachers, staff, and school organizers. The researcher used a type of qualitative field research (field research) that was descriptive. The researcher used the method of observation (observation), interviews (interviews), focused discussions and documentation to collect the data.In the study, it was found that the quality of teachers in Islam Roushon Fikr was a well-chosen and well-selected teacher. To find out the level of teacher professionalism can be seen through the level of education, understanding of teacher competence, upgrading or training, and teacher competency testing. The implementation of MMT in increasing teacher professionalism is among others through teacher recruitment so, the selected teachers are skilled and creative teachers. Factors of supporting the implementation of TQM in increasing teacher professionalism are influenced by the leadership style of the principal and all supporting structures at the school. Factors of inhibiting the implementation of TQM in improving the teacher professionalism, we can say it is very little even not at all because of good performance, commitment and enjoyable environment. To realize it, the principal tried to create a healthyand pleasant work atmosphere by improving and maintaining togetherness in the group.

Abstract

This study will discuss the characteristics of the Khulafa Ar-Rasyidin leadership including Abu Bakar As-Shidiq, Umar Bin Khattab, Utsman Bin Affan, and Ali Bin Abi Thalib. The researcher used qualitative research, library research. The researcher used the documentation to collect the data. The results of this study are 1) Characteristics of Abu Bakar’s leadership expanding area to several regions in order to Islamic region wider and it could obtain the protection from several regions. The important even of Abu Bakar‘s leadership is collecting Al Qur’an sentences (ayat which are stated in some different region), it is because many memorized-Qur’an people had been killed on the battlefield. Moreover, it is feared that all the memorizer will be killed, 2) Characteristics of Umar Bin Khattab’s leadership, He always prioritized deliberations in making decision-based on Rasulullah’s track and he never put himself as the ruler, 3) Characteristics of Utsman Bin Affan’s leadership are, he created marine which was motivated by attacks from the Roman army whichfinally could be defeated. In this era, the expansion of Islamic territory was also widespread increasingly by using the same system of government as the Umar’s system in developing natural resources, 4) Characteristics of Ali Bin Abi Thalib’ s leadership, He revived Abu Bakr and Umar’s aspiration to return back all the land and grants that had been distributed by Utsman to his relatives into the government’s ownership. Ali also brought down immediately all governors who were not disliked by the people who were considered as the source of slander and also as the cause of the rise of the rebels who against Utsman.

Abstract

This article examines the learning strategies of the Fath al-Qarib Book as a way of conveying fikih material in learning in order santri is able to understand, translate or interpret, give examples, conclude, compare, explain, and solve a problem. This article is a case study with a qualitative approach. The result of this study is that in the learning process, santri carried out syawir (musyawarah) consisting of three santri, each of them got the task of reading books, translating (muradi), and explaining (mubayyin). With these such learning, santri are able to read, translate and explain fikih material in their own language. In that learning also they faced obstacles in concentration, implementation of syawir (deliberation), the ability of santri, and condition of the santri. Those learning are supported by the activities of deliberation (deliberation), motivation, and teacher support, and handbooks in learning

Abstract

This article examines the important role of families in character education. Family as the first and foremost place for a child to get an education. In this study discussed the character values instilled in santri families, traders and teachers as well as methods of internalizing character values used in the families of santri, traders and teachers. By using a phenomenological qualitative approach based on observations, interviews and documentation with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and checking the validity of triangulation data. The results of this study in the form of character values that are instilled in the santri familyinclude religion, honesty, discipline, caring, courtesy, responsibility and patience. In the merchant family include honesty, cooperation, respect for time, being patient, praying or religious, creative and disciplined. In the teacher's family includes honest, disciplined, religious, independent, caring for the environment, intellectuals, morals, confidence, and achievement. The method of internalizing character values used in applying these characters is the method of habituation, exemplary, implementation, advice, stories and affection.

Abstract

Being a parent has the logical consequence of responsibility for children. The task of parents is not as simple as only growing and fulfilling children's clothing, shelter and food but also responsible for all aspects of a child's life in the world to the hereafter. Al-Qur'an itself also regulates it in its various verses (ayat), either in the form of a direct word or in stories that can be learned. As QS al-Nisa ' verses (ayat) nine emphasizes the obligation of parents to prepareeverything as much as possible for their offspring‟s future, especially if parents cannot accompany children to adulthood. The threat of not leaving their children in a weak condition is mentioned twice with different stressing since in Al Qur'an, there is no word that is truly synonymous even if it is interpreted in Indonesian with the same meaning. Therefore, this verse is understood as the duty and responsibility of parents to prepare themselves and focuson making a strong generation

Abstract

Prophet Muhammad is a person whose entire aspects of life become role models for all mankind on earth, except for certain things that do apply specifically to him. The recording of the personality of the Prophet Muhammad that we inherited and preserved for his authenticity namely the Hadith is the most authoritative book to study his personality. From here we can trace how the method that was practiced by the Prophet Muhammad when teaching his friends. Instead the theory of education and teaching that is learned and applied in Indonesia is more likely to be adopted from theWest, due to victory in the second world war. Though the theory of education at that time only focused on meeting industrial and military needs. A method in the teaching process is very vital because it determines the level of effectiveness and efficiency of success in teaching itself. A teacher or educator is required to be careful in choosing methods so that success in teaching can be maximized. This paper seeks to reveal that the Demonstration method is a method often used by the Prophet Muhammad in his teaching. Because he had died, the source of the research data wascarried out through hadiths whose authenticity and validity had been selected by the hadith scholars.

Abstract

The hadith about the importance of greetings as a means of education and habituation of children to be devoted to parents, which is contained in the book of Imam al-Bukhari "Al-Adab Al-Mufrad", interesting to be studied and re-examined both in terms of sanad and matannya. The focus of the problem in this study are: First: the position of the hadith and about the importance of greetings as a means of education for children to serve the parents. Second: shaheed or shahwah for matan hadith about the importance of greetings as a means of children's education so that they arefilial to their parents. Third: fiqhul hadith from the hadith about the importance of greetings as a means of children's education so that they are filial to parents. The research method used in this study is the study of library (Library Research) or literary studies. The results of this study, First: That the rawi named Said al-bin abi hilal according to the majority of hadith scholars and jarh wa ta'dil is tsiqah (reliable), not dlo'if (ikhtilath) as alleged by al-Albani and ibnu khazm , among these are reinforced by the opinion of Ibn Hajar, Abu Hatim, Ibn Hibban, and Abul Barakat MuhammadMuhammad Ibn Ahmad known as Ibni Kayal who all stated Tsiqah. Second: That in the study of Matan hadith about the importance of greetings as a means of children's education to be devoted to people old there are four shaheed hadiths, and the four shahid hadiths can be shahwah for the main hadith. Third: Discussion of the importance of greetings as a means of children's education so that filial piety can be concluded that familiarizing greetings between children and parents can foster mutual love and love.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an as the basic basis of Islamic education in it contains an absolute source of value, and the Qur'an as a role model for all Muslims, the book revealed to the prophet Muhammad SAW which is widely used as an example, especially in moral lessons such as the word Allah in the Surah Al Ahzab verse 21. Madrasah Aliyah Madrasatul Qur`an Tebuireng is one of the schools that applies the local tahfidz Qur`an curriculum (memorizing the Qur'an) each student is obliged to memorize the Qur'an with a specific target from the school. But the reality is that not all students who have the most memorized Al-Qur'an and have good character are memorized smoothly and conversely not all students whose morals are not good memorized smoothly. This phenomenon encourages researchers to examine and find out the role of the students' morals in improving the memorization of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Abstract: Education can not be separated from cognitive development that can grow and develop the potential in a child. In accordance with Jean Piaget's cognitive theory that in adolescence occurs at the fourth stage, namely formal operations. This study aims to determine the equilibration of cognitive development in adolescence that affects learning achievement. Through guidance, teachers can provide appropriate services to overcome problems in learning in accordance with the level of cognitive development. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative research approach and type of case study studies by collecting data from observations, interviews and documentation. In analyzing the data using Miles Huberman data analysis. The results show that in equilibration cognitive development in adolescence is a balance in the ability to think at the formal operational stage which is characterized by the ability to think abstractly and logically in solving a problem through the process of adaptation, assimilation and accommodation so that optimal performance appears. Keywords: Cognitive Development, Learning Achievement, Jean Piaget Abstrak: Pendidikan tidak lepas dari perkembangan kognitif yang dapat menumbuh kembangkan potensi pada diri seorang anak. Sesuai dengan teori kognitif Jean Piaget bahwa pada masa remaja terjadi pada tahap keempat yaitu operasional formal. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ekuilibrasi perkembangan kognitif pada masa remaja yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajarnya. Melalui bimbingan, guru dapat memberikan layanan yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam belajarnya sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan kognitifnya. Metodologi pada kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis kajian studi kasus dengan mengumpulkan data dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam analisis datanya menggunakan analisis data Miles Huberman. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dalam ekuilibrasi perkembangan kognitif pada masa remaja adalah keseimbangan dalam kemampuan berpikir pada tahap operasional formal yang ditandai dengan kemampuan berpikir abstrak dan logis dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan melalui proses adaptasi, asimilasi dan akomodasi sehingga nampak prestasi yang optimal.
